บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนของเกาะลัดอีแท่นอำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนของเกาะลัดอีแท่นอำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม 3) เพื่อเสนอการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนของเกาะลัดอีแท่นอำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ทำการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. ประชากรส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิง ประชากรส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 51 ปีขึ้นไป มีสถานะภาพส่วนใหญ่สมรส มีระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ต่ำกว่าประถมศึกษา และมีรายได้ส่วนใหญ่ต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท โดยเกษตรกรมีการปรึกษาหารือ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวในการตัดสินใจ มีการร่วมส่งเสริมและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างองค์กรต่างๆ มีการขอความร่วมมือให้องค์กรอื่นๆเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงานการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว ทำให้เกษตรกรเห็นว่าการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวสามารถแก้ปัญหาในชุมชนได้อย่างยั่งยืน

          2. การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของเกาะลัดอีแท่นอำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการรับผลประโยชน์ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการประเมินผล ด้านการตัดสินใจ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติการ ในการมีส่วนร่วมนั้นเกษตรกรมีการนำเสนอปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อการแก้ไขและการพัฒนาที่ตรงประเด็น มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมตามแผนที่กำหนดร่วมกัน และมีการเสวนาแสดงความคิดเห็นร่วมกันเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการประเมินผลเกษตรกรจึงได้รับประโยชน์จากการถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว

          3. การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนของเกาะลัดอีแท่นอำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยว รองลงมาคือ ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางการเกษตร ด้านความมีไมตรีจิต และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความปลอดภัย ในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวยังมีีการจัดการการให้บริการอื่นๆ แก่นักท่องเที่ยว มีการศึกษาหาความรู้ทำความเข้าใจด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีความเข้าใจความต้องการและสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยว มีการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในความปลอดภัยผู้ให้บริการสาธารณะ

          2. Participation in tourism management of Koh Lad E Thaen, Sam Phran District. Nakhon Pathom Province Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level in every aspect. The aspect with the highest average value was the receiving benefit aspect, followed by the evaluation aspect. Decision making And the aspect with the least average value is the operational aspect. In participating, farmers present their problems for immediate solutions and development. Activities are carried out as planned together. There was also a discussion and discussion of opinions together to provide information for evaluating the results. Farmers therefore benefit from the transfer of knowledge about tourism management.
