บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา​ จังหวัดน่าน 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา​ จังหวัดน่าน   3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมในการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา​ จังหวัดน่าน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี  โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ค่าเอฟ (F-Test) ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ในกรณีตัวแปรต้นตั้งแต่ 3กลุ่มขึ้นไป เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน ใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท นำเสนอเป็นความเรียงประกอบตารางแจกแจงความถี่ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. ระดับความคิดเห็นการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.53) ส่วนระดับความคิดเห็นการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.53)

              2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ประชาชนมีเพศและสถานภาพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วนประชาชนมีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลแตกต่างกัน จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมในการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาลชุม​ อำเภอท่าวังผา​ จังหวัดน่าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการวางแผน จัดให้มีการประชุมวางแผนการดำเนินโครงการในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นด้วยความยินดีและเต็มใจ มีการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์และภารกิจการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพพื้นที่ รวมถึงมีการกำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนในท้องถิ่น 2) ด้านการจัดองค์การองค์การ จัดทำโครงสร้างองค์กรและการบริหารงานอย่างเป็นระบบ มอบหมายหน้าที่รับผิดชอบอย่างชัดเจน ดำเนินงานตามภารกิจของหน่วยงานตามอำนาจหน้าที่ด้วยความมุ่งมั่น ขยันหมั่นเพียร และมีรายงานผลให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ 3) ด้านการบังคับบัญชา จัดให้มีโครงสร้างการบริหารที่ชัดเจนเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย มีการพัฒนาบุคคลากรเพื่อนำองค์ความรู้มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน และให้ความเชื่อมั่นและความไว้วางใจกับพนักงานในการปฏิบัติงาน 4) ด้านการประสานงาน มีขั้นตอนและวิธีการปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน มีการประสานความร่วมมือกับประชาชนในชุมชนเป็นประจำด้วยความปรารถนาดี ด้วยความเพียร 5) ด้านการควบคุมองค์การ มีการกำกับ ควบคุม ติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ด้วยความเอาใจใส่ การประเมินและการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานเป็นประจำ

The objectives of this thesis are as follows: 1. To study the level of opinions on management according to Buddhist good governance of Tan Chum Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The data were analyzed by finding the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and testing the hypothesis using the F-Test using one-way ANOVA. In the case of three or more initial variables When differences are found, differences are compared with the least significant difference method. and qualitative research Conduct in-depth interviews with 10 key informants or people using contextual analysis techniques. Presented as an essay accompanying the frequency distribution table of key informants. to support quantitative data

The research findings ware as follow;
