บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.เพื่อศึกษาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 2.เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 3.เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบูรณาการหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เพื่อการพัฒนาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธีประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ(key informants) จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน การสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 12 รูปหรือคน และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปลอิสระ  

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            1. สภาพทั่วไปที่ส่งผลต่อความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร เช่น ควรเป็นคนที่น่าเคารพนับถือ มีความเมตตา กรุณา มีนโยบายที่ดีสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชน น่าเชื่อถือ ใช้ถ้อยคำที่สามรถสื่อสารกับประชาชนได้ทุกวัยและเข้าใจง่าย รวมทั้งเป็นตัวแทนของประชาชนในการเข้าไปออกสิทธิ์ออกเสียงในการบริหารประเทศ

            2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความพึงพอใจของประชาชนมีผลต่อการพัฒนาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ได้ร้อยละ 86.8 ปัจจัยสังคหวัตถุ 4 ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ได้ร้อยละ 89.0

          3. การพัฒนาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยประยุกต์ใช้ตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 คือ ทาน ปิยวาจา อัตถจริยา สมานัตตตา โดยหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาความไว้วางใจทางการเมืองของประชาชนที่มีต่อสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีดังนี้  1. ด้านทาน การให้ความช่วยเหลือในสิ่งที่ประชาชนต้องการและขาดแคลน เข้าช่วยเหลือประชาชนเพื่อที่จะบรรเทาทุกข์ของประชาชน อีกทั้งเป็นที่ปรึกษาคอยช่วยเหลือให้คำแนะนำที่มีประโยชน์แก่ประชาชน มีความเสียสละ มีการให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดกิจกรรมของพื้นที่  2.ด้านปิยวาจา พูดมีเหตุผล ใช้คำพูดที่สุภาพ กล่าวในสิ่งที่เกิดประโยชน์แก่สังคม ใช้คำพูดทำให้ประชาชนเลื่อมใสศรัทธาจากการรักษาคำพูดคำมั่นสัญญาที่ได้กล่าวไว้กับประชาชน มีทักษะในการพูดโน้มน้าวใจเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่น ทำตัวให้น่าเคารพนับถือ แสดงออกถึงความปรารถนาที่ดีด้วยความจริงใจ 3.ด้านอัตถจริยา ประพฤติตนเป็นประโยชน์  เสียสละเพื่อสังคมและประชาชน มีความตั้งใจในการทำงานโดยไม่คำนึงถึงประโยชน์ตนเองอย่างเต็มความสามารถเพื่อก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์กับสังคม ให้ความช่วยเหลือประชาชนอย่างเต็มที่ โดยให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาและสร้างความเจริญอย่างทั่วถึงเท่าเทียมกัน 4. ด้านสมานัตตตา เสมอต้นเสมอปลาย วางตนเองให้เหมาะสมให้เกียรติต่อคนที่ร่วมงานทั้งผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและประชาชน วางตนให้เหมาะสมแก่บุคคล แก่ฐานะ เข้ากับประชาชนได้โดยไม่ถือตัว ยึดหลักความเสมอภาคเท่าเทียมกันไม่เอาเปรียบผู้อื่น 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

            Objectives of this research were: 1. To study people's political trust in members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province. 2. To study factors affecting people's political trust in members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province. 3. To propose guidelines for integrating the Sangahavatthu 4 principle to develop people's political trust in the members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province, conducted by the mixed research methods.  The qualitative research that interviewed 18 key informants, 12 participants in focus group discussions. The quantitative research collected data from 400 samples using questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship of independent variables.

            Findings were as follows:

            1. General conditions that affected people's political trust in the members of House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province, such as they should be respected persons. To have compassion and good policies that could meet the needs of the people, and were trustworthy, use words that could communicate with people of all ages and were easy to understand, as well as representing the people in voting and the administration of the country.

            2. Factors affecting people's political trust in members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province was found that public satisfaction factors affect the development of people's political trust in the members of  House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province with the statistically significant level of 0.01 and together they explained the variation in people's political trust in the members  House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province with the percentage 86.8 Sangahavatthu 4 factors affected the development of people's political trust in the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province at a statistically significant level of 0.01  and jointly explain the variation of Sangahavatthu 4 principles, affecting the development of people's political trust in the members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province by 89.0 percent

            3. Developing people's political trust in the members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province by applying Sangahavatthu 4 principle, namely Dan, Piyavaja, Atthachariya Samanattata by the Sangahavatthu 4 principle, affected the development of people's political trust in the members of the House of Representatives in Samut Sakhon Province, they were as follows: 1. Dana side; Providing assistance to people who needed and needed, assisting the people in order to alleviate the suffering of the people. He is also a consultant to help and give useful advice to the people. There is sacrifice. There is cooperation in organizing the activities of the area. 2. Piyavaja, speaking that make sense, use polite words to say things that benefit society,use words to make people believe by keeping their promises made to the people. Strong persuasive speaking skills to build confidence and behave respectfully. Expressing good wishes with sincerity. 3. Atthacariya, Behaver beneficially, make sacrifices for society and people. To have the intention to work without regard to self-interest to the best of their abilities in order to bring benefits to society. To provide full assistance to the people by giving importance to the development and creation of prosperity equally inclusively. 4. Samanattata, consistency in behavior, Place oneself appropriately, honoring those who work with it, both subordinates and citizens. Position oneself appropriately for the person, to the position, to be able to get along with the people without holding oneself. Adhering to the principle of equality, equality, do not take advantage of others.
