ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เป็นวิธีการวิจัยแบบปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ บริบท สภาพปัญหาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวกับการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูสอนพระปริยัติธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูสอนพระปริยัติธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน 3) เพื่อพัฒนาและนำเสนอการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียนตามหลักพุทธสันติวิธี สำหรับครูสอนพระปริยัติธรรมโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมวัดกฤษณเวฬุพุทธาราม (ไผ่ดำ) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและบุคลากร สามเณร จำนวน 20 รูป / คน การสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 รูป/คน ชุดปฏิบัติการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วยเทคนิค AIC การสะท้อนผลด้วยเทคนิค AAR  การกับกลุ่มครู ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 12 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ผลด้วยอุปนัยวิธี

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1) ปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างโดดเดี่ยวในมิติปัญหาที่หลากหลายและซับซ้อน การบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนแบบการสอนเดิมๆ ไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการเรียนรู้และการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้เรียนในยุคใหม่ ทำให้มีผู้บวชเรียนเพื่อรักษาพระพุทธศาสนาน้อยลง และพฤติกรรมของผู้เรียนบางกลุ่มไม่เป็นตามอาจารและสมณวิสัย การแก้ปัญหาที่ผ่านมาของครูเป็นแบบต่างคนต่างทำ ยังขาดการพูดคุยหารือเพื่อแก้ปัญหาร่วมกัน การเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนมีความต้องการจำเป็น แนวคิดทฤษฎีที่ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหา ด้วยการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่คำนึงถึงผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญแบบองค์รวม เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับต่อความต้องการของครูและนักเรียน ให้เหมาะสมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมที่สอดรับความทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21     

2) หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูสอนพระปริยัติธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน คือ สาราณียธรรม เพื่อทำให้ครูพระสอนมองเห็นการทำงานพัฒนาผู้เรียนร่วมกัน หลักอปริหานิยธรรม เพื่อการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ หลักการสอนที่นำมาพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน คือ หลักไตรสิกขา

3) การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูสอนพระปริยัติธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน ได้ชุดปฏิบัติการที่มีรูปแบบเป็นไปตามหลักสาราณียธรรม และหลักอปริหานยธรรม ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม โดยจัดกิจกรรม 2 วัน สาระสำคัญ เรียกว่า หลัก 3P ประกอบด้วย P1 : (Peace Mindset)  การสร้างแนวคิดชอบร่วมกันระหว่างเพื่อนครูในชุมชน P2: (Peace Dialogue) การใช้สุนทรียสนทนา หรือการสื่อสารอย่างสันติเพื่อการแปลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เติมเต็ม รับฟัง ให้คำแนะนำกันและกันระหว่างเพื่อนสมาชิกครู และระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน P2: (Peace Teaching) การจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบองค์รวมเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน

องค์ความรู้จากการวิจัย คือ โมเดลออกแบบจำลองด้วยหลักคิด “A.S.,K.T. 4P: MODEL”คือ การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพแบบองค์รวมเพื่อพัฒนาสันติวัฒนธรรมในชั้นเรียน  ด้วย4P คือ (Peace Mindset)  สันติวิสัยทัศน์  (Peace Teaching) สันติการสอน  (Peace Dialogue) สันติสนทนา (peace action) สันติกร เพื่อคุณลักษณะ A.S.,K.T คือ A: อปริหานิยธรรม S:สาราณียธรรม K: กัลยาณมิตรธรรม T: ไตรสิกขา

This study is a mixed method research (Mixed Methods Research Design) involving the application of quantitative and qualitative study concepts. come together to collect data Data were analyzed in the study of Research on “CREATING A PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY OF PHRAPRAIYATTIDHAMMA TEACHER TO     DEVELOP CULTURAL OF PEACE IN CLASSROOM” using the integrated research methodology. The research findings are summarized as follows: There were 3 research objectives: 1) to analyze the context, problems, needs, and theoretical concepts related to building a professional learning community for PHRAPRAIYATTIDHAMMA monks to develop peace culture in the classroom; 2) to analyze Buddhist principles. 3) To develop and present the creation of a vocational learning community to develop peace and culture in the classroom according to the principles Buddhist peaceful means For PHRAPRAIYATTIDHAMMA teachers at Wat Kritsana Weru Buddharam (Phai Dam), the researcher collected data by interviewing relevant people and experts from various regions, including administrators/groups. teachers The research tools were in-depth interviews, focus group, Training Workshop on Creating Community of Professional Learning ,The research results can be summarized as follows.

1. Context of the number of novice monks who are ordained as a novice students is decreasing every year with the amount, There are behaviors that show the undesirable vision of the monks with changing times and globalization affecting the education system, behavior and attitudes, educational institutions must evolve their teaching and learning management and unite the members who are involved in teaching and learning to be a community with the same aim. Ready to change the system of learning methods all the time. Ready to exchange teaching experience to apply to use with technology in accordance with the current era. and integrated with modern theoretical concepts

2. To build a community of professional learning with quality, one must rely on the six major principles, namely the Saraniyadhamma, and promote their sustainability with the seven principles of the Aparihaniyadhamma, in order to develop peace and culture in the classroom, namely the Threefold Training Course, through a management process. Learning and teaching where the teacher plays a role as a friend of the learning management director rather than being a teacher like in the past with the principles of Kalayanamitdhamma or the 7 Paratoghosa, with the duty to encourage students to think critically and self-awareness through principles Yonisomanasikāra is thoughtful consideration. which will encourage the learners to have a moral character to be able to maintain a monastic life or a way of life that flourishes in all 3 aspects, namely the development of precepts, that is, physical or verbal behavior Refers to communication skills. Mental development is emotional stability and a good attitude. Intellectual development is the knowledge that keeps up with changes. and positioning to suit the way of the world

3. Creation of a learning community action set to develop peace and culture in the classroom. It is considered a peaceful innovation that the researcher is interested in studying and designing by using “A.S., K.T. 4P: MODEL”
