การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 356 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t (t-test) และการทดสอบค่า F (F-test) ด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ในกรณีมีตัวแปรต้นตั้งแต่ 3 กลุ่มขึ้นไป เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด (Least Signification Difference :LSD) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 11 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1. การบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.65) การบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.65) และการบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.66)

                2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน พบว่า ประชาชนที่มี เพศ อาชีพ และรายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วน ประชาชนที่มี อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด แตกต่างกัน จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย

                3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานตามหลักราชสังคหวัตถุธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลม่วงตึ๊ด พบว่า โดยจัดฝึกอบรมการเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ จัดตั้งงบประมาณสนับสนุนจัดหาตลาดใหม่ๆ ให้เกษตรกร และศึกษาแนวทางการแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตรโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมคนดีมีความสามารถ (ปุริสเมธะ) การสรรหาบุคลากรโดยยึดถือระบบคุณธรรม ความเสมอภาค ความโปร่งใส และสามารถตรวจสอบได้ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรด้วยความยุติธรรม จัดกิจกรรมยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบของชุมชน และส่งเสริมการศึกษาในชุมชน ด้านการส่งเสริมอาชีพ (สัมมาปาสะ) ฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านอาชีพโดยตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชน สร้างโลกทัศน์ให้กับชุมชนให้มีแนวคิดที่กว้างไกลเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ในอาชีพ และรวมกลุ่มสร้างอาชีพที่หลากหลาย ด้านการพูดจาไพเราะมีประโยชน์ เป็นทางแห่งความสามัคคี (วาชเปยะ) สร้างจิตสำนึกในการให้บริการประชาชนด้วยวาจาที่สุภาพ มีอัธยาศัยดีเป็นกันเอง รู้จักพูดรู้จักทักทายประชาชน รู้จักชี้แจงแนะนำในสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์

Objectives of this research were: The objectives of this research are as follows: 1. To study the level of administration according to the principles of the Royal Sangkhahawat Dhamma of Muang Tuet Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Piang District, Nan Province; 3.
