บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนบ้านยู้ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนบ้านยู้ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน       โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3. เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนบ้านยู้ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 316 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ค่าเอฟ (F-Test) ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ในกรณีตัวแปรต้นตั้งแต่สามกลุ่มขึ้นไป เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์   เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน ใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท นำเสนอเป็นความเรียงประกอบตารางแจกแจงความถี่ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนบ้านยู้ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.29) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน    โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยพบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.67) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.26) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในขั้นดำเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.14) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.11)

              2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5    ของชุมชนบ้านยู้ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนมีเพศและระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วนประชาชนมีอายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการ   ตามพุทธธรรมาภิบาลแตกต่างกัน จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

          3. รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนบ้านยู้ อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ คือ กระบวนการมี       ส่วนร่วมในขั้นเตรียมการโดยการร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็น การวางแผนร่วมกัน ระหว่าง บ้าน วัด ราชการหรือโรงเรียน รวมถึงภาคเอกชนในพื้นที่ ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมโครงการรักษาศีล 5  2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน คือ กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการดำเนินงานในทุกกระบวนการ ได้แก่ การประสานความร่วมมือกัน การจัดเตรียมสถานที่ สภาพแวดล้อมให้สะอาด สงบ เป็นธรรมชาติ จัดเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การปฏิบัติกิจกรรมต่างๆ การสร้างการรับรู้ประชาสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงการยกย่องคนดีเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับผู้อื่น 3) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ คือ เมื่อร่วมกิจกรรมแล้วเกิดประโยชน์ทำให้กายสุจริต วจีสุจริต มโนสุจริต การดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีความสุข เกิดความรักความสามัคคี มีจิตใจเมตตา เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ให้กัน และลดปัญหาต่างๆ 4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล คือ การประเมินผล การติดตามความก้าวหน้าของประชาชนในการรักษาศีล 5

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this paper are as follows: 1. To study the level of community participation in promoting the village project to keep the 5 precepts of Ban Yu community. Tha Wang Pha District, Nan Province 2. To compare the community's participation in promoting the village project to keep the 5 precepts of Ban Yu community. The research findings ware as follow;

1. The overall level of community participation in promoting the 5 Precepts Village Project of Ban Yu Community ThaWangPha District, Nan Province is moderate. (x = 3.29) When the average value is classified in marginal order, it is found that the margin of participating welfare is very high (x = 3.67) Moderate participation in decision- making (x = 3.26) Moderate participation in decision-making (x = 3.14) Moderate participation in the assessment   (x = 3.11)

2. Comparative results of community participation in promoting the project of Ban Yu Community ThaWangPha District, Nan Province According to personal factors, people have different views on good governance and management due to their different gender and educational level. People differ in age, occupation and income, and have different views on good governance. Therefore, accept the assumption.

3.
