บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยเรื่อง “รูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา” มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ (2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมาและ (3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณะสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา  เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า   

             การปฏิบัติงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน การสงเคราะห์เป็นแนวปฏิบัติตั้งแต่พระพุทธเจ้าได้ตรัสรู้พระองค์ทรงมีพระมหากรุณาธิคุณสงเคราะห์ด้วยธรรมและอามิส   ภายหลังได้มีสาวกออกบวชโดยเฉพาะพระสาวกชุด 60 รูปแรกพระพุทธเจ้าได้ส่งสาวกเหล่านี้ไปเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเพื่อสงเคราะห์ให้เกิดประโยชน์และความสุข การสงเคราะห์จึงเป็นรูปแบบปฏิบัติมาถึงปัจจุบันซึ่งปัจจุบันคณะสงฆ์เรียกว่า งานสาธารณะสงเคราะห์เป็นการดำเนินการช่วยเหลือสังคมทางวัตถุในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ที่ไม่ขัดต่อพระธรรมวินัย เช่น ให้สถานที่เป็นที่จัดประชุมอบรมเยาวชนและประชาชนด้านอาชีพต่าง ๆ การสร้างถนนเข้าหมู่บ้าน การออมทรัพย์ ให้สถานที่เป็นแหล่งประปาหมู่บ้าน การช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้เป็นต้น หลักพุทธธรรมที่ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ 1) พรหมวิหาร 4 2) สังคหวัตถุ 4  3) ราชสังคหวัตถุ 4) พละ 4 5) จักรวรรดิวัตร 6)หลักทิศ 6  7) สาราณียธรรม 8) สัปปุริสธรรม 9) อปริหานิยธรรม 10) ทศพิธราชธรรม

                     รูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีกลไกจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการฝ่ายสาธารณสงเคราะห์ และได้สร้างเครือข่ายทั้งคณะสงฆ์และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชนเพื่อการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพตลอดทั้ง มีศูนย์ มีสำนักงานเพื่อให้ทันและรวดเร็วต่อการปฏิบัติงาน

รูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณะสงเคราะห์ของคณะสงฆ์ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา  ควรยึดหลักสาธารณสงเคราะห์ตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนาและควรสร้างเครือข่าย บวร บ้าน วัดและโรงเรียนและคณะสงฆ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดควรมีแผนปฏิบัติงานงานที่ดี  มีการแบ่งงานกระจายงานในด้านการพัฒนาจิตใจและพัฒนาวัตถุให้แก่ประชาชนอย่างทั่วถึงทุกพื้นที่ อีกทั้งคณะสงฆ์ต้องมีการสร้างกิจกรรมและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนในงานพัฒนาจิตใจ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                   Subject research “The Administration Model For Public Works of Thai Sangha in Nakhonratchasima Province” has the objectives (1) to study the public welfare performance of the clergy (2) to study the model of the public welfare performance of the clergy in Nakhon Ratchasima Province (3) to present the forms of public welfare work of the Sangha in Nakhon Ratchasima Province It is a qualitative research.

                The results showed that

               Performance of public welfare activities of the clergy from past to present Helping is a practice since the Buddha attained enlightenment. After the disciples were ordained, especially the first set of 60 disciples, the Lord Buddha sent these disciples to propagate Buddhism for the benefits and happiness. Helping is therefore a form of practice until nowadays, which is now called by the Sangha.                    Models of Public Welfare Operations of Sangha in Nakhon Ratchasima Province There is a mechanism to set up a public welfare committee. and has created a network of both clergy and government agencies The private sector for efficient work throughout the center, with offices to keep pace with and speed up operations.

                  Models of Public Welfare Performance of Sangha in Nakhon Ratchasima Province Should adhere to public welfare principles according to Buddhist guidelines and should create a network of bowon, home, temple and school and Sangha. All stakeholders should have a good work plan. There is a division of labor in the areas of mental development and material development for people in all areas. In addition, the Sangha must create activities and promote participation with the community in mental development work.
