บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี แห่งที่ 1 วัดอัมพวัน
2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี แห่งที่ 1 วัดอัมพวัน 3) เพื่อนำเสนอการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี แห่งที่ 1 วัดอัมพวัน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ 1) ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 370 คน ที่มาปฏิบัติธรรมในสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี แห่งที่ 1 วัดอัมพวัน สถิติที่ใช้ในการแปรผลข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2) ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์มีโครงสร้าง เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพทั่วไปของการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรีแห่งที่ 1  วัดอัมพวัน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.37 ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.48 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ การวางแผน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.52 ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.48  นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน  ในส่วนของปัญหา เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โรคระบาดโควิด ทำให้มีผลกระทบต่อการจัดปฏิบัติธรรม บุคลากรมีจำนวนน้อยกว่าภาระงาน เจ้าหน้าที่เข้มงวดเกินไป ช่วงเทศกาลสถานที่ค่อนข้างคับแคบเกินไปเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรม

2.  กระบวนการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี แห่งที่ 1   วัดอัมพวัน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.42 ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.49 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสถานที่ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.51 โดยมีความพร้อมในการรับรองผู้ปฏิบัติธรรม จัดที่พักเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ มีระบบรักษาปลอดภัยครอบคลุมทั่วถึงบริเวณวัด ด้านวิทยากร อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.46 วิทยากรมีความประพฤติดี น่าเลื่อมใส เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีได้ วิทยากรมีอัตราส่วนต่อผู้เข้าปฏิบัติน้อยเกินไป และด้านบริหารจัดการ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.28 โดยทางวัดมีการจัดตารางเวลาปฏิบัติธรรมไว้อย่างชัดเจนต่อเนื่องตลอดทั้งปี มีกฎ ระเบียบ รูปแบบการปฏิบัติชัดเจน มาปฏิบัติธรรมได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี แห่งที่ 1 วัดอัมพวัน ด้านสถานที่ ควรจัดปรับปรุงสถานที่ปฏิบัติธรรมให้เหมาะสมอย่างต่อเนื่อง จำกัดจำนวนผู้ปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับสถานที่พัก ด้านวิทยากร ควรรักษาแนวทางการสอน กฎระเบียบในการปฏิบัติของหลวงพ่อไว้ให้ดีมีมาตรฐานต่อไป ควรเพิ่มวิทยากรที่ดูแลการปฏิบัติให้มากขึ้น ควรพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพิ่มเวลาบรรยายธรรม สอบอารมณ์และตอบคำถาม ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ควรเพิ่มบุคลากรทุกๆ ฝ่ายให้มากขึ้นเพื่อให้เพียงพอกับปริมาณงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ควรพัฒนาการให้บริการให้ดีมากยิ่งขึ้น ควรให้กำกับดูแลผู้ปฏิบัติธรรมให้เคร่งครัดในระเบียบวินัยให้มากกว่านี้ ควรพัฒนาระบบไอทีให้ใช้งานง่ายและพัฒนาการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ชัดเจน ครอบคลุม สม่ำเสมอ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

     This research has aimed 1) to study the general conditions and managerial problems of the 1st Singburi meditation center, Wat Amphawan; 2) to study the managerial process of the 1st Singburi meditation center, Wat Amphawan; and 3) to present the managerial development of the 1st Singburi meditation center, Wat Amphawan.    The research is done by mixed method between quantitative research and qualitative research 1) quantitative research methodology A 5-point questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from a sample of 370 people who practiced Dharma in Sing Buri Provincial Dharma Practice Center 1, Ampawan Temple. The statistics used to interpret the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. 2) Qualitative research methodology. Use a structured interview form. Collect information from 10 key informants related to the Dharma Practice Center, 10 figures or people.

     The results are as follow:

     1. The general conditions and managerial problems of the 1st Singburi meditation center, Wat Amphawan, are overall at the highest level, with a mean of 4.37 and a standard deviation of 0.48. When considering each aspect, it was found that the planning is at the highest level, with an average of 4.52 and a standard deviation of 0.48. The rest is at a high level in all aspects. According to the COVID pandemic, it has significant influences on the meditational arrangement. The number of staff is less than the workload and is too strict toward practicians. During the festival day off, the place is too packed with the large number of people who come to meditate.

          2. The managerial process of the first Singburi meditation center, Wat Amphawan It is at a high level overall, with the mean at 4.42 and the standard deviation at 0.49. When considering each aspect, it finds that the accommodation is at the highest level with an average of 4.51, with the availability to serve the practician, arranging the place to suit the situation, and applying the security system covering all areas of the temple. In terms of the instructor, it is at a high level, with an average of 4.46. The instructors are well-behaved, respectful, and be a good role model. But the ratio of instructors per practicians is too little. The management is at a high level with an average of 4.28 by planning the clear timetable for meditation practice entire the year. And there is a clear rule, regulations, and a clear practice format, The practicians can come to practice meditation without any charge.

          3. Guidelines for the managerial development of the 1st Singburi meditation center, Wat Amphawan There should be improvements to the facility to suit meditation and a limit on the number of practitioners to suit accommodation. In terms of instructors, they should preserve the teaching format and the old regulations belonging to the venerable There should be more instructors who are responsible for meditation practice and continuously developing the technical skill. Moreover, there should increase more time for dhamma talk, check the result of meditation, and answer the question. On the management aspect, there should be more staff in all departments to be sufficient for the workload. And they should improve the service to respond to the practicians effectively and conduct the practicians to get along with the disciplines. There should be development of the IT system to be more accessible and improvement of public relations clearly, extensively, and consistently.
