บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ (Focus Group Discussion) จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ และการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา คณะสังคมศาสตร์      2) เพื่อสร้างแพลตฟอร์มของหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา คณะสังคมศาสตร์      3) เพื่อทดลองใช้แพลตฟอร์มของหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยาคณะสังคมศาสตร์  4) เพื่อนำเสนอเผยแพร่เพื่อการใช้งานค้นหาการเข้ามาศึกษางาน ของหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พื้นที่ทำการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนชิโนรสวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร และโรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้าสมุทรปราการ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี่ที่ 6 โรงเรียนละ 120 คน รวม 240 คน ซึ่งเป็นประชาชนทั่วไปที่มีความสนใจที่อยากจเข้าเรียนหรือศึกษาต่อ อีก 17 คน รวมผู้เข้ามาทดลองใช้ทั้งสิ้น  257 คน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

          1.   แพลตฟอร์ม การศึกษาของภาควิชาสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พบว่า ในปัจจุบันการมีการใช้แพลตฟอร์มซึ่งเป็นของส่วนร่วม ส่วนใหญ่แล้วผู้ที่ดูแลระบบจะเป็นตัวของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ เช่น สำหนักเทคโนโลยี บางที่เราจะเข้าไปในส่วนตัวของหลักสูตร บางครั้งทางคณะสังคมศาสตร์ก็ต้องผ่าน ตัวใหญ่ในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล การเข้าถึงมันจึงข้างที่จะยุงยาก หรือ ยังเป็นรูปแบบเก่าๆอยู่ โดยส่วนใหญ่ผู้ที่ทำจะเป็นผู้ดูแลทำโดยไม่ได้ถามจากความคิดเห็นของทางหลักสูตรหรือทางคณะโดยตรงที่มีความต้องการรูปแบบไหนที่มันจะตอบโจทย์และเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย

          2.สร้างแพลตฟอร์มของหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา คณะสังคมศาสตร์      พบว่า UX Design จะทำงานเกี่ยวกับการค้นคว้าหาข้อมูล ทำความเข้าใจถึงความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหาของผู้ใช้งาน เฟ้นหาไอเดียที่จะสร้างสรรค์ ออกแบบสินค้าและบริการให้ตรงความต้องการผู้ใช้มากที่สุด ซึ่งหน้าที่หลัก ๆ ของ UX Design มีดังนี้ คือ รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงทำการค้นคว้า ออกแบบ ทดสอบ และประเมินผลสิ่งต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ใช้งาน และทำการออกแบบ     

3. ทดลองใช้แพลตฟอร์มของหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยาคณะสังคมศาสตร์  พบว่า โรงเรียนชิโนรสวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร และโรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้าสมุทรปราการ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี่ที่ 6 โรงเรียนละ 120 คน รวม 240 คน ซึ่งเป็นประชาชนทั่วไปที่มีความสนใจที่อยากจเข้าเรียนหรือศึกษาต่อ อีก 17 คน รวมผู้เข้ามาทดลองใช้ทั้งสิ้น  257 คน การประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับ มาก

4. นำเสนอเผยแพร่เพื่อการใช้งานค้นหาการเข้ามาศึกษางาน ของหลักสูตรของภาคสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พบว่า เว็บไซต์ให้ประสบความสำเร็จสิ่งที่เป็นหัวใจหลักและผู้ทำเว็บไซต์ควรให้ความสำคัญคือ โดเมน หรือโดเมนเนม เพราะชื่อมีส่วนที่ทำให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เราต้องการนำเสนอเว็บไซต์ไปถึงเกิดความสนใจและอยากเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ของเรามากขึ้น แพลตฟอร์มที่สมบูรณ์แก่ทางหลักสูตรภาควิชาสังคมวิทยาและ มานุษยวิทยา หลังจากที่ทำการสร้างเส็จสมบูรณ์ ทั้งรูปแบบที่เปิดใช้งานบนคอมพิวเตอร์ PC แทบแลต ไอแพต หรือ โทรศัพท์มือถือไม่ว่าจะเป็นรุ่นระบบปฏิบัติการ Android และ IOS ที่แพลตฟอร์มของเรารองรับทั้ง 2 ระบบของการเข้าใช้งาน

This research is a qualitative research. The researcher has studied relevant documents. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions from key informants. and action research There are four objectives: 1) to study the curriculum of the sociology and anthropology department Faculty of Social Sciences 2) To create a platform for the curriculum of the sociology and anthropology sectors. Bangkok and Triam Udom Suksa Nomklao Samut Prakan School Samut Prakan Province They are Grade 6 students, 120 per school, a total of 240 people, who are general people who are interested in attending or continuing to study, 17 people, including 257 trial participants.

The results of the study were as follows:

3.                   Tried using the platform of the sociology and anthropology department of the Faculty of Social Sciences, it was found that Chinorot Wittayalai School Bangkok and Triam Udom Suksa Nomklao Samut Prakan School Samut Prakan Province There were 120 students in Grade 6 of each school, a total of 240 people, who were general people who were interested in attending school or continuing education, another 17 people, totaling 257 people who entered the trial.
