บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

       สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการปฎิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน  อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดยโสธร 2. เพื่อศึกษาการนำหลักพุทธธรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน  อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดยโสธร 3. เพื่อทราบข้อเสนอแนะและการนำหลักพุทธธรรมไปบูรณาการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน        อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดยโสธร ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี  ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยการแจกแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร  เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน  อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดยโสธร  อำเภอป่าติ้วและอำเภอทรายมูล ทุกกระดับชั้นจำนวน 90 คนข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้จัยได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึกกับผู้ที่ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน และใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. การปฎิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน  อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดยโสธร ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 90 คน เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 51 คน ร้อยละ 56.67 เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 39 คน ร้อยละ 43.33 เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ อายุ 30 – 40 ปี จำนวน 37 คน ร้อยละ 41.11 อายุ 41 – 50 ปี จำนวน 32 คน ร้อยละ 35.56 อายุ 51 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 21 คน ร้อยละ 23.33 เจ้าหน้าที่ที่มีระดับการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 6 คน ร้อยละ 6.66 มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 5 คน ร้อยละ 5.55 ปริญญาตรี  จำนวน 58 คน ร้อยละ 64.44 ปริญญาโทขึ้นไป จำนวน 21 ร้อยละ 23.33 สถานะของเจ้าหน้าที่ที่โสด จำนวน 14 คน ร้อยละ 12.21 แต่งงานแล้ว จำนวน 76 คน ร้อยละ 87.78 เจ้าหน้าที่ที่มีรายได้ 10,000- 15,000 บาท/เดือน จำนวน 11 คน ร้อยละ 1.22 มีรายได้ 15,001 – 20,000 บาท/เดือน จำนวน 15 คน ร้อยละ 16.66 มีรายได้ 20,001 – 25,000 บาท/เดือน จำนวน 29 คน ร้อยละ 32.22 มีรายได้ มากกว่า 25,000 บาท จำนวน 25 คน ร้อยละ 27.77

         2. การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน  จังหวัดยโสธร การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน  จังหวัดยโสธร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านทาน คือ การให้ เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ เสียสละ แบ่งงปัน ช่วยเหลือกันด้วยสิ่งของตลอดถึง ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจ ด้านทาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านปิยวาจา คือ การกล่าววาจาด้วยวาจาที่น่ารัก เป็นที่รัก วาจาดูดดื่มน้ำใจ หรือวาจาซาบซึ้งใจ คือกล่าวคำสุภาพ ไพเราะ อ่อนหวาน อ่อนโยน ด้านปิยวาจา อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านอัตถจริยา คือ การประพฤติประโยชน์ขวนขวายช่วยเหลือกิจการประพฤติในสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้อื่น บําเพ็ญประโยชน์แก่ผู้อื่น ด้านอัตถจริยา อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านสมานัตตตา คือ ความมีตนเสมอ คือทำตนเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย ปฏิบัติสม่ำเสมอในชนทั้งหลาย และเสมอในสุข ทุกข์ ไม่ดูหมิ่นไม่ถือตนว่าเป็นใหญ่  ด้านสมานัตตตา อยู่ในระดับมาก

          3. ข้อเสนอแนะและการนำหลักพุทธธรรมไปบูรณาการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานที่ดิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดยโสธร ข้อเสนอแนะด้านทาน ด้วยการให้ทาน ผู้สูงอายุได้ให้ทานด้วยการบริจาคสิ่งของและร่วมกันทำบุญเป็นประจำเมื่อมีบุญหรือประเพณีที่เกิดขึ้นในสำนักงานหรือในชุมชนเพื่อเป็นการช่วยเหลือและแบ่งปันให้กับคนอื่นที่ลำบากและต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ข้อเสนอแนะด้านปิยวาจา ปลูกฝังเจ้าหน้าที่ให้พูดจาไพเราะอ่อนหวานไม่พูดจาหยาบคายก้าวร้าวพูดในสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์เหมาะกับกาลเทศะต่อคนในครอบครัวและคนที่ใช้บริการที่ได้เจอ  ข้อเสนอแนะด้านอัตถจริยา มีส่วนร่วมกับคนในชุมชนเมื่อเกิดงานบุญหรือประเพณีก็จะให้ความรู้คนในชุมชนเกี่ยวกับงานบุญหรือประเพณีที่ชุมชนได้จัดขึ้น ข้อเสนอแนะด้านสมานัตตตา ปฏิบัติตัวเป็นแบบอย่างในการใช้ชีวิตให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่และคนรอบข้างอยู่ตลอดเวลามีปัญหาในชุมชนก็จะแสดงความคิดเห็นและเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกันกับคนในชุมชน    

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

           The study consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the operations of land officers in Muang District, Yasothon Province; 2) to explore an application of the Buddhadhamma to enhance the efficiency in the operations of Yasothon land officers, Muang District, Yasothon Province; and 3) to propose suggestions and apply the Buddhadhamma to enhance the efficiency in the operations of Yasothon land officers, Muang District, Yasothon Province. The study used a mixed-method approach that included qualitative and quantitative methods. A questionnaire was used to acquire quantitative data from a sample group of 90 persons, who were land officers in Muang District, Pa Tio District, and Sai Mun Districts, Yasothon Province. The collected quantitative data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 9 key informants. The collect qualitative data were analyzed by descriptive method.

            From the study, the following results are found:

               1) From investigating the operations of land officers in Muang District, Yasothon Province, the 90 respondents are found as follows: 51 women represent 56.67% and 39 men represent 43.33%; 37 people aged 30 – 40 years old represent 41.11%, 32 people aged 41 – 50 years old represent 35.56%, and 21 people aged over 51 years old represent 23.33%; 6 people with a middle school education represent 6.66%, 5 people with a high school education represent 5.55%, 58 people with a Bachelor's degree represent 64.44%, and 21 people with a Master's degree or higher represent 23.33%; 14 people who are single representing 12.21% and 76 people who are married representing 87.78%; 11 people with a monthly income of 10,000 - 15,000 baht represent 1.22%, 15 people with a monthly income of 15,001 - 20,000 baht represent 16.66%, 29 people with a monthly income of 20,001 - 25,000 baht represent 32.33%, and 25 people with a monthly income of more than 25,000 baht represent 27.77%.

               2) From exploring an application of the Buddhadhamma to enhance the efficiency in the operations of Yasothon land officers, Muang District, Yasothon Province, it is found to be at a high level. When each aspect is examined, it is found as follows: (1) Dāna, which refers to giving, sharing, sacrificing, helping, and educating, is at a high level; (2) Piyavācā, which refers to speech that is pleasant, polite, kind, and touching, is at a high level ; (3) Atthacariyā, which refers to useful conduct to others, is at a high level; and (4) Samānattatā, which refers to equal and even treatment despite bad or good times, superior or inferior, is at a high level .

               3) Suggestions and an application of Buddhadhamma to enhance the efficiency in the operations of Yasothon land officers, Muang District, Yasothon Province are: (1) Dāna, which refers to donating items and making merits on a regular basis when a festival or occasion occurs at the office or in the community as a way to support others who are in want of assistance; (2) Piyavācā, which refers to training officers to use friendly and polite language when speaking to family members and others who use the office's services; (3) Atthacariyā, which refers to taking part in the community's events or customs and educating others about them; and (4) Samānattatā, which refers to regularly acting as a role model for other officers and the community, speaking up if there is a problem in the community, and coming up with solutions for problems together with community members.
