            การศึกษาเรื่อง  การส่งเสริมการรักษาศีล 5 ของเยาวชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนทอสี  ผู้วิจัยศึกษาในวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการรักษาศีล 5 ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรคและจุดแข็งของเยาวชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมากรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนทอสี 3) เพื่อส่งเสริมการรักษาศีล 5 ของเยาวชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมากรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนทอสี

             ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

             การรักษาศีล 5 ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท ศีลเป็นข้อบัญญัติในการประพฤติปฏิบัติในการอยู่ร่วมกันของคนในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุข ศีล 5 มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญอยู่ 5 ข้อ เว้นจากการฆ่าสัตว์ เว้นจากการถือเอาสิ่งของที่เจ้าของไม่ได้ให้ เว้นจากการประพฤตผิดในกามเว้นจากการกล่าวเท็จ และเว้นจากการดื่มน้ำเมา คือ สุราเมรัย  ศีลจัดว่าเป็นฐานให้ถึงซึ่งโลกุตรธรรม คือ นิพพานสมบัติ ก็ต้องอาศัยศีลเป็นพื้นฐาน ดังนั้นศีลจึงเป็นเบื้องต้นแห่งการปฏิบัติให้สุจริตทางกายวาจา และใจเป็นที่สุด

              สภาพปัญหา อุปสรรคและจุดแข็งของเยาวชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมากรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนทอสี โรงเรียนทอสีเป็นโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธภายใต้การสนันสนุนของรัฐบาลซึ่งการจัดการศึกษาได้เห็นความสำคัญของการใช้ประโยชน์จากพุทธศาสนา ในการพัฒนาการศึกษาของชาติ จึงกำหนดเป็นนโยบาย ให้มีทางเลือกในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ตามความสมัครใจ ปัญหาการรักษาศีลของเยาวชนคือ  ความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองยังไม่เกิดความต่อเนื่องซึ่งเป็นปัญหาในการเป็นต้นแบบในการพฤติกรรมซึ่งอาจมีปัญหาในเรื่องมีเวลาไม่เพียงพอในการอบรมหรืออยู่กับเยาวชนไม่เพียงพอ สำหรับจุดแข็งในการรักษาศีลคือ การจัดหลักสูตรมีกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมศีล 5 และมีการให้พระสงฆ์ได้มาแสดงธรรมเพื่อให้เยาวชนเกิดความไกล้ชิดสร้างแรงจูงใจในการรักษาศีล

             การส่งเสริมการรักษาศีล 5 ของเยาวชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมากรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนทอสี แนวทางการส่งเสริมการรักษาศีล 5 ของเยาวชนตามหลักแนวคิดของพุทธทาสภิกขุต้องมีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมการจัดการศึกษาอบรมขัดเกลาเข้าสู่ภาคปฏิบัติ และควรมีการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมเยาวชนต้นแบบ  แนวทางการส่งเสริมการรักษาศีล 5 ของเยาวชนในยุคสมัยใหม่ ควรสร้างทฤษฎีแรงจูงใจ คือ 1) แรงจูงใจภายใน เป็นเครื่องมือหนึ่งในการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ เกิดการเรียนรู้ภายในตน และ 2) เป็นแรงจูงใจภายนอก (Extrinsic Motivation) ที่เกิดจากสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบตัวมนุษย์ ที่มีอิทธิพล ต่อการตัดสินใจให้ประพฤติปฏิบัติในเรื่องใดเรื่องหนึ่งของมนุษย์

              Study of Promoting the keeping of the 5 precepts among youth in Nakhon Ratchasima Province: A case study of Tosi School The researcher has three objectives: 1) to study the keeping of the 5 precepts in Theravada Buddhism; 2) to study the problem situation.               The results of the study found that

Therefore, precepts are the basis for practicing honesty in body and speech. and the heart is the greatest

For the strong point in keeping the precepts is Organizing the curriculum has activities that promote the 5 precepts and has monks teach Dhamma to bring youth closer together and create motivation to keep the precepts.
