The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the state of the condition of online English learning among Grade X students Triamudom Suksa Nomklao School Samut Prakarn province, 2) to analyze the efficiency of online English learning of Grade X students,  3) to propose guidelines for enhancing efficiency in online English learning of High School students. This study is the survey research. The sample group consisted of 204 grade X students at Triamudom Suksa School, Nomklao, Samut Prakarn province. The statistics were frequency (F), finding percentage (%), and standard deviation (S.D.).

The results showed that 1)  Efficiency of online English was at a very satisfactory level four. (X = 3.58 S.D.=0.93). The online English learning measurement and evaluation of effectiveness (X = 3.69, S.D.= 0.96) were at a very efficiency level. 2) The target group of students had a positive attitude toward online English learning. Efficiency and attitudes directed toward the use of technology and learning materials.  However, some limitations of technology that teachers might not be aware of, therefore instruction was not video recorded. Therefore, the students could go back and reviewed the lesson again in the future.  In addition, the participants gave suggestions about the management of online English learning should increase learning English in terms of working, speaking, and pronunciation. Online English learning should also increase the learning of interactive sentences between each other in class. The last suggestion about learning English online was about internet and device issues. They were suggested that classes should be accessible at any time for review and that it is easier to access online classes and exercise more to help improve online English learning.
