บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1.เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2. เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 3. เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 25 รูปหรือคน และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพทั่วไปในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีจุดแข็ง คือ การบริหารงานที่เป็นระบบ การบริหารงานการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาถูกจัดการเป็นระบบที่มีกฎเกณฑ์ที่ใช้ร่วมกันและการแบ่งงานที่ชัดเจน มีจุดอ่อน คือ ยังขาดความพร้อมทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ไม่มีการพัฒนาทรัพยากรทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เพียงพอเพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถนำเสนอและเผยแผ่ข้อมูลทางธรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล โอกาส คือ การให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษาของพระภิกษุ สามเณร และเยาวชนของเจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการ และความสนใจของประชาชนในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางพรพุทธศาสนา อุปสรรค คือ ขาดการสนับสนุนทางงบประมาณจากภาครัฐ การขาดงบประมาณที่เพียงพอสำหรับการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาอาจเป็นปัจจัยที่จำกัดในการพัฒนาและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมทางศาสนาในระดับต่างๆ

2. กระบวนการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2.1 ด้านการวางแผน (Plan) ต้องมีการวางแผนเพื่อสร้างความเป็นไปได้ในการเผยแผ่หรือผลิตพระพระสังฆาธิการใหม่ เน้นความสามารถและศักยภาพในการเผยแผ่ในระดับสูง 2.2 ด้านการลงมือปฏิบัติ (Do) การดำเนินงานควรปฏิบัติตามแผนที่ได้วางไว้ การวางแผนทำงานเป็นระบบเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เพื่อให้การเผยแผ่เข้ากับจริตของผู้เข้าฟังได้อย่างเหมาะสม 2.3 การตรวจสอบ (Check) ด้านการตรวจสอบผลของการเผยแผ่ควรดำเนินการอย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและวิธีการเผยแผ่ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของพุทธศาสนิกชนอย่างเต็มที่ 2.4 ด้านการปรับปรุงแก้ไขและดำเนินการให้เหมาะสม (Act) ในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขควรคำนึงถึงหลักธรรมคำสอนของพระพุทธศาสนา เพิ่มทักษะและประสบการณ์ในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา

3. รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 3.1 ด้านความรู้ (Knowledge) พระสังฆาธิการควรเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยอย่างถ่องแท้ ทั้งในด้านปริยัติ ปฏิบัติ และปฏิเวธ 3.2 ด้านทักษะ (Skill) ต้องผ่านการฝึกฝนและการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น การอ่านธรรมะ การฟังเรื่องราวธรรมะจากผู้มีประสบการณ์ การอบรมเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะ 3.3 ด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (Personal Attributes) ควรเน้นที่จะสร้างคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมและมีความเข้าใจในพระพุทธศาสนาเพื่อเผยแผ่ความรู้และคุณค่าให้แก่สังคมโดยคำนึงถึงคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่สำคัญเป็นดังนี้ มีความอดทนและสุขุม

The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the general conditions in the propagation of Buddhism by the Sangha Administrators in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 2. To study the process of propagating Buddhism by the Sangha Administrators in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 3. To present a model for competency development. Aspects of the propagation of Buddhism by the Sangha in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province The research method is qualitative research (Qualitative Research) from in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview) with 25 key informants (Key Informants) or people and focus group discussions (Focus Group Discussion) with 10 experts in the propagation of Buddhism in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

The research results found that

1. General conditions in the propagation of Buddhism by the Sangha in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The strong point is systematic administration. The administration of the propagation of Buddhism is organized into a system with shared rules and a clear division of labor. The weak point is the lack of readiness in information technology. There is no adequate development of information technology resources to enable personnel to present and disseminate religious information effectively. An opportunity is to focus on the education of monks, novices, and youth of the Sangha. and people's interest in participating in Buddhist religious activities. The obstacle is the lack of budgetary support from the government. Lack of adequate budget for the propagation of Buddhism may be a limiting factor in developing and supporting religious activities at various levels.

2. The process of promoting the competency in propagating Buddhism of the Sangha Administrators in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2.1 Planning aspect (Plan) There must be a plan to create the possibility of propagating or producing new Sangha Administrators. Emphasis on ability and potential for dissemination at a high level. 2.2 Operational aspect (Do) Operations should be carried out according to the plan that has been laid out. Systematic planning is important. In order for the propagation to suit the listeners' emotions appropriately. 2.3 Check (Check) The aspect of checking the results of the propagation should be carried out systematically and continuously. To improve the process and methods of dissemination to fully suit the needs of Buddhists. 2.4 Revisions and appropriate actions (Act) When making improvements, the principles of Buddhist teachings should be taken into account. Increase skills and experience in spreading Buddhism.

3. Model for developing the competency in propagating Buddhism of the Sangha Administrators in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 3.1 Knowledge: The Sangha Administrators should learn and follow the Dhamma and Vinaya thoroughly. Both in the areas of precepts, practices, and practices. 3.2 Skills must undergo continuous training and study, such as reading Dhamma and listening to Dhamma stories from experienced people. Training is an important part of skill development. 3.3 Personal Attributes should focus on creating appropriate characteristics and understanding of Buddhism in order to spread knowledge and values to society by taking into account personal characteristics.
