บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “ปรากฏการณ์มุสาวาท : การแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยพุทธสันติวิธี” นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษามุสาวาทในพระพุทธศาสนา (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาที่เกิดจากปรากฏการณ์มุสาวาทในสังคมไทยปัจจุบัน และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดจากการกล่าวมุสาวาทด้วยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี วิธีการวิจัยเป็นเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ผลด้วยอุปนัยวิธี

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1.   หลักคำสอนเรื่องมุสาวาทมีปรากฏในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนามีปรากฏในเรื่องเล่ากำเนิดของมนุษย์ที่นอกจากหมายถึง การพูดเท็จแล้วยังรวมถึงการพูดส่อเสียด พูดคำหยาบ พูดเพ้อเจ้อ ซึ่งเป็นวจีทุจริต มูลเหตุของการพูดเท็จมาจากการถูกครอบงำด้วยความโลภ โกรธ หลง พระพุทธเจ้าทรงสอนให้เห็นถึงวาจาที่ควรกล่าว คือ วาจาสุภาษิต อันเป็นวาจาที่เป็นที่รัก เป็นธรรม เป็นคำสัตย์ เป็นคำอ่อนหวาน เป็นคำที่กล่าวถูกกาล ประกอบด้วยประโยชน์ และมีจิตเมตตาในการกล่าว

2.   ปรากฏการณ์มุสาวาท คือการใช้วจีทุจริต เป็นวิวาทะกับฝ่ายตรงข้าม มาจาก 4 กลุ่มใหญ่ๆ คือ พวกนักการเมือง พวกมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์ พวกแย่งชิงผลประโยชน์ระหว่างโจทก์กับจำเลย และเอกชนรายย่อยทั่วไป มีมูลเหตุมาจากโลภะ โทสะ โมหะ มีผลกระทบต่อระบบการเมือง การปกครอง เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม ดังกรณีอื้อฉาวคดีดราม่าหวยทิพย์ 24 ล้านและคดีมหากาพย์หวย 30 ล้าน ซึ่งมีสาเหตุมาจากความโลภทั้งสิ้น จึงสร้างคดีเท็จโดยการมุสาวาทหลอกลวงผู้อื่น เมื่อว่าโดยคดีโลกทางศาลจะเป็นผู้พิจารณาตัดสิน 

3. การแก้ไขปัญหามุสาวาทตามหลักพุทธสันติวิธี ต้องใช้สติและปัญญาพิจารณาให้รอบคอบก่อนปลงใจเชื่อตามหลักกาลามสูตร โดยมีหมวดธรรมอื่นสนับสนุน เช่น วจีสุจริต 4 อคติ 4 และโยนิโสมนสิการ ประการสำคัญป้องกันอย่าให้ความโลภ ความโกรธ ความหลง ครอบงำ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This thesis entitled “The Musavada Phenomena: Problem Soloution by Buddhist Peaceful Means” was of three objectives; (1) to study musavada in Buddhism; (2) to study musavada phenomena in present Thai society; and (3) to study musavada problem resolution by Buddhist peaceful means. Methodology is a qualitative research complied with depth-interview.

Research results are as followings;-

1.    Musavada or false speeches or speaking a lie extends also to three other verbal actions; i.e., malicious speeches, harsh language, and frivolous talk. Truly speaking, speaking a lie had once happened upon the birth of human being in this earth. Falling into greed, anger, and delusion, a man began to speak a lie for his profits. Thus Buddha taught to avoid false speeches into the true speech, uttering speech for harmony and loving-kindness. To this respect, to speak in the right time, soothing words with loving-kindness are to be borne in mind before uttering.

2.    Musavada phenomena as spread in present Thai society are caused from groups of people, i.e., the politicians and their opposites, the wrong online livelihood, and the individual seeking any profit in the wrong means. The causes are mainly from greed or covetousness, anger, and delusion. Examples are to be made by the cases of  “a long episode of prized ฿ 30 million lottery; and a drama on non-existing prized ฿ 24 million lottery. Many lawsuits are caused from greed. All depend on the consideration of judge.

The means to solve any problem caused from musavada phenomena by Buddhist peaceful means would be borne in mind with mindfulness and wisdom with proper attention. Application of Buddhist teachings is made to the good conduct in word, to avoid wrong way of prejudice with right consideration to prevent oneself from greed, anger, and delusion.
