การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชนอำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน เป็นการวิจัยโดยการใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กล่าวคือการใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน จำนวน 395 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ ค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวในกรณีตัวแปรต้น ตั้งแต่ 3 กลุ่มขึ้นไป เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่าง ค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน ใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท นำเสนอเป็นความเรียงประกอบตารางแจกแจงความถี่ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. ระดับการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลัก ทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถประโยชน์ 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.34) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และระดับการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน              โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.00) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

          2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า  เพศ อายุ รายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วน การศึกษา อาชีพ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน ดังนั้น จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน พบว่า ปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชน อำเภอเชียงกลาง จังหวัดน่าน จังหวัดน่าน พบว่า คนในชุมชนส่วนใหญ่ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องของปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ที่ดินทำกินส่วนมากไม่มีเอกสารสิทธิ์ในการครอบครอง มีรายได้น้อย หางานได้ ยากขึ้น เนื่องจากได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ขาดวินัยในการออม รายได้น้อย
รายจ่ายมาก หน่วยงานภายนอกเข้ามาฝึกวิชาชีพแล้วไม่มีการรวมกลุ่มของคนในชุมชนเพื่อต่อยอดผลิตภัณฑ์ สินค้าและบริการอื่นๆ และมีตลาดรองรับสินค้าในการจัดจำหน่ายผลผลิตของคนในชุมชนไม่เพียงพอ และข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ควรส่งเสริม ช่วยเหลือ และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อให้ชาวบ้านได้มีความรู้และความเข้าใจ ในหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
มากขึ้น ควรส่งเสริมให้มีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านต่างๆ ในระดับหมู่บ้าน และควรส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนรู้จักการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างพอเพียง ให้ความรู้ในการประกอบอาชีพให้กับชุมชน เพื่อลดรายจ่าย
เพิ่มรายได้ให้กับชุมชน ส่งเสริมให้ชาวบ้านทำบัญชีครัวเรือน จัดหาที่ดินสาธารณะหรือที่ดินในหมู่บ้านให้ชาวบ้านได้ใช้ประโยชน์ เพื่อสร้างรายได้ให้กับชาวบ้านในชุมชน มีการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับโครงการต่างๆ และประชาสัมพันธ์ตลาดชุมชนเกี่ยวกับผลผลิตของชาวบ้าน จัดตั้งกลุ่มกับหน่วยงานหรือพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงเพื่อเพิ่มอำนาจการต่อรองและขยายการขายสินค้าและบริการให้กว้างมากขึ้นและเพื่อเรียกร้องให้เกิดการแก้ไขปัญหาราคาผลผลิตที่ตกต่ำ

The objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of public opinion toward community development according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of the Community Development Office. Chiang Klang District, Nan Province. 2. To compare people's opinions towards community development according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of the Community Development Office. The pairwise mean by the least significant difference method. and qualitative research Use in-depth interviews with 9 key informants or people. Use content analysis techniques with context. Presented as an accompanying table of frequency distributions of key informants to support quantitative data.

The research findings were as follow;
