การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลสำเร็จการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 30 รูป/คน โดยการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า ๕ ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการทดสอบที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analysis of variance) และ F-test ในกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยตั้งแต่ ๓ กลุ่มขึ้นไปด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญที่น้อยที่สุด (Least Significant Difference : LSD)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาทั้งหมด มีความคิดเห็นด้วยต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก   (μ = 4.19) เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาทั้งหมดมีความ คิดเห็นด้วยต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากทุกด้าน

2. ผลเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อ        การบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ            วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และตำแหน่ง พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสุวรรณวิจิตรวิทยา อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 1) ควรส่งเสริมการประกวดผลงานทางวิชาการ 2) โรงเรียนควรสนับสนุนให้ครูได้รับการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบต่าง ๆ 3) ควรจัดสรรงบประมาณที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนให้เพียงพอ และจัดงบประมาณเงินอุดหนุนเด็กยากจนต่อหัว ต่อปีให้มีเพียงพอ 4) การจัดบรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียนเอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน และจัดให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางธรรมชาติภายในโรงเรียน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This thesis entitled ‘The Achieve ments of Suwanwijtwitthya School Administration, Prasat District, Surin Province’ has three objectives: to study the Administration of Suwanwijitwitthya School, Prasart district, Surin Province. 2) to comparative study   the Administration of Suwanwijitwitthya School, Prasart District, Surin Province, and        3) to study the recommendations in the administration of Suwnwijitwitthya School Prasat District, Surin Province. The research is survey research. Collecting data from questionnaires with key informants including administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, with 30 key informants/persons. Specific sampling was used. The five levels of questionnaires were used as the research method. The statistics for analysis of data are Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and F-test in case of three or more groups of mean difference with least significant difference (LSD).

The results of the study are as follows:-

1) Opinions of all administrators, teachers, and educational personnel have a comment on the administration of Suwanvijitwittaya school, Prasat district, Surin province, overall, to a large extent. (μ = 4.19). When considering each aspect, it was found that all teachers and educational personnel have comments to the administration of Suwanvijitwittaya School, Prasat district, Surin province. It is very average in all aspects.

2) Comparisons of executive opinions of teachers and educational personnel to the administration of Suwanvijitwittaya school, Prasat district, Surin province, classified by gender, age, educational background, work experience, and position, there was no difference in opinion, statistically significant at the .05 level.

1) Suggestions for the administration of Suwanvijitwittaya school, Prasat district, Surin province:- 1) Academic contests should be promoted, 2) the school should encourage teachers to be trained in the use of different teaching techniques, and 3) adequate support should be allocated and subsidies of poor children per capita should be provided per year to have enough, and 4) providing an atmosphere within the school that is conducive to teaching and providing natural learning resources within the school.
