การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของวัฒนธรรมเชิงพุทธของ สถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 10 ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีของนักวิชาการ 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมเชิงพุทธของสถานศึกษาระดับ มัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 10 3) เพื่อ ประเมินรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมเชิงพุทธของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 10

       การวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และ เชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยท่ีเก่ียวข้อง โดยการ รวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ อันประกอบด้วย แนวคิดทฤษฎีทางวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ ที่ เกี่ยวข้องนํามาวิเคราะห์ เรียบเรียงใหม่ตามประเด็นสําคัญต่างๆ ที่ตั้งไว้โดยมีวิธีดําเนินการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 3) ขั้นตอนและการสร้างเครื่องมือ 4) การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 5) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 6) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

       ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

       1. องค์ประกอบของวัฒนธรรมเชิงพุทธ องค์ประกอบที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์แนวคิด ทฤษฎี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่องค์ประกอบด้านความคิด องค์ประกอบด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ องค์ประกอบ ด้านทรัพยากร องค์ประกอบด้านองค์การ

       2. รูปแบบวัฒนธรรมเชิงพุทธของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน คณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 10 ตามความคิดเห็นของ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และยืนยันองค์ประกอบเมื่อเทียบเคียงกับรูปแบบตามแนวคิดทฤษฎี 4 รูปแบบมีความสอดคล้องกับ รูปแบบวัฒนธรรมแบบสร้างสรรค์ ตามตัวแปรสังเกตที่เป็นองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบวัฒนธรรม คือ 1) รูปแบบวัฒนธรรมแบบครอบครัว 2) รูปแบบวัฒนธรรมแบบป้องกันเชิงรับ 3) รูปแบบวัฒนธรรม แบบสร้างสรรค์ และ 4) รูปแบบวัฒนธรรมแบบป้องกันเชิงรุก 

        The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the elements of Buddhist culture in secondary educational institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Official Inspection Area 10 according to the theoretical concepts of academics; 2) to create a Buddhist cultural model for secondary educational institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Official Inspection Area 10; 3) to evaluate the Buddhist cultural model of secondary educational institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Official Inspection Area 10. This study was carried out by means of mixed-method research both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The researcher has studied and collected data from related documents and research by collecting information consisting of concepts of organizational culture theory; and various related researches were analyzed and rearranged according to important issues. The research methods are as follows: (1) population and sample, (2) research tools, (3) procedures and tool construction, (4) data collection, (5) data analysis, and (6) statistics used in data analysis.

       The research results were as follows:

        1) Four elements of Buddhist culture derived from the synthesis of the theoretical concepts are the conceptual; interactional; resource and organization elements.

        2) The Buddhist cultural model of the secondary school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Official Inspection Area 10 according to the opinion of the group of experts and confirmation of the components compared to the four theoretical models was consistent with the creative culture model according to the observational variables that were components of the cultural model: (1) family culture model, (2) passive protective culture model, (3) creative cultural model, and (4) proactive protective culture model.
