การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรปี 2562 ของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ปี 2562 ของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ปี 2562 ของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการประยุกต์หลักธรรม
ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 399 คน จากประชาชนบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regression analysis) เป็นสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงเส้น ในการศึกษาถึงปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อตัวแปรตาม และการวิจัยคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน และด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการพรรณนาความ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า   
1. การไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ปี 2562 ของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการรักษาสิทธิ์ทางการเมือง รองลงมาด้านการสนับสนุนระบอบประชาธิปไตย ด้านการดำรงอยู่ของประชาธิปไตย และด้านการออกไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง ตามลำดับ
2. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยจูงใจทางการเมืองส่งผลต่อการออกไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร และหลักสุจริต 3 ส่งผลต่อการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ปี 2562 ของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย
3. แนวทางการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ปี 2562 ของประชาชนเขตบางคอแหลม กรุงเทพมหานคร ตามหลักหลักสุจริต 3 จากการสอบถามและจากการสัมภาษณ์ ดังนี้ ด้านกายสุจริต (การประพฤติทางกาย) ในการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง อยู่ในระดับมาก การไปใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง ประชาชนควรแสดงออกและรักษาสิทธิ ซื่อสัตย์ต่อกฎ ระเบียบ ในการออกไปใช้สิทธิ์ การเลือกตั้งจะบริสุทธิ์ยุติธรรมอยู่ที่การประทำของทุกคน การรักษากฎหมายการเลือกตั้ง การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง  ด้านวจีสุจริต (การประพฤติทางวาจา) ในการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยประชาชนและนักการเมืองควรมีและพึงปฏิบัติต่อกัน โดยการไม่ใส่ร้ายป้ายสีตีไข่กัน นำผลงานความรู้ความสามารถของตนเองมานำเสนอประชาชน ประชาชนก็ควรยึดหลักความจริง ความซื่อสัตย์ต่อความเป็นพลเมืองของประเทศชาติ ด้านมโนสุจริต (การประพฤติทางใจ) ในการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง อยู่ในระดับมาก ประชาชนควรคิดดี เจตนาย์ดีต่อการไปใช้สิทธิ์ ใช้เหตุผลประกอบการตัดสินใจ ให้คำแนะนำคนอื่นได้ก็ทำตามสิ่งที่เป็นจริง ไม่คิดอคติต่อพรรคการเมืองใดให้โอกาสทุกพรรคในการบริหารประเทศ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research paper were 1. To study the people's voting for the members of the House of Representatives eligibility in the 2021 General Election at Bangkholam District, Bangkok Metropolis, 2. To study factors affecting the people’s voting for the members of the House of Representatives in 2021 General Election at Bangkholam District, Bangkok Metropolis, and 3. To study the way to exercise the right to vote of people in 2021 General Election at Bangkholam District, Bangkok Metropolis by applying Buddha-dhamma.
Research methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative research collected data with questionnaires from 399 samples who were the people at Bangkholam District, Bangkok Metropolis. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple regression analysis, statistical analysis of linear regression in the study of various factors that affected the dependent variables. The qualitative research collected data from 9 key informants using a structured in-depth interview script and analyzed the data by content descriptive interpretation.
Findings were as follows:
1. People’s voting for the members of the House of Representatives in 2021 General Election at Bangkholam District, Bangkok Metropolis, by overall, iwas at a high level ( =3.78). Each aspect was at a high level, ranked in descending order as follows:  Preservation of political rights ( =3.93), followed by support for democracy. ( =3.75), democracy existence ( =3.73) and using voting rights ( =3.69), respectively.
2. The results of the hypothesis test were found that the political motivation factors affected people's election of members of the House of Representatives at Bangkholam District, Bangkok Metropolis and the principle of Sucarita 3 affected the right to exercise the right to vote for members of the House of Representatives in the year 2021 of the people of Bangkholam District Bangkok Metropolis significantly at the 0.01 level, accepted the set hypothesis
3. Guidelines for promoting the right to exercise the right to vote for members of the House of Representatives in the year 2021 of the people at Bang Kho Laem District, Bangkok Metropolis by applying the principles of Sucarita 3, from questionnaires and interviews, as follows: Kayasucarita;  bodily integrity was at high level ( =3.69). People should exercise their rights,expressed to protect their rights upholding electoral law political involvement.Vacisucarita, verbal integrity; was at high level( =3.68). People and politicians should have and should treat each other by not slandering each other, bringing their own knowledge and skills to present to the public People should adhere to the truth, integrity  to the citizenship of the nation. Manosucarita, mental  Integrity; good intentions to exercise rights to vote was at high level( =3.54) People should have good intention to voting right, to use reasoning for decision making, giving advice to others  followed what was true, not prejudiced against any political party, giving every party an opportunity to run the country.
