บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

     ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่อง “การปลูกฝังคุณธรรมของเด็กนักเรียนระดับอนุบาลเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ” มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาหลักการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กระดับอนุบาล 2. เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมที่ใช้สำหรับการบูรณาการกับการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมของเด็กนักเรียนระดับอนุบาล 3. เพื่อนำเสนอการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมของเด็กนักเรียนระดับอนุบาลเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ  เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 19 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและนำเสนอในรูปแบบการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 1 หลักการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กอนุบาล จะต้องจัดหลักสูตร ตามแผนพัฒนาการศึกษาของประเทศ สอดคล้องกับพัฒนาการเด็ก 4 ด้าน เนื้อหาเกี่ยวข้องกับตัวเอง จัดกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย มีการประเมินผลเด็กรายบุคคล

     วัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 2 การนำหลัก ทาน การแบ่งปัน เอื้อเฟื้อเกื้อกูล ศีล คือ การอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีให้เกียรติซึ่งกัน เกิดความสุข และภาวนา คือ การพัฒนาด้านกาย ศีล จิต ปัญญา

     วัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 3 สามารถปลูกฝังคุณธรรมของเด็กนักเรียนระดับอนุบาลเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ ได้ 4 ด้านคือ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรเด็กมีปัญญาที่ดีนำความสามารถของตนเองสู่ 2) การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนหลากหลาย สร้างสุขลักษณะนิสัยที่ดีงาม 3) สื่อบรรยากาศและครูผู้ที่มีความอบอุ่น ร่มเย็น เป็นมิตร ใฝ่เรียน ใฝ่สร้างสรรค์ ใช้วัสดุอย่างคุ้มค่า เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม ดัดแปลงสื่อรอบตัวอย่างสร้างสรรค์ 4) การวัดและประเมินผลรายบุคคล เด็กประเมินตนเองได้ ใช้ตัวเองเป็น ทั้งด้านกาย ด้านพฤติกรรมที่ดีที่มีต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ต่อคนอื่น ด้านจิต ดูแลยกระดับจิตใจไม่ตกไปในทางหม่นหมอง ด้านปัญญา จัดการปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ มีความคิด ความรู้ที่ถูกต้อง เกิดองค์ความรู้คือ PanyaD Model คือ การนำหลักทาน ศีล ภาวนา มาเป็นหลักการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียน เพื่อให้เด็กมีวินัยกำกับตนเอง พัฒนาตนเต็มศักยภาพสมวัยบนพื้นฐานความดีงาม ภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง เป็นโรงเรียนที่พัฒนาเด็กธรรมดาให้เป็นเทวดาตัวน้อย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

     This dissertation entitled “A Cultivation of Virtues to Kindergarten Students through the Buddhist Integration” has three objectives: 1) to study the principles in schooling the kindergarten students, 2) to study the Buddhist principle for being integrated and cultivated the virtues to kindergarten students, and 3) to propose the way to cultivate virtues to kindergarten students through the Buddhist integration. This research employed the qualitative research methodology whereby in-depth interview of 19 key informants was also conducted by using research tools and then contents analysis was made and presented through the descriptive method.

     The research findings were considerably found that: in the study of first objective, it was shown that the schooling of kindergarten students requires the curriculum accorded with the country's educational development plan where four types of development, relevant contents, variety of activities, and individual assessment are actively integrated, in the second objective, it was pointed to the application of generosity sharing, precepts meaning happily living together and then the development of the body, precepts, mind and wisdom respectively, in the third objective,  the cultivation of virtues to kindergarten students could be cultivated through the Buddhist integration by means of the following four aspects as follows:
1) in the curriculum: students require  exceptional intelligence to the universality their ability could be brought, 2) it needs varieties of activity on learning and teaching where good mannerism is upheld,  3) it needs the warm good friendship of teachers and environment where students are creatively encouraged to become curious and studious while learning leading to the realization of material and environmental values, and 4) it needs individual evaluation and assessment where students are able to bodily and verbally evaluate and initiate themselves and behave toward surrounding environment and people without sadness and anxiety resulting in creatively providing the solution to certain problems through their wisdom giving rise to the body of knowledge named ‘Panya D Model’ meaning the application of the principle of generosity, precepts, and development to schooling students whereby self-discipline and self-potentialization could be perfectly actualized leading to self-esteem where ordinary children could be incredibly transformed to little angles through the mentioned schooling.
