บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

             การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเข้มแข็งทางใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยพุทธจิตวิทยา ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ เกรดเฉลี่ยรายได้ต่อเดือน การมีขันติ โสรัจจะ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนอง กับความเข้มแข็งทางใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ของสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 221 คน ซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2565 ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก เขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล 3 แห่ง โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcic & Morgan ได้ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ และใช้สุ่มอย่างแบบง่าย โดยความสมัครใจ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
            กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับคะแนนความเข้มแข็งทางใจ การมีขันติ โสรัจจะ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง อยู่ในระดับมาก ( 𝑥̅= 3.90, SD = 0.74 ; 𝑥̅= 3.77, SD =0.84 ; 𝑥̅= 3.67, SD =0.81) ตามลำดับ และความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เพศ อายุ เกรดเฉลี่ย เงินที่ได้รับต่อเดือน ไม่
สัมพันธ์กัน กับความเข้มแข็งทางใจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ( P = 0.927, 0.155, 0.236 และ 0.281) ตามลำดับ

           ส่วนปัจจัยพุทธจิตวิทยา ขันติ โสรัจจะ และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก (P =0.570, 0.498 และ 0.649) ตามลำดับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

             The purpose of this research were 1) to study the level of resilience in nursing student; and 2) to study the personal factors and Buddhist psychology factors correlated with resilience of nursing students including gender, age, grade point
average, monthly income and the factors of Buddhist psychology consisting of Khanti, Sorajcha, self-esteem with resilience. The study was a quantitative research in nature, using a questionnaire to collect data from 221 students whos are the 1st year nursing students of Boromrajchonnee nursing College in the academic year 2022 in an affiliation of Praboromrajchanok Institute in Bangkok and 3 perimeter areas under Krejcic & Morgan’s table, selected by a noble sampling method and a simple random
sampling method. For analyzing data, a descriptive statistics and a Pearson’s correlation coefficient were employed.
             The findings of the study found that the respondents had a score on self resilience, Khanti, Sorajcha and self-esteem with the high value (𝑥̅= 3.90, SD = 0.74 ;𝑥̅= 3.77, SD =0.84 ; 𝑥̅= 3.67, SD =0.81) respectively, the relations between personal factors including gender, age, grade point average (GPA), an income per month were not related to the self resilience at a statistically significant leve of 0.05 ( P= 0.927, 0.154, 0.326, and 0.281) respectively, whereas the Buddhist psychology factors consisting of Khanti, Sorajcha, self-esteem with resiliencet had a moderate to high relationship ( P = 0.570, 0.498, 0.649) respectively at a statistically significant leve of 0.05.
