บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

         สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นในการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชนพลังเมืองทอง ตำบลสระคู อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด 2)  เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นในการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชนพลังเมืองทอง ตำบลสระคู อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ที่มีเพศ  อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ อาชีพและตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในชุมชน ต่างกันและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชนพลังเมืองทอง ตำบลสระคู อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

          การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างและวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นประชากรโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากสูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จำนวน 312 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติอนุมานหรืออ้างอิง ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ถ้าพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 คน และใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชนพลังเมืองทอง ตำบลสระคู อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

          2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในชุมชนพลังเมืองทอง ตำบลสระคู อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ อาชีพและตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในชุมชน ต่างกันนั้นมีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๕ พิจารณาทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย

          3. ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชนพลังเมืองทอง ตำบลสระคู อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด พบว่า ควรร่วมมือกับภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ประสานประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่ในชุมชนให้เป็นที่รู้จักแพร่หลายขึ้นเพื่อให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและศึกษาดูงานทำให้คนในชุมชนมีอาชีพและสร้างรายได้เสริมควรมีการส่งเสริมให้คนในชุมชนได้ศึกษาเยี่ยมชมกิจกรรมด้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในชุมชนอื่นๆ ที่ประสบความสำเร็จและสามารถเป็นแบบอย่างได้ สร้างแรงจูงใจให้คนในชุมชนเห็นความสำคัญของปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีการกระตุ้นความสนใจและแสดงประโยชน์ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่ชุมชนมากกว่าผลตอบแทนที่เป็นเงิน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

           The study consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the level of opinions on community development according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Phlang Muang Thong community, Sa Khu Subdistrict, Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province; 2) to compare the opinions on community development according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Phlang Muang Thong community, Sa Khu Subdistrict, Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province classified by different genders, ages, educational levels, incomes, occupations, and duties in community; and 3) to explore suggestions toward community development according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Phlang Muang Thong community, Sa Khu Subdistrict, Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province.

            The study employed mixed-method research including quantitative and qualitative methods. For quantitative method, a sample group of 312 persons was determined by Taro Yamane formula. The qualitative data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The pairwise differences were tested by using Scheffe's Method. For qualitative method, the tool used was in-depth interview with 9 key informants. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis technique.

            From the study, the following results were found:

               1) The level of opinions on community development according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Phlang Muang Thong community, Sa Khu Subdistrict, Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province was overall at a high level. When all aspects were examined, they were all at a high level.

               2) From comparing opinions of people in Phlang Muang Thong community, Sa Khu Subdistrict, Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province classified by different genders, ages, educational levels, incomes, occupations, and positions in community, the findings revealed that people’s opinions toward community development according to the sufficiency economy philosophy were not different, both overall and by aspect, with a statistical significance at 0.05 level; therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected.

               3) Suggestions from people’s opinions toward community development according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Phlang Muang Thong community, Sa Khu Subdistrict, Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province were found as follows: collaboration between government and private sectors is needed to promote community activities so that
the community may become a tourist destination and a site for observational studies. 
People in the community would be able to create a career out of it and earn additional money. People in the community should be encouraged to observe successful sufficiency economy activities in other communities that may serve as role models for people to realize the importance of sufficiency economy philosophy.
