บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทการทำงานเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดี อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการทำงานเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดี อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม 3) เพื่อนำเสนอบทบาทและกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดี อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ทำการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก

                  ผลวิจัยพบว่า

1. บทบาทการทำงานเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดี อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสังคม รองลงมา คือด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านร่างกาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด

2. กระบวนการทำงานเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดี อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านระบบงาน รองลงมา คือด้านทักษะความสามารถ และด้านโครงสร้าง มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด

                 3. บทบาทและกระบวนการทำงานของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดี อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม ด้านโครงสร้างควรมีคณะกรรมการยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชน ประกอบด้วยคณะสงฆ์ ภาครัฐและประชาชนที่มีอำนาจในการบริหารงานได้อย่างคล่องตัวและมีประสิทธิภาพ ด้านยุทธศาสตร์มีการระดมความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชน ด้านระบบงานในการยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนสนับสนุนให้เกิดเครือข่ายการทำงานของประชาชนในชุมชนให้เข้มแข็งมากขึ้น ด้านรูปแบบการบริหาร พระสงฆ์ ภาครัฐและประชาชนสามารถกำกับดูแลและติดตามผลการทำงานในการยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมาย ด้านบุคลากร ข้าราชการหรือพนักงานของรัฐและเอกชนที่มีจิตอาสาร่วมมือในการยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชน ด้านทักษะความสามารถ วิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธปัญญาศรีทวารวดีพัฒนาโครงการให้เกิดการยอมรับ ด้านค่านิยม พระสงฆ์และผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความเชื่อมั่นในวิสัยทัศน์ ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ เป้าประสงค์และกลยุทธ์ของการยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชนให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชุมชน ด้านร่างกายในการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนรับประทานอาหารที่เหมาะสมและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนได้เห็นความสำคัญชองวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา เพื่อขัดเกลาจิตใจ ด้านสังคม ส่งเสริมให้ท่านได้มีโอกาสให้ความร่วมมือและประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่และประชาชนในชุมชน และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีการจัดการสิ่งปฏิกูลและขยะมูลฝอยภายในชุมชนอยู่เสมอ
