บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่องศึกษาวิเคราะห์คุณค่าหลักสาราณียธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท  นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความหมาย ประเภท และลักษณะของสาราณียธรรมเพื่อการสร้างความสามัคคีในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท 2) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกสามัคคีในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณค่าหลักสาราณียธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

สาราณียธรรม หมายถึง ธรรมอันเป็นที่ตั้งแห่งความให้ระลึกถึงกัน ทำให้อยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข ทำให้เกิดความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ มีความเมตตาในกายกรรม วจีกรรมและมโนกรรมในเพื่อนพรหมจรรย์ทั้งต่อหน้าและลับหลังและได้สิ่งของใดมาก็แบ่งปันกัน มีศีลบริสุทธิ์เสมอกันและมีทิฏฐิดีงามเสมอกันกับเพื่อนพรหมจรรย์ทั้งหลาย

                    สำหรับความแตกสามัคคีของในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาทเกิดขึ้นเพราะมีความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกันจากหมู่คณะ ตีความหมายหลักคำสอน ตลอดจนอธิบายขยายความตามปุถุชนอัตโนมัติเข้าข้างตนเองเสมอ ไม่คำนึงถึงเหตุผลความเสียหายแก่ส่วนรวมมีความวิบัติดังนี้ (1) สีลวิบัติ ความวิบัติแห่งศีล คือ พระภิกษุผู้มีศีลด่างพร้อย ทุศีล มีศีลไม่เสมอกัน (2) อาจารวิบัติ ความประพฤติเสียหาย คือ ความเสียมารยาทแห่งความเป็นสมณะ ความประพฤติปฏิบัติไม่เหมาะสมกับความเป็นพระภิกษุ (3) ทิฎฐิวิบัติ ความเห็นวิบัติ คือ ความเห็นผิดพระธรรมผิดพระวินัย (4) อาชีววิบัติ การมีอาชีพที่ผิดจากความเป็นสมณะมีอาชีพไม่เหมาะสมกับความเป็นสมณะ เช่น กรณีภิกษุโกสัมพีและพระเทวทัต

               คุณค่าหลักสาราณียธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรเกิดคุณค่าด้านจิตใจ ทำให้มนุษย์มีจิตใจที่เมตตาต่อเพื่อนมนุษย์ ด้านสังคม ทำให้สังคมมีความสุขลดความขัดแย้ง  และเกิดคุณค่าด้านความสัมพันธ์กับหลักธรรมอื่นเช่น สัปปุริสธรรม ทิศ 6 และหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4

                      This thesis on analyzing the value of Saraniyadhamma in Theravada Buddhism has 3 objectives: 1) to study the meaning, types and characteristics of the Saraniyadhamma for building unity in Theravada Buddhism 2) to study the differences in Theravada Buddhism 3) To analyze the value of Saraniyadhamma principles in Theravada Buddhism. The results showed that

                   For the unity of Theravada Buddhism occurred because of different opinions from the group. Disregarding the reason for the damage to the public, there are disasters as follows: (1) Sila disaster, disaster of precepts, that is, a monk who has blemished morality, lacks precepts, and has uneven precepts. monk Behavior that is incompatible with being a monk. (3) Ditthi wives, views that are wrong, that is, views that are wrong with the Dhamma and discipline. monastics, for example, in the case of monks Kosambi and Devadatta

                     The value of the Saraniya Dharma in the Sangha Buddhism is the spiritual value. It makes people have a kind heart towards their fellow human beings. Social aspects make society happy and reduce conflicts. and the value of relations with other dhamma principles such as the Sappurisadhamma, the six directions, and the four Sanghahavatthus.
