บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

         การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดงานศพของวัดและชุมชนในเขตตำบลป่าตาล (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคการจัดงานศพปลอดอบายมุขของวัดและชุมชน ในเขตตำบลป่าตาล (3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการจัดงานศพปลอดอบายมุขของวัดและชุมชนในเขตตำบลป่าตาล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์คือ พระสงฆ์ ปราชญ์ท้องถิ่น หน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ผู้นำชุมชนและประชาชนทั่วไป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

รูปแบบการจัดงานศพของวัดและชุมชนในเขตตำบลป่าตาล คือ งานศพที่ปราศจากสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการจัดงานบําเพ็ญ กุศลศพ มีสิ่งมอมเมาจําพวกสุรา สารเสพติด การพนัน เป็นต้น ซึ่งไม่ทําให้เกิดประโยชน์และในทางที่ ดีต่องานศพ รวมไปถึงการละเล่นจําพวกไม่เหมาะสมต่าง ๆ ควรให้ความสําคัญด้านพระพุทธศาสนา และพิธีกรรมที่ถูกต้อง ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับอบายมุขที่ให้โทษ

ปัญหา อุปสรรคการจัดงานศพปลอดอบายมุขนั้น ด้วยนิสัยคนไทยและความเป็นอยู่ส่วนใหญ่ เราต่างติดความเกรงใจซึ่งกันและกันมากไป คนคุ้นกับวัด วัดเอื้อกับบ้าน ขาดความเป็นระเบียบมาตรการควบคุม จึงไม่สามารถที่จะจัดงานศพปลอดอบายมุขให้เกิดประสิทธิผลเท่าที่ควร หรือบางแห่งปล่อยปละละเลย แบบเอาหูไปนาเอาตาไปไร่ ถ้าพูดกันแบบไม่เกรงใจก็คือ "มีแต่ป้าย ตายเหมือนเดิม"

รูปแบบการจัดงานศพปลอดอบายมุขของชุมชนในเขตตำบลป่าตาลผ่านการจัดทำโครงการงานศพปลอดเหล้า ปลอดอบายมุข ขับเคลื่อนโดย วัด คณะสงฆ์ ชมรมผู้สูงอายุอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ร่วมกับโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลป่าตาล ร่วมกับแกนนำชุมชนทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งเจ้าอาวาส ผู้นำชุมชน เทศบาลและประชาชนในหมู่บ้าน ได้ร่วมระดมแนวคิดเพื่อแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าว โดยจัดทำโครงการ “งานศพปลอดเหล้า ปลอดอบายมุข”  โดยจะงดเหล้าและงดเว้นการเล่นการพนันในงาน เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมที่ดีงามให้รุ่นลูกรุ่นหลานได้สืบทอดต่อกันไป เพื่อเป็นสร้างหมู่บ้านต้นแบบปลอดเหล้าในงานศพ เพื่อเป็นการไวัทุกข์แสดงความโศกเศร้ากับญาติที่เสียชีวิต เพื่อเป็นการทำบุญด้วยจิตใจที่บริสุทธิ์ ผ่องใส เป็นการลด ละ เลิก อบายมุข เพื่อเป็นการดำรงไว้ในสถาบันครอบครัวที่อบอุ่น เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็นในการจัดงานศพ

          This research has objectives to 1) study the funeral organizing pattern of the temples and Pa Tan community, 2) study the problems and obstacle inorganizing the ruination-free funeral of the temples and Pa Tan community, and 3) analyze the pattern of organizing the ruination-free funeral of the temples and Pa Tan community. This is the qualitative research, collecting data throughinterviewing monks, local sage (scholar), governmental and non-governmentalofficers, community leaders and general people. The research result found that;
