                การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะเพื่อการประกอบอาชีพเสริมของเด็กพิเศษในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะในการประกอบอาชีพของเด็กพิเศษในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว 2) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในการประกอบอาชีพเสริมของเด็กพิเศษในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในการประกอบอาชีพเสริมของเด็กพิเศษในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญใช้การคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง คือ ผู้อำนวยการ คุณครูประจำ และผู้ปกครอง รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 14 รูป/คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยใช้เทคนิคแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation Technique)  นำเสนอแบบอธิบายและพรรณาความ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. สมรรถนะเด็กพิเศษเพื่อการประกอบอาชีพของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว มีสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจจากกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนและส่งเสริมการทำงานรวมถึงการอาศัยอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่น เข้าใจบริบทตนเองในการแสดงออกพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ มีทักษะการทำงานอาชีพพื้นฐานจากการประดิษฐ์ชิ้นงานสามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองในชีวิตประจำวันได้และไม่เป็นภาระผู้อื่น การแสดงออกพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ทำให้สามารถปรับตัวและใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับคนอื่นได้ดี เกิดความสัมพันธ์อันดี เกิดการพึ่งพาอาศัยซึ่งกันและกัน ตลอดจนสามารถดำรงชีวิตได้อย่างอิสระ อีกทั้งสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมส่งผลให้เด็กพิเศษเกิดการผ่อนคลาย พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ มีโอกาสได้เรียนรู้ธรรมชาติ ได้ดูแลสุขภาพ และออกกำลังกายภายในโรงเรียน ในด้านบทบาททางสังคม เด็กพิเศษสามารถปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันได้อย่างสะดวก ไม่เป็นภาระกับผู้อื่น สามารถสื่อสารและเกิดการคิดเป็นในทุกด้าน สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียน

           2. การพัฒนากระบวนการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในการประกอบอาชีพเสริมของเด็กพิเศษในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว กระบวนการถ่ายทอดความรู้ การเรียนรู้การใช้ชีวิตประจำวันทำให้เป็นกิจวัตร ทำซ้ำ ๆ ฝึกบ่อย ๆ ทบทวนสิ่งเดิม และค่อยเพิ่มเติมสิ่งใหม่ การเรียนรู้เพื่อบรรเทาอาการและลดพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ของเด็กพิเศษ โดยการสอนการจับทำและจับให้หยุดเป็นการสร้างพฤติกรรมใหม่ หรือหยุดพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ การให้รางวัลช่วยให้เด็กทำพฤติกรรมตามที่เราต้องการมากขึ้น การเพิ่มสิ่งเร้าเป็นการเพิ่มพฤติกรรมที่ต้องการโดยการเพิ่มสิ่งเร้าให้น่าสนใจ ใช้รูปแบบการกระตุ้นที่หลากหลาย การไม่สนใจเป็นการลดพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมโดยการเพิกเฉยต่อพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ การเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจเป็นการลดพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์โดยการหาสิ่งที่น่าสนใจมากกว่ามาให้เด็กทำ กระบวนการร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมโดยการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอาชีพ จัดกิจกรรมระหว่างหน่วยงานและนักวิชาชีพ และจัดกิจกรรมของครอบครัว กระบวนการสร้างเครือข่ายโดยบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างเครือข่ายให้สามารถดำเนินไปได้อย่างราบรื่นบรรลุเป้าหมาย

          3. รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในการประกอบอาชีพเสริมของเด็กพิเศษในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษจังหวัดสระแก้ว การประเมินความต้องการ ครอบครัวมีการสนับสนุนการเตรียมทักษะ โดยทำหน้าที่ประเมินความสามารถปัจจุบันและค้นหาสิ่งที่ต้องพัฒนา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นผู้สนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษา ทำหน้าที่คัดเลือก กำหนดหน้าที่ และกำกับติดตามครูผู้สอนให้เป็นผู้สอนงานในสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนประเมินความสามารถการทำงานร่วมกับผู้ปกครอง และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายนอกเป็นผู้สนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษาครูผู้สอน การออกแบบและดำเนินกิจกรรมการวางแผน ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และผู้ปกครอง การดำเนินการผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องปฏิบัติตามแผน การประเมินผลกิจกรรมรวบรวมข้อมูล

                 จากองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการไปลงพื้นที่วิจัย พบว่าสามารถทำให้เด็กพิเศษ ของศูนย์จังหวัดพิเศษสระแก้วได้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ถึงรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะ เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพเสริมได้ เช่น นำไปขายในงานส่งเสริมประจำจังหวัดสระแก้ว  จึงเป็นการขยายผลต่อยอดออกสู่ตลาดชุมชน หรือหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้

                 Research study “The Model for Enhancing Competency for Part-time Occupational Activities of Special Education Children in Sa Kaeo Special Education Center” has three objectives: 1) to study the occupational competencies of special children in Sa Kaeo Special Education Center; 2) to 3) To develop a process for enhancing competency in supplementary occupations of special children in Sa Kaeo Special Education Center; This research is a qualitative research. Key informants were the director, full-time teachers and parents, totaling 14 photographs/person. Data were collected by in-depth interviews. After that, the data were analyzed and linked to create a form of competency building for supplementary occupations of children with special needs in the special education center in Sa Kaeo Province.

                 The results showed that

                1.
