บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

       การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธชั้นนำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2)เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธชั้นนำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และ 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธชั้นนำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดอัตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น ของสภาพปัจจุบัน เท่ากับ 0.782 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของสภาพที่พึงประสงค์เท่ากับ 0.812 ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประถมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 8,106 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 340 คน กำหนดจำนวนโดยใช้ตาราง Yamane สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น การยกร่างรูปแบบการพัฒนาฯ มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 15 รูป/คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง และใช้แบบสอบถามแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการประเมินรูปแบบ มีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 10 คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจากกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย

       ผลการศึกษาพบว่า:

       1) ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น สามารถเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ อันดับ 1 ด้านการเรียนการสอน อันดับ 2 ด้านกายภาพ อันดับ 3 ด้านกิจกรรมพื้นฐานชีวิต อันดับ 4 ด้านบรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์ และอันดับ 5 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ  

       2) รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธชั้นนำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีเนื้อหาประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านกายภาพ ๒) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ๓) ด้านกิจกรรมพื้นฐานชีวิต ๔) ด้านการเรียนการสอน และ ๕) ด้านบรรยากาศ และปฏิสัมพันธ์

       3) ผลการประเมินพบว่า โดยรวม ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละประเด็นพบว่า ประเด็นความเหมาะสม สามารถเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านบรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์ และ ด้านการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ ประเด็นเรื่องความเป็นไปได้ สามารถเรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และ ด้านการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ ประเด็นความเป็นประโยชน์ สามารถเรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านบรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์ และด้านการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current condition, desirable condition, and needs of the management of Buddhist schools to become leading Buddhist schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the northeast; 2) to create a model for the management of Buddhist schools to become leading Buddhist schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the northeast and 3) to assess the model of Buddhist school management to become a leading Buddhist school under the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the northeast. The tools used in the study include a five-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability value of the present condition equal to 0.782 and a desirable condition equal to 0.812. The population was 8,106 educational institution administrators and teachers in elementary education institutes in the northeast. The sample group included 340 administrators and teachers determined using the Yamane and stratified random sampling. In drafting the development model, there are 15 key informants, purposively selected. A semi-structured questionnaire was used to collect data and the model was evaluated by 10 informants, selected purposively from stakeholders.

     The research results were as follows:

      1) The PNImodified values can be ranked from the highest to the lowest as follows: (1) teaching and learning, (2) physical aspects, (3) basic life activities, (4) atmosphere and interaction, and (5) management.

      2) The Buddhist school management model towards becoming a leading Buddhist school consisted of the contents including (1) physical aspects, (2) management aspects, (3) basic life activities, (4) teaching and learning, and (5) atmosphere and interaction.

      3) The results of this study were as follows :  The evaluation of this study is at the most level. The result can be arranged in order from highest to lowest as follows; physical aspect, atmosphere-interaction aspect, and teaching aspect. Possibility, The result can be arranged in order from highest to lowest as follows ; physical aspect, administrative aspect, and teaching aspect. Usefulness, The result can be arranged in order from highest to lowest as follows ; physical aspect, atmosphere-interaction aspect, and teaching aspect.
