 งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของการบริหารงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมในชีวิตวิถีใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมในชีวิตวิถีใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จังหวัดนนทบุรี 3) เพื่อนำเสนอประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมในชีวิตวิถีใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จังหวัดนนทบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณดำเนินการโดยศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 314 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบชั้นภูมิ จากประชากรจำนวน 1,452 คน ซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยานต์ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.969 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพดำเนินการ โดยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
              1. สภาพทั่วไปของการบริหารงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมในชีวิตวิถีใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จังหวัดนนทบุรี พบว่า ระดับของการบริหารตามหลัก POCCC โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x bar = 4.19) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ระดับของอิทธิบาท 4 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x bar = 4.26) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
              2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมในชีวิตวิถีใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จังหวัดนนทบุรี พบว่า  มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง (r=.774**) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ทุกด้าน สามารถเรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ ด้านวิมังสา ความไตร่ตรอง ด้านจิตตะ ความเอาใจใส่ ด้านวิริยะ ความเพียร และด้านฉันทะ ความพอใจ จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย
              3. ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมในชีวิตวิถีใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จังหวัดนนทบุรี พบว่า ด้านคุณภาพของงาน สินค้ามีคุณภาพได้มาตรฐาน สินค้าและบริการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า ด้านปริมาณงาน (Quantity) สามารถขายสินค้าและบริการได้จำนวนมากขึ้น ผลการประกอบการเพิ่มมากขึ้น ด้านเวลา (Time)  เวลาในการดำเนินการในแต่ละขั้นตอนลดลง มีการกำหนดระยะเวลาในแต่ละกระบวนการอย่างชัดเจน ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย (Costs)  ประกอบด้วย ค่าใช้จ่ายในการประกอบการลดลง ใช้งบประมาณในการดำเนินการอย่างคุ้มค่า

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                  Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the general comtext of administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age, 2. To study the correlation between Iddhibāda 4 and administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age and 3. To propose the administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age. The research methodology was mixed method. The quantitative research conducted by studying the 314 sample which selected by stratified random sampling from 1,452 populations which were personnel of automobile industry in Nontaburi Province. The tool used for data collection was 5 rating scale questionnaires whit the reliability at 0.969. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Correlation. The qualitative research conducted by in-depth interviewing 9 key-informants. The data were analyzed by content analysis.

             The research findings were as follow:

             1. The general comtext of administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age found that the principle of POCCC in overall also was at high level ( = 4.19) and all aspect were at high level. Iddhibāda 4 in overall was at high level ( = 4.26) and all aspect also were at high level.

             2. The correlation between Iddhibāda 4 and administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age, it was found that the correlation of Iddhibāda 4 and administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age was positive relation at the moderate level (r=.774**) with statistical significance at 0.01 level and all aspects also was positive relation, it could be ranked as follows: Vimaṁsā Citta Viriya and Chandā and then accepted research hypothesis.

             3. The administrative efficiency according to Buddhadhamma of Nontaburi Province automobile industry in the new normal age found that the quality of work Products are of standard quality. Products and services create satisfaction for customers. The quantity of work (Quantity) can sell more products and services. The results of the business increase in time (Time). The duration of each process is clearly defined. Costs consist of lower operating costs. Use the budget to operate effectively.
