บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1 เพื่อศึกษาการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน  บ้านปากด่าน ตำบลบางเหรียง อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงา 2 เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน บ้านปากด่าน ตำบลบางเหรียง อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงาใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 20 คน เชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถาม ประชากร ได้แก่ ชาวบ้าน บ้านปากด่าน หมู่ 5 ตำบลบางเหรียง อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 264 คน การวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพใช้เทคนิคเชิงพรรณนา เชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)

          ผลการวิจัย

การป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติด โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน บ้านปากด่าน ตำบลบางเหรียง อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงา โดยรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน  มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 4.21) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ระดับการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติด ด้านการส่งเสริมป้องกัน มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.51) รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการลดอันตรายจากการใช้ยา (  X= 4.37) ด้านการติดตามดูแลช่วยเหลือ ( X = 4.37)  ด้านการคัดกรอง (X = 3.94) ส่วน ด้านการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับน้อยที่สุด ( X = 3.81) ตามลำดับ

ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน บ้านปากด่าน ตำบลบางเหรียง อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงา พบข้อเสนอแนะแนวว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมป้องกันรณรงค์การป้องกันยาเสพติดในวัยรุ่นในชุมชนสนับสนุนโครงการสร้างเสริมความอบอุ่นในครอบครัว       ด้านการคัดกรอง ค้นหากลุ่มเสี่ยง แล้วนำมาสู่กระบวนการคัดกรองแบบกัลยาณมิตร ให้มีการคัดกรองเพื่อคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดให้ชัดเจนเพื่อนำเข้าสู่การบำบัดรักษา ด้านการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพมีกิจกรรมการเข้าบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพภายในชุมชน ใช้ศักยภาพของบริบทในพื้นที่ของตนเอง โดยผู้เข้าบำบัดให้ความร่วมมือและเต็มใจที่จะบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพด้านการติดตามดูแลช่วยเหลือจัดให้มีการติดตามช่วยเหลือผู้ที่ผ่านการบำบัด ให้มีอาสาสมัครติดตามผู้ผ่านการบำบัดของชุมชนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ จัดให้มีการช่วยเหลือ ด้านอาชีพ การศึกษา ด้านการลดอันตรายจากการใช้ยาให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการติดเชื้อจากเพศสัมพันธ์ ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันจากการใช้เข็มฉีดยาหรืออันตรายจากการใช้ยาเสพติดต่างๆ ส่งเสริมให้ความรู้รวมถึงให้บริการเพิ่มเติมจากการบำบัดรักษาเช่นการให้ความรู้ด้านยาเสพติดอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The objectives of this research were: 1. to study the community-based prevention of drug problems in Ban Pak Dan, Bang Riang Subdistrict, Thap Put District, Phang Nga Province; Community-Based, Pak Dan Village, Bang Riang Sub-district, Thap Put District, Phang Nga Province, using a mixed method research method. qualitative research An unstructured interview was used with 20 key informants. Quantitative questionnaires were used. The population were villagers of Ban Pak Dan, Village No. 5, Bang Riang Sub-district, Thap Put District, Phang Nga Province, totaling 264 people. Descriptive techniques were used for qualitative analysis. Quantitative statistics were used for percentage, mean  and standard deviation (S.D).

         Research results:

By ordering the average from the most to the least, it was found that the level of protection against drug problems promotion and prevention had the highest average level (X = 4.51), followed by harm reduction from drug use (X = 4.37), follow-up care (X  = 4.37), screeningX  = 3.94) Treatment and rehabilitation section with the lowest mean (X = 3.81), respectively.

Suggestions on the community-based approach to drug problem prevention at Ban Pak Dan, Bang Riang Subdistrict, Thap Put District, Phang Nga Province. In terms of promotion and prevention, drug prevention campaign among adolescents in the community supports the family warmth project. In terms of treatment and rehabilitation, there are activities for treatment and rehabilitation within the community. Use the potential of the context in your own area. The patient cooperates and is willing to provide treatment and rehabilitation for follow-up care. Have volunteers to follow up with people who have passed the treatment in the community according to the established criteria. Provide occupational support, education, harm reduction from drug use, educate about prevention of sexually transmitted infections. Educate about the prevention of needle use or the dangers of using various drugs. Promote education and provide additional services in addition to treatment such as continuous drug education.
