สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรม ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.663 ประชากรคือประชาชนในเขตอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 149,649 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่าง จากการคำนวณขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ซึ่งใช้ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 399 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดวิเคราะห์โดยการพรรณนาแจกแจงความถี่ประกอบตาราง และวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรีอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านความรับผิดชอบตนเองและพึ่งตนเอง มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านเคารพความแตกต่าง และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านเคารพหลักความเสมอภาค
2. การเปรียบเทียบการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชาชนที่มีเพศต่างกัน และอาชีพต่างกัน มีการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชน ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วนประชาชนที่มีอายุต่างกัน และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชน ด้านความรับผิดชอบตนเองและพึ่งตนเอง ด้านเคารพความเสมอภาค และด้านเคารพความแตกต่าง แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกวิถีประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรม พบว่า 1) ด้านความรับผิดชอบและพึ่งพาตนเอง ได้แก่ การพัฒนาของประชาชนในอำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี เป็นแบบโมเดรินท์ โดยการยึดแบบเดิมๆ ความเป็นอยู่แบบสมัยเก่า แต่ก็ยังมีการพัฒนาให้ทันยุคทันสมัย เพื่อให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันได้ ควรเข้าไปช่วยเหลือประชาชนในด้านการอนุรักษ์ขนบธรรมเนียม วัฒนธรรม สิ่งปลูกสร้างสมัยเก่าให้คงอยู่ โดยให้มีการประยุกต์สมัยเก่าให้สามารถเข้ากับสมัยใหม่ได้ 2) ด้านเคารพความเสมอภาค คือ ประชาชนทุกคนควรมีส่วนช่วยในการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกประชาธิปไตย เพราะประชาธิปไตยเป็นของประชาชนทุกๆคน ควรมีการส่งเสริมตั้งแต่ตัวบุคคล ครอบครัว จนถึงภายในสังคม เพื่อให้เกิดจิตสำนึกกันทุกๆคน เริ่มจากกลุ่มเล็กๆ คือครอบครัว จนกระทั่งกลุ่มใหญ่ รวมถึงประเทศชาติ ต้องมีการส่งเสริมอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 3) ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ ประชาชนต้องให้ความร่วมมือในการแก้ไขปัญหาภายในชุมชน ภาครัฐต้องเข้าไปร่วมส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกประชาธิปไตยให้เกิดขึ้นภายในชุมชน เพื่อให้เกิดความสามัคคีในชุมชน และความร่วมมือร่วมใจกันแก้ไขปัญหากันเองได้

The objectives of this research paper were: 1. To study the level of the people’s democratic way conscience promotion at Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province. 2. To compare opinions on the people’s democratic way conscience promotion at Bang Kruai District Nonthaburi Province, classified by personal factors.  3. To study the development guidelines for the people’s democratic way conscience promotion at Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province by applying the principles of Buddha-dhamma
Research was conducted by the mixed methods. The quantitative research using questionnaires with total reliability value at 0. 663.as a tool to collect data. The population was 149,649 people at Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province, aged 18 years and over. The sample size was calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, with an error set at 0.05 to obtain a sample size of 399 people. Hypothesis testing by t-test and F-test. Data from open-ended questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive frequency distribution.  The qualitative research collected data by in-depth interviewing 7 key informants, analyzed data by content descriptive interpretation.
Findings were as follows:
1. The level of promoting democratic consciousness among the people in Bang Kruai District. Nonthaburi Province is at a high level. When classified into each aspect, it is found that it is at a high level in every aspect. Arranged in order of average values from highest to lowest, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was self-responsibility and self-reliance. has the highest mean, followed by respect for differences, and the side with the lowest mean is respect for the principle of equality.
2. Comparison of promoting democratic consciousness among people in Bang Kruai District Nonthaburi Province Classified according to personal factors People of different genders and different careers People's democratic consciousness is promoted. no different Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected, as for people of different ages and different educational levels People's democratic consciousness is promoted. Self-responsibility and self-reliance Respect for equality and respect for differences were different with statistical significance at the 0.05 level, therefore the set assumptions were accepted.
3. Guidelines for developing the promotion of democratic consciousness of the people in Bang Kruai District Nonthaburi Province By applying the principles of Buddhism, it was found that 1) Responsibility and self-reliance, including the development of people in Bang Kruai District Nonthaburi Province It's modern. By adhering to the original old-fashioned way of life But there is still development to keep up with the modern era. in order to be compatible with the current situation Should help the people in preserving traditions, culture, and old buildings. By allowing the application of old times to be compatible with modern times, 2) Respect for equality: every citizen should help promote democratic consciousness. Because democracy belongs to every person. There should be promotion from individuals, families, and within society. To create awareness among everyone Starting with a small group, that is, a family, until a large group. including the nation There must be continuous promotion, and 3) Problems and obstacles, that is, people must cooperate in solving problems within the community. The government sector must join in promoting democratic consciousness within the community. To create unity in the community and cooperation can solve problems among ourselves.
