บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

          ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี 3. เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยประยุกต์หลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป มีภูมิลำเนาในจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. สภาพทั่วไปของวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดได้แก่ ด้านมีอุดมการณ์ รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถของตน ด้านความเห็นแก่ประเทศชาติหรือมีความรักชาติ ด้านความมีเหตุผล ด้านไม่ลืมเรื่องสิทธิและหน้าที่ ด้านทำดีเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนรวม ด้านรู้จักมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ด้านตกลงกันอย่างสันติวิธี ด้านเคารพตน เคารพผู้อื่น ด้านความอดกลั้นในความแตกต่าง ตามลำดับ

          2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี พบว่า 1) กระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางการเมือง คือ ด้านสถาบันสื่อมวลชน ด้านสถาบันการศึกษาหรือโรงเรียน ด้านกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านสถาบันทางการเมือง และด้านสถาบันครอบครัว มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่ากระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางการเมืองสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 57.5 2) หลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 คือ ด้านรักสันติภาพ ขัดเกลาจิตใจอยู่เสมอ ด้านพร้อมเพรียงกันประชุม พร้อมเพรียงกันเลิกประชุม ด้านปฏิบัติตามกฎข้อบังคับ ด้านตั้งใจสนับสนุนคนดีและปกป้องคนดี ส่งเสริมคนดี ด้านไม่ลุแก่อำนาจความอยากความเห็นแก่ตัว และด้านเคารพนับถือผู้ใหญ่ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่าหลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 สามารถร่วมกันทำนาย การส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัดนนทบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 44.0

          3. รูปแบบการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนจังหวัด โดยในการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมในระบอบประชาธิปไตย มีปัจจัยคือ กระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางการเมือง นอกจากนั้นยังประยุกต์หลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 มีลักษณะดังนี้ 1) ด้านรักสันติภาพ ขัดเกลาจิตใจอยู่เสมอ ได้แก่ การรู้จักขัดเกลาจิตใจให้รักความสงบ 2) ด้านพร้อมเพรียงกันประชุม พร้อมเพรียงกันเลิกประชุม ได้แก่ ความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย การตรงต่อเวลา 3) ด้านปฏิบัติตามกฎข้อบังคับ ได้แก่ การเคารพกติกา กฎเกณฑ์ทางสังคม และเคารพต่อกฎหมาย 4) ด้านตั้งใจสนับสนุนคนดีและปกป้องคนดี ส่งเสริมคนดี ได้แก่ การส่งเสริมคนดีให้ทำในสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม 5) ด้านไม่ลุแก่อำนาจความอยากความเห็นแก่ตัว ได้แก่ ผู้นำหรือผู้ที่มีอำนาจต้องปฏิบัติตนให้ถ้าเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี และ 6) ด้านเคารพนับถือผู้ใหญ่ ได้แก่ การเคารพนับถือผู้ใหญ่จะต้องกระทำด้วยความนอบน้อม 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the general condition of the participatory political culture pr0motion in democratic system of the people in Nonthaburi Province. 2. To study the factors affecting the participatory political culture promotion in democratic system of the people of Nonthaburi Province. 3. To propose a model for promoting participatory political culture in the democratic system of the people in Nonthaburi Province by applying the principles of Aparihaniya-dhamma 7,conducted by the mixed research methods.  The qualitative research used in-depth interviews with key informants and 7 participants in focus group discussion. Data were analyzed using content descriptive interpretation. The quantitative research used questionnaires to collect data from 400 samples, 18 years old and over, domiciled in Nonthaburi Province. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.

Findings were as follows:

1. General conditions of the participatory political culture promotion in the democratic system of the people in Nonthaburi Province, by overall was at a moderate level. The aspect with the highest average was Ideological aspect, followed by developing one's knowledge and abilities. In terms of altruism for the nation or patriotism aspect of reasonableness, aspect of un-forgetting about rights and responsibilities. Doing good for the common good Knowing how to participate in politics, Peaceful agreement, respect for oneself, respect for others, and tolerance for differences, respectively. 

2. Factors that affected the participatory political culture promotion in the democratic system of the people in Nonthaburi Province were found that 1) the political socialization process consisted of the media institution, educational institutions or schools, group of friends, political institutions and family institutions were with statistically significant level at  0.01, indicating that the political socialization process could jointly predict the participatory political culture promotion in democratic system  of the people in Nonthaburi Province at 57.5 percent. 2) Principles of Aparihaniya-dhamma 7 were; the peace-loving aspect; always refine your mind, the meeting in unison aspect, together adjourning the meeting. Compliance with rules and regulations; the aspect that intended to support good people and protect good people, promote good people. The side that does not give in to power, desire, and selfishness.  and respect for elders have statistically significant level at the 0.01, showing that there Aparihaniya-dhamma 7 principles can be predicted together. Promoting participatory political culture in the democratic system of the people of Nonthaburi Province, 44.0 percent.

3. Model for promoting participatory political culture in the democratic system of the people in Nonthaburi Province. In promoting a participatory political culture in democratic system, a factor was the political socialization process. In addition, it also applied the principles of Aparihaniya-dhamma 7, which had the following characteristics: 1) Peace-loving aspect; always purify the mind, including knowing how to purify the mind to love peace. 2) Meeting together in unison. The meeting was adjourned in unison, including orderliness. punctuality, 3) Compliance with regulations, including respecting the rules, social rules and respect the laws. 4) The aspect that intended to support good people and protect good people and promote good people which meant  encouraging good people to do things that were beneficial to the public. 5) The aspect that did not give in to power and selfish desires, that is, leaders or people with power must Behave oneself if you are a good example. And 6) Respect for elders: Respect for elders must be done with humility.
