บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                 สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ  1. ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของบุคลกรที่มีต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน 2.ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักไตรสิกขากับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน  3.นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธบูรณาการของเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน

               วิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี คือการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.969 จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย บุคลากรที่อยู่ในเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน จากบุคลากรทั้งหมด 80 คน ใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดเป็นกลุ่มศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ สถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive statistics) และสถิติอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics)  วิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหาข้อมูลตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยและนำเสนอต่อไป

               ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

               1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษณ์ของเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านศีลธรรมคุณธรรม ด้านคุณสมบัติส่วนตัว ด้านบริหารงาน ด้านความรู้ในการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านความรู้และทักษะของงาน ตามลำดับ  

               2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักไตรสิกขากับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก ด้านศีล อยู่ในระดับสูง (r =.778**) ด้านสมาธิ อยู่ในระดับสูง (r =.732**) และด้านปัญญา อยู่ในระดับสูง (r =.763**)  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (R =.631**)

               3. เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธบูรณาการของเทศบาลตำบลวังดิน อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า ด้านศีล (พัฒนาพฤติกรรม) บุคลากรมีการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับขององค์กร มีความพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติงานและสามารถช่วยเหลือให้คำแนะนำข้อมูลในการปฏิบัติงานได้ มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมขององค์กร ด้านสมาธิ (พัฒนาจิตใจ) บุคลากรมีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีความขยันอดทนเอาใจใส่ในงานที่ได้รับพร้อมถึงตระหนักถึงโทษของการไม่ต้องใจปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมกับมีจิตอาสาต่องานสาธารณะ ส่วนด้านปัญญา (พัฒนาความรู้) การให้ความสำคัญการพัฒนาความรู้เพื่อนำมาประยุกใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานมีหลักเหตุผลการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อความรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพของงาน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               The objectives of this thesis are: 1. to study the level of opinions of personnel towards human resource development of Wang Din subdistrict municipality, Li District, Lamphun Province, 2. to study the relationship between the threefold principle and human resource development of Wang Din subdistrict municipality, Li District, Lamphun Province, 3. to present the guidelines of human resource development with Buddhist integration of Wang Din subdistrict municipality, Li District, Lamphun Province.  

               This research used mixed method research methodology. Quantitative research used to collect data using questionnaires with a confidence value of 0.969 from the research sample personnel in Wang Din subdistrict municipality from a total of 80 personnel, The entire population was used as a study group. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analysis, and qualitative research used by in-depth interviews with 10 key informants or people. Data were analyzed by analyzing content according to research objectives.

               The results showed that:

               1. The level of opinions of personnel toward human resource development of Wang Din subdistrict municipality, Li District, Lamphun Province, found that the overall level was at a high level. In terms of morality, personal qualifications, management, operational knowledge, and knowledge and skills of each job position, respectively.

               2. The relationship between the threefold principle and human resource development of Wang Din subdistrict municipality, Li District, Lamphun Province had a positive relationship with precepts at a high level (r = .778**), concentration at a high level (r = .732**) and intelligence at a high level (r = .763**), overall at a high level (R =.631**).

               3. The Integrated Buddhist human resource development guidelines of Wang Din subdistrict municipality, Li District, Lamphun Province, found that precepts (behavior development) : personnel followed the rules of the organization and was ready to work, was able to provide advice and information on the job, participated in corporate activities. Concentration (mind development) : personnel was committed to their assigned tasks, diligent, patient, attentive to the work received, ready to realize the dangers of not being willing to work, volunteering for public works. Intelligence (knowledge development) : giving importance to developing knowledge to be applied in work, having rational, problems solutions analysis for speed and efficiency of work.
