บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

       การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี (2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และ (3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In - Depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informant) 18 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. สภาพทั่วไปในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี (1) มีจุดแข็ง คือ มีการบริหารงานอย่างเป็นระบบ มีการจัดการประชุมร่วมอยู่ประจำทุกเดือน พระสังฆาธิการมีความรู้ทั้งทางโลกและทางธรรม หน่วยงานราชการให้ความสำคัญ และประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ เป็นพุทธมามกะ (2) ด้านจุดอ่อน คือ สังฆาธิการ ส่วนใหญ่มีภาระงานจำนวนมาก พระสังฆาธิการบางส่วน ยังไม่ให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษาทางโลก ขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพ และไม่สามารถนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ มาบูรณาได้อย่างเต็มที่ (3) โอกาส คือ โครงสร้างและสายงานการบังคับบัญชาของคณะสงฆ์เอื้อต่อการดำเนินงาน มีเทคโนโลยีทางการสื่อสารสมัยใหม่ ประชาชนตระหนักถึงศีลธรรมคุณธรรมที่เสื่อมทรามลง ประชาชนมีความพร้อมเพรียงสามัคคี และ (4) อุปสสรค คือ กระแสสังคมมีการแปรเปลี่ยน ปัญหาเรื่องการแพร่ระบาดของสารเสพติด

             2. กระบวนการพัฒนาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่า (1) ด้านการวางแผนการดำเนินงาน มีการอบรมให้ความรู้ หลักการและวิธีการเทศนาธรรมอย่างเป็นแบบแผน มีการจัดทำแผนการสอน มีการวางแผนในการบรรยายทุกครั้ง มีการวางหลักสูตรการปฏิบัติอย่างเหมาะสม และมีการจัดวิทยากรอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยี (2) ด้านการลงมือปฏิบัติตามแผนงาน คือ ดำเนินการเทศนาธรรม ตามหลักการและวิธีการเทศนาธรรม ดำเนินการสอนตามแผนการสอนที่ได้กำหนดตามลำดับ การบรรยายให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของแต่ละงาน การนำปฏิบัติต้องดำเนินไปตามหลักสูตรที่วางไว้ และมีการจัดทำสื่อเทคโนโลยีในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา (3) ด้านการตรวจสอบ คือ มีการสังเกตพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกของผู้ฟัง มีการทดสอบพื้นฐานความรู้ก่อนและหลัง มีการสอบสภาวะที่เกิดขึ้นขณะปฏิบัติของแต่ละบุคคล (4) ด้านการปรับปรุงแก้ไข มีการนำข้อมูลจากการตรวจสอบมาวิเคราะห์ เพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้เหมาะสม มีความสอดคล้องและตรงประเด็นยิ่งขึ้น และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสื่อด้านพระพุทธศาสนา ตลอดถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้ และเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ เพื่อขยายแนวทางการกระจายข่าวสารให้กว้างขึ้น

              3. รูปแบบการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่า มี 5 รูปแบบ คือ (1) รูปแบบด้านการเทศน์ ได้แก่ การเทศน์ตามหลักองค์ธรรมกถึก การสอดแทรกเหตุการณ์บ้านเมือง การสอดแทรกมุขตลก การใช้ทำนองและสำเนียงท้องถิ่น (2) รูปแบบด้านการสอน ได้แก่ การถามและการตอบ การย้ำเตือนอย่างต่อเนื่อง การสอนให้คิดวิเคราะห์ การสนทนาธรรม และการทำเป็นแบบอย่าง (3) รูปแบบด้านการบรรยาย ได้แก่ อิสระ แต่อยู่ในขอบเขต การยกตัวอย่างเปรียบเทียบ การยกตัวอย่างเพื่ออธิบาย และตรงไปตรงมา รวบรัด ชัดเจน (4) รูปแบบด้านการนำปฏิบัติ ได้แก่ สมถกรรมฐาน และวิปัสสนากรรมฐาน (5) รูปแบบด้านการใช้สื่อ ได้แก่ การใช้สื่อโซเชียล การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ การใช้หนังสือ สิ่งพิมพ์ คู่มือ การใช้พุทธศิลป์ และการการจัดรายการวิทยุ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               This study Objectives: (1) to study the general situation in the propagation of Buddhism by monks in Phun Phin District Surat Thani Province (2) to study the development process of the propagation of Buddhism by the monks in Phun Phin District Surat Thani Province, and (3) to present the model of Buddhism propagation of the monks in Phun Phin District. Surat Thani Province The researcher collected data from in-depth interviews. with 18 key informants to analyze and synthesize data using content analysis techniques.

                The research finding revealed that:

             1. The general situation in the propagation of Buddhism by the monks in Phun Phin District, Surat Thani Province (1) has a strong point that is a systematic administration. There is a joint meeting every month. The monks have both secular knowledge and spiritual knowledge. Government agencies attach importance and the majority of the public a Buddhist monk, (2) The weak point is that most Sangha Administrators have a lot of workload. some monks still does not give importance to secular education Lack of potential personnel and cannot use modern technology (3) Opportunities: the structure and chain of command of the Sangha conducive to operations. There is modern communication technology. People are aware of the declining morality. People are united in unity, and (4) obstacles, that is, social trends have changed. Substance Abuse Problems.

               2. The process of development of Buddhism propagation by the monks in Phun Phin District Surat Thani Province, it was found that (1) in terms of operational planning There is training to educate Principles and methods of preaching the Dharma in a formal way There is a lesson plan. There is a plan for every lecture. There is a proper course of action. and organize training sessions on the use of technology media, (2) The aspect of implementing the work plan, namely, preaching the Dharma. according to the principles and methods of preaching Proceed to teach according to the lesson plan that has been set in order. Lectures to meet the objectives of each event Implementation must be carried out according to the curriculum laid down. and the preparation of technological media for the propagation of Buddhism; There is a knowledge base test before and after. There is an examination of the conditions that occur while performing the work of each person, (4) Improvement The data from the audit were analyzed. to improve and correct Be more consistent and to the point. and promote the development of Buddhist media as well as learning resources and technologies to expand the way to spread the news wider.

          3. Model of Buddhist propagation of monks in Phun Phin District Surat Thani Province, it was found that there were 5 styles: interpolation of domestic events insertion of jokes the use of local melodies and accents; (2) teaching styles: asking and answering constant reminders teaching to think critically, discuss Dhamma and be a role model, (3) Narrative form, i.e. free but within the scope comparative example Examples to explain and straightforward, succinct and clear using a computer The use of books, publications, manuals, the use of Buddhist art and radio show.
