บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5  ต้นแบบในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล  5  ต้นแบบในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ      3. นำเสนอรูปแบบประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งมีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สมาชิกชุมชนสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล  5  จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ  เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์  จำนวน  18 รูปหรือคน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจากการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน  เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการพรรณนาความ

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

             1. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ย คือ การรักษาแบบแผนวัฒนธรรม การบรรลุเป้าหมาย การปรับตัว การบูรณาการ ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5  ต้นแบบในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เกิดจากการปรับวิธีการทำงานของคณะสงฆ์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน นำหลักธรรมคำสั่งสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนา มาสอนให้ประชาชนได้มีการปรับตัวรวมถึงหน่วยงานเครือข่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการปรับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับกิจกรรมตามแผนงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 การรวบรวมข้อมูลการพัฒนากิจกรรมให้เกิดเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้สร้างแหล่งเรียนรู้ไว้ในวัดและชุมชน มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายใหม่ ๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมสัมมาชีพสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชน พระสงฆ์นำคำสั่งสอนพระพุทธศาสนาสอนส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกชุมชนเชื่อเรื่องกรรม นำชุมชนลงมือปฏิบัติตามแผนงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ลักษณะแผนงานบูรณาการกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ร่วมกัน มีคณะสงฆ์ องค์กรในชุมชน หน่วยงานรัฐชุมชน ร่วมจัดกิจกรรมเชิงบูรณาการ การรักษาแบบแผนวัฒนธรรมตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่  การดำเนินกิจกรรมตามหลักการโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 พระสงฆ์ได้สร้างศรัทธา  4 ให้เกิดขึ้นแก่ประชาชน ประชาชนร่วมปฏิบัติตนเองรักษาศีล 5 ปรับพฤติกรรมตนเอง ช่วยให้รักษาวัฒนธรรมชุมชนวิถีพุทธไว้ได้         

             2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ การบริหารจัดการที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ มี 3 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญในการคัดเลือกเข้าสมการดังนี้คือ การแก้ปัญหา การตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงาน การปฏิบัติตามแผน การบริหารจัดการสามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ ได้ร้อยละ 265หลักสัทธา 4 ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ มี 4 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญในการคัดเลือกเข้าสมการดังนี้คือ กัมมัสสกตาสัทธา เชื่อความที่สัตว์มีกรรมเป็นของตน ตถาคตโพธิสัทธา เชื่อความตรัสรู้ของพระพุทธเจ้า วิปากสัทธา เชื่อผลของกรรม กัมมสัทธา เชื่อกฎแห่งกรรม การบริหารจัดการสามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ ได้ร้อยละ 29.9

             3. รูปแบบประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มี 5 ลักษณะ ดังต่อไปนี้คือ 1. การจัดทำแผนงานบูรณาการ 2. การประสานความสัมพันธ์องค์กรเครือข่าย 3. การสร้างพลังร่วมหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 4. การสร้างผลงานเด่นร่วมกัน 5. การระบุผลงานองค์กรภาพร่วมผลงานชุมชน การวางแผนบริหารจัดการตามแนววิถีชีวิตใหม่  กระบวนการบริหารจัดการตามคณะสงฆ์และแกนนำชุมชนหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ได้ร่วมนำเสนอโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต่อยอดจากการดำเนินโครงการ มีการปรับรูปแบบการดำเนินงาน เริ่มวางแผนโครงการ เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมขององค์กรเครือข่าย โดยการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ให้บุคคล หน่วยงานเครือข่ายได้เข้าใจ กระบวนการบริหารจัดการตามคณะสงฆ์และแกนนำชุมชนหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ได้สะสมผลงานวัด ผลงานชุมชน กิจกรรมต่างๆที่เป็นผลงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ที่เป็นรูปธรรม มีการปรับรูปแบบการดำเนินงาน เพื่อให้สมาชิกชุมชนค่อยๆ ปรับพฤติกรรมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the management effectiveness according to the New Normal of the modeled 5 Precepts observing Village in Chiang Mai Province, 2. To study the factors affecting the management effectiveness according to the New Normal of the modeled 5 precepts observing village and 3. To propose a model of management effectiveness according to the New Normal of the modeled 5 precepts observing village, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research, data were collected from 400 samples who were community members and applied to participate in the 5.The research tools were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The qualitative research, data were collected from 18 key informants with structured in-depth-interview script and from 9 participants in focus group discussion, analyzed the information obtained from the document. non-participatory observation and explanatory and descriptive interpretation.

Findings were as follows:

1. Management efficiency according to the New Normal  The overall level was at a high level when considering each aspect, sorted by the mean, namely maintaining the cultural pattern, achieving goals Adaptation Integration. Management effectiveness according to the New Normal of the modeled 5 precepts observing village in Chiang Mai. Adjusting to a New Normal  caused by adjusting the way of working of the monks in line with the needs of the community by bringing the principles of teachings of Buddhism to teach people to adapt, including network agencies to participate in adjusting various activities in accordance with the activities according to the modeled 5 Precepts observing Village project plan, gathering information, developing activities to become a learning center, creating a learning source  in monasteries and communities, setting  new goals to promote livelihoods and generate income for the community. The monks brought Buddhist teachings to encourage community members to believe in karma, leading the community to implement the 5 precepts observing village project plan that integrated various activities together. There were monks, community organizations. community government agency participated in integrated activities, maintaining cultural traditions along the New Normal , New Norma. Conducting activities according to the principles of the 5 precepts observing village project, the monks had created 4 faiths among the people. People join in self-practice, observing the 5 precepts, and adjusting their behavior that could help preserve the Buddhist community culture.     

             2. Factors affecting management effectiveness according to the new way of life of the 5 Precepts Model Village Project in Chiang Mai Province. There were 3 aspects of management that affected the effectiveness of management according to the new way of life with statistical significance at the .01 level. work implementation of the plan Management can jointly predict the effectiveness of management according to the new way of life by 265%. The 4 principles that affect the management effectiveness according to the new way of life have 4 aspects with statistical significance at the .01 level, where The order of priority for selection into the equation is as follows. Kammasakata Saddha Belief in the fact that animals have their own karma Tathagata Bodhisattva believe in the enlightenment of the Lord Buddha, believe in the results of Karma, Kamma Sattha, believe in the law of Karma Management can jointly predict the effectiveness of management according to the new way of life at 29.9%.

             3. The model of management effectiveness according to the New Normal  of the 5 Precepts Village Model Project has 5 characteristics as follows: 1. Preparation of an integrated work plan 2. Coordination of network organization relations 3. Creating power together in the village to maintain the 5 precepts 4. Creating outstanding achievements together 5. Identifying the achievements of the organization that share the image of the community Management planning according to the New Normal  The administrative process according to the monks and community leaders of the 5 Precepts Village jointly presented the 5 Precepts Village Project, an extension of the project implementation. There is a change in operating style. start planning a project Emphasize the participation of network organizations. By publicizing Village Project for people, network agencies to understand The administrative process according to the monks and community leaders of the villages have accumulated temple works, community works, various activities that are concrete results of the 5 precepts village project.
