        การวิจัยเรื่อง “การพัฒนากลไกการอนุรักษ์วิถีชุมชนของบ้านแหลมลมทวน ตำบลบ้านปรก อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาอัตลักษณ์วิถีชุมชนของชาวบ้านแหลมลมทวน ตำบลบ้านปรก อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม   2) เพื่อพัฒนากลไกการอนุรักษ์วิถีชีวิตชุมชนชาวบ้านแหลมลมทวน ตำบลบ้านปรก อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม 3) เพื่อเสนอกลไกการอนุรักษ์วิถีชุมชนชาวบ้านแหลมลมทวน ตำบลบ้านปรก อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และผู้นำชุมชน ในตำบล อำเภอ รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 16 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการตีความจากปรากฏการณ์เป็นพรรณาวิเคราะห์

                 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

      อัตลักษณ์วิถีชุมชนของชาวบ้านแหลมลมทวน ตำบลบ้านปรก อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ประกอบด้วย ด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ชื่อหมู่บ้านแหลมลมทวนเป็น ชุมชนโบราณ ก่อตั้งมาประมาณ 256 ปี ด้านวิถีชีวิตภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน ความรู้ของชาวบ้าน ซึ่งเรียนรู้มาจากปู่ ย่า ตา ยาย ญาติพี่น้อง และความเฉลียวฉลาดของแต่ละคน หรือผู้มีความรู้ในหมู่บ้านในท้องถิ่นต่าง ๆ ภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านเป็นเรื่องการทำมาหากิน เช่น การจับปลา การจับสัตว์ การปลูกพืช การเลี้ยงสัตว์ การทอผ้า การทำเครื่องมือภูมิปัญญาเหล่านี้เป็นความรู้ความสามารถที่บรรพบุรุษได้สร้างสรรค์และถ่ายทอดมาให้เรา มีวิธีการหลายอย่างที่ทำให้ความรู้เหล่านี้เกิดประโยชน์แก่สังคมปัจจุบัน คือ ชุมชนริมน้ำแม่กลองชุมชนโบราณกำเนิดตั้งแต่ พ.ศ 2280 ด้านภูมิประเทศ แผ่นดินยื่นลงไปในแม่น้ำทำให้เกิดความอุดมสมบูรณ์ทางทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ด้านการประกอบอาชีพ ประมงแบบพอเพียงอิงอาศัยธรรมชาติมีการประมงแบบพอเพียง ด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้าขายสัตว์น้ำตามธรรมชาติ ด้านสังคม เป็นสังคมที่เป็นเครือญาติ ด้านครอบครัวเป็นครอบครัวขนาดใหญ่ การประเพณีและการละเล่น อดีตเคยมีการแข่งขัน เรือ สองฝีพาย มีการละเล่นอีเถิด ขนมพื้นบ้านและอาหารพื้นเมือง ขนมข้าวเม่าคลุกน้ำตาล ถั่วเขียวต้มน้ำตาลสูตรเด็ด เป็นต้น

        การพัฒนากลไกการอนุรักษ์วิถีชุมชนของชาวบ้านแหลมลมทวน ผู้วิจัย ใช้กิจกรรม ในการสร้างการตระหนักรู้ เพื่อให้เกิดความรักความสามัคคีภายในชุมชน โดยการใช้กระบวนการ list model เข้ามามีส่วนร่วม เป็นกิจกรรมต้นแบบ ในการพัฒนากลุ่มผู้ทำประมงพื้นบ้าน โดยการสร้างคุณค่าให้กับชุมชนบ้านแหลมทวน โดยการสร้างการเรียนรู้ ในวิธีการจับกุ้งแม่น้ำ มีการใช้นวัตกรรมโดยภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน สอนให้เรียนรู้การคิดการเรียนรู้ และสอนให้เรียนรู้วิธีการตกกุ้ง แบบดั้งเดิม ซึ่งเป็นการอนุรักษ์กุ้งแม่น้ำ ผลจากกิจกรรมที่ได้ ทำให้เกิดรายได้ภายในชุมชน เกิดความรักความสามัคคีภายในครอบครัว ไม่ต้องทิ้งถิ่นฐานบ้านเกิด เพื่อออกไปทำงานในต่างจังหวัด

           แนวทางการอนุรักษ์วิถีชุมชนชาวบ้านแหลมลมทวน ได้แก่ 1) การส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน โดยการยกระดับพัฒนาฝีมือ ของคนในชุมชน โดยคำนึงถึงเอกลักษณ์ของท้องถิ่น เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นอัตลักษณ์ ของสินค้าและบริการ และกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพ 2) การส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน โดยการพัฒนาชุมชนให้เป็นชุมชนท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ ลักษณะของกิจกรรม พายเรือธรรมชาติยามเช้า เที่ยว ชม วิถีชีวิตของชุมชน เป็นต้น 3) การส่งเสริมวิถีชีวิตชุมชน เพื่อให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยววิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้าน กับการสืบสานในเชิงอนุรักษ์ เพื่อให้เกิดความรักความหวงแหนในศิลปวัฒนธรรมพื้นถิ่น

             Research on “Development of a mechanism for preserving the community way of life of Ban Laem Lom Thuan, Ban Prok Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Songkhram District.                  The research results found that
