บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

       วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมราชทัณฑ์เรือนจำชั่วคราวดอยฮาง ในจังหวัดเชียงราย (2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักพุทธธรรมของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมราชทัณฑ์เรือนจำชั่วคราวดอยฮาง ในจังหวัดเชียงราย (3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักพุทธธรรมเจ้าหน้าที่กรมราชทัณฑ์  เรือนจำชั่วคราวดอยฮางในจังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่รวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร (Document) และจากการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 18 รูป/คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมราชทัณฑ์เรือนจำชั่วคราวดอยฮาง มีรูปแบบ คือ รูปแบบด้านการดูแลสุขภาพให้พร้อมสำหรับปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการช่วยเหลือการดำรงชีพ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการลดภาระงานที่ตรากตรำ ด้านการเสริมสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจเจ้าหน้าที่ การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักพุทธธรรมของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมราชทัณฑ์เรือนจำชั่วคราวดอยฮาง การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมราชทัณฑ์ ประกอบไปด้วย ไตรสิกขา 3 จักร 4 ภาวนา 4 มงคล 38 การสร้างชุดความรู้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักพุทธธรรมเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ เรือนจำชั่วคราวดอยฮาง มีการสร้างชุดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับหนังสือ หรือตำรา เพื่อให้ผู้ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ดูแลผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำชั่วคราว โดยการนำหลักพุทธธรรมไปพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตให้มี ศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา มีสติทุกครั้งในการดูแลผู้ต้องขัง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        The thesis has objectives to (1) study the model for improving the quality of life of the officials of the Corrections Department of, Doi Hang Temporary Prison in Chiang Rai Province, (2) study the development of quality of life according to Buddhist principles of the officials of the Doi Hang Temporary Prison Department of Corrections in Chiang Rai province and (3) to create a knowledge set for improving the quality of life according to Buddhist principles of corrections officers Doi Hang Temporary Prison in Chiang Rai province. This is the qualitative research using document and interviewing as tools to collect data., The research result found that: the model for improving the quality of life of the officials of the Department of Corrections, Doi Hang Temporary Prison in Chiang Rai province was in the following forms: caring for health to be ready for work, living supporting, operational facility, reducing of tough working burden and moral support and enhancement.

       The development of quality of life according to Buddhist principles of the officials of the Doi Hang Temporary Prison Department of Corrections in Chiang Rai province was through the application of Buddhist principles that consisted of the following; Trisikkha 3(three studies; morality, concentration and wisdom), Chak 4 (virtues wheeling one to prosperity), prayer 4 (cultivation; training; development) and Mongkhon Sutra (sacred thread which Buddhist monks wear around a holy water vessel). And creation of a knowledge set for improving the quality of life according to Buddhist principles of corrections officers Doi Hang Temporary Prison in Chiang Rai province, the body of knowledge was done in books or textbooks for those who took care of temporary prison inmates(there was self-development in Doi Hang through the application of Buddhist principles to improve the quality of life, in order to gain moral, concentration, wisdom, and consciousness every time when care for the inmates.
