บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกรในปัจจุบันที่เกิดจากการผลิตของเกษตรกรอำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท 2) วิเคราะห์แนวทางลดภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกร อำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท 3) สร้างรูปแบบเพื่อลดภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกรอย่างยั่งยืน ของอำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 14 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา        

                  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1. ภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกรในปัจจุบันที่เกิดจากการผลิตของเกษตรกรอำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท จุดเริ่มต้นก่อนการกู้ยืมหนี้แต่ละก้อน ซึ่งหนี้เหล่านั้นเป็นสาเหตุหนึ่ง ของการเข้ามาเป็นสมาชิกของกองทุนฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เนื่องจากความต้องการในการหาทางออกในการชำระหนี้สินของครอบครัว และ กองทุนฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกรเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งของการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สินของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง วัตถุประสงค์ในการกู้ยืมเงินแต่ละก้อนมีความแตกต่างกันออกไป แต่ส่วนใหญ่แล้วเป็นการ กู้ยืมเงินมาเพื่อการลงทุนด้านการเกษตร ใช้จ่ายในชีวิตประจำวัน ใช้หนี้สินก้อนอื่น ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น ก่อนหน้านั้น

               2. วิเคราะห์แนวทางลดภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกร อำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท การวางแผน มีความสำคัญต่อแนวทางลดภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกร อำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท เพราะการวางแผนเป็นการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจัยแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบอาชีพการเกษตร การวางแผนอย่างมีหลักเกณฑ์เป็นระบบช่วยป้องกันการสูญเสียโอกาสและลดความเสี่ยงในการวางแผน การดำเนินงานเป็นขั้นตอนตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ก่อน รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรค เพื่อหาแนวทางในการแก้ไข และลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพการวางแผนทำให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรได้อย่างสูงสุด เพราะการวางแผนจะกำหนดขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานแต่ละขั้นไว้ชัดเจน

               3. สร้างรูปแบบเพื่อลดภาระหนี้สินของเกษตรกรอย่างยั่งยืนของอำเภอหันคา จังหวัดชัยนาท ด้านความคิด จัดการความรู้ในชุมชน ชุมชนต้องได้รับการปลูกฝัง ทั้งความคิดริเริ่ม คิดสร้างสรรค์ คิดอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้านจิตใจ ทำให้เกษตรกรเกิดความรู้สึกภาคภูมิใจในการประกอบอาชีพของตนเองการกลุ่มและชุมชนมีเศรษฐกิจของชุมชนที่อยู่ได้โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาคนอื่น ด้านสังคมส่งผลให้ผู้ประกอบวิสาหกิจชุมชนช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกัน เชื่อมโยงกันเป็นเครือข่ายชุมชนที่แข็งแรงและเป็นอิสระ ด้านทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชนยังมีการจัดกระบวนการเพื่อปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่งเสริมการรักษา หรือมีความใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านเทคโนโลยี มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีภูมิปัญญาให้สอดคล้องและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อชุมชนสามารถนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจได้อย่างเหมาะสม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ เกษตรดำรงชีวิตอย่างพออยู่พอกินสมควรตามอัตภาพและฐานะของตนมีส่วนช่วยเหลือให้ชุมชนเกิดการเกื้อกูลกันสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชน

             ทั้งนี้องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัย สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้ โดยการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และดำรงชีวิตอย่างพออยู่พอกินสมควรตามอัตภาพและฐานะของตนมีส่วนช่วยเหลือให้ชุมชนเกิดการเกื้อกูลกันสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชนและมีกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านและชุมชนให้เกิดความเข้มแข็ง
