ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฝายแก้ว อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน ตามหลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  ( = 4.28 S.D. = 0.12) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อXXXการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฝายแก้ว อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก             ( = 3.67, S.D. = 0.21) และระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อXXXการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริม         การท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฝายแก้ว อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยสังเคราะห์ตามสถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทยแผนยุทธศาสตร์การบริหาร    4 ด้าน  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.12  S.D. = 0.16) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ

          2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฝายแก้ว อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชากรที่มี เพศ รายได้ ที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็น ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วน อายุ อาชีพ การศึกษา  ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน ดังนั้น จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

          3. แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฝายแก้ว อำเภอภูเพียง จังหวัดน่าน ตามหลักพุทธธรรม องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฝายแก้วจัดให้มีการประชุมเพื่อรับทราบแนวทาง ขั้นตอน อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อรับนโยบายจากนายก อบต. ในการประชุมต้องมีผู้แทนจากชุมชนมาร่วมเพื่อแสดงความคิดเห็น เสนอปัญหาและความต้องการของชุมชน และให้ประชาชนมีความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการมีส่วนร่วมและจัดทำแผนในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมงานต่างๆ ให้ทุกคนได้รับทราบ ประกอบกับการนำกฎหมาย ระเบียบข้อบังคับทางราชการ ที่จำเป็นเสนอต่อประชาชนลงความเห็นร่วมกัน ถือว่าเป็นประชามติของชุมชนที่ตั้งขึ้นจะทำให้เกิดการยอมรับและนำไปปฏิบัติ ตามจารีตประเพณี และวัฒนธรรม การให้ความเคารพนับถือผู้อาวุโสและให้ความศรัทธาต่อผู้นำชุมชน และมีการให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกันไม่แบ่งชายหรือหญิง สามารถแยกแยะในบทบาทหน้าที่ ไม่ขัดแย้งกันโดยไม่มีเหตุผล ถือว่าเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการนำมาซึ่งการพัฒนาชุมชนให้ไปในทิศทางที่ต้องการ เรื่องประเพณี เป็นสิ่งที่ยึดโยงคนเอาไว้ได้มากที่สุด เป็นหัวใจหลักของชุมชน เป็นความเข้มแข็งทางการสืบทอดจารีตประเพณีทางศาสนาอย่างยาวนาน

Objectives of this research were 1. To study the level of people's participation

in promoting ecotourism of Fai Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, PhuPhiang District, Nan Province. 3. To present guidelines for public participation inpromoting ecotourism of Fai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Kaew, PhuPhiang District, Nan Province according to Buddhist principles It is a research usingintegrated research methodology. that is, the use of quantitative researchmethodology. and qualitative research regulations The population and sample groupused in the research were the people in Ban Khang Thi, Ban Tha Lo, Ban Saeng Dao,Ban Nam Tuan, and Ban Bupparam of Fai Kaew Subdistrict AdministrativeOrganization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province, totaling 4,180 people analysed. Datawere obtained by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.One-way analysis of variance was used in case of 3 or more groups of primaryvariables. The pairwise mean by the least significant difference method. andqualitative research Use in-depth interviews with 9 key informants or people. Usecontent analysis techniques with context. Presented as an accompanying table offrequency distributions of key informants to support quantitative data

Findings of this research were as follows:

1. The level of opinions towards people's participation in promoting eco- tourism, Fai Kaew Sub-district Administrative Organization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province according to the principles of Aparihaniyadhamma 7 were generally at a high level ( = 4.28 S.D. = 0.12) When considering each aspect, it was found that at a high level in every aspect and the level of people's opinions towards participation inthe promotion of eco-tourism of Fai Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, PhuPhiang District, Nan Province, as a whole, were at a high level ( = 3.67, S.D. = 0.21) and The level of public opinion towards participation in the promotion of eco-tourism of Fai Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province was synthesized according to the Thailand Institute of Scientific andTechnological Research, the 4-sided administrative strategic plan. A lot ( = 4.12 S.D. = 0.16) when considering each aspect It was found that all items were at a high level.

2. The comparative results of people in promoting eco-tourism, Fai KaeoSubdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province, classified bypersonal factors, found that the population with gender, different income, had different opinions. no difference Therefore rejected the hypothesis set. As for age,occupation and education, they had different opinions. Therefore, the hypothesis

            3. Guidelines for Public Participation in Promotion of Ecotourism of Fai Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province According to

Buddhist Principles Fai Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization organizes meetings to acknowledge the guidelines and procedures continuously. To receive policies from the President of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the meeting, representatives from the community must be present to express theiropinions.
