บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                                ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง และ 3. เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง โดยบูรณาการหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม ดำเนินการวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 349 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.894 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการศึกษาภาคสนามด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เพื่อยืนยันองค์ความรู้หลังจากการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล     

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านโดยเรียงลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการปรับเปลี่ยน โดยบริหารข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผลการพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน รองลงมาคือด้านการพัฒนา โดยสนับสนุนการวิจัย ค้นคว้า พัฒนาและส่งเสริมพลังงานทดแทนอย่างต่อเนื่อง อันดับสามคือ ด้านการผลิต โดยการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนได้ปริมาณที่มากพอและไม่กระทบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านประสิทธิภาพ โดยส่งเสริมให้มีการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ เช่น เขื่อน อ่างเก็บน้ำ และด้านความพึงพอใจ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้พลังงานทดแทน เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับทุกฝ่าย ตามลำดับ  

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง พบว่า 1) การบริหารจัดการส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง 5 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคือ การสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน การกำหนดนโยบายและการประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ การกำหนดโครงสร้างการจัดการพลังงาน การทบทวนผลการดำเนินการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง ได้ร้อยละ 48.1 (Adjusted R²=0.481) 2) หลักอิทธิบาทธรรม ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง ทั้ง 4 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคือ ฉันทะ การมีใจรักในงาน จิตตะ การใส่ใจในงานทำ วิมังสา การทำงานด้วยปัญญา วิริยะ การสู้งาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง ได้ร้อยละ 53.4 (Adjusted R²=0.534)

              3. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง โดยบูรณาการหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม มีดังนี้ ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการผลิต โดยการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนได้ปริมาณที่มากพอและไม่กระทบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ด้านประสิทธิภาพ โดยส่งเสริมให้มีการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ เช่น เขื่อน อ่างเก็บน้ำ 3) ด้านความพึงพอใจ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้พลังงานทดแทน เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับทุกฝ่าย 4) ด้านการปรับเปลี่ยน โดยบริหารข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผลการพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน 5) ด้านการพัฒนา โดยสนับสนุนการวิจัย ค้นคว้า พัฒนาและส่งเสริมพลังงานทดแทนอย่างต่อเนื่อง การบูรการหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม เป็นหลักธรรมนำสู่ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง ประกอบด้วย ฉันทะ การมีใจรักในงาน วิริยะ การสู้งาน จิตตะ การใส่ใจในงานที่ทำ วิมังสา การทำงานด้วยปัญญา บูรณาการการบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กร ทั้ง 6 ด้านเป็นพื้นฐานในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการพลังงานทดแทนของการประปานครหลวง ประกอบด้วย การกำหนดโครงสร้างการจัดการพลังงาน การกำหนดนโยบายและการประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ การดำเนินการตามแผนปฏิบัติการ การทบทวนผลการดําเนินการ การสร้างจิตสํานึกการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน               

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

    Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. to study the effectiveness of renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority; 2. to study factors affecting the effectiveness of the renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority; 3. To Renewable energy of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority by Dhamma-Iddhibada integrated conducting an integrated research method The quantitative research collected data from a sample of 349 people using a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.894. Data analysis used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Qualitative research is a field study by in-depth interview method. from 18 key informants or people and focus group discussions of 9 figures or people to confirm the knowledge after data synthesis.

              Findings were as follows:

             1. The efficiency of renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority was found that the overall level was at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that all aspects were at the high level, in the following order: Modification by managing information data, monitoring, evaluating the results of renewable energy development and energy conservation followed by development By supporting research, research, development and promotion of renewable energy continually. Third is production by producing enough amount of renewable energy without affecting society and the environment. performance By promoting the production of renewable energy in responsible areas such as dams, reservoirs and satisfaction. By providing an opportunity for all parties to participate in expressing opinions about the use of renewable energy. to create satisfaction for all parties respectively.

             2. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority found that 1) management affects the effectiveness of the renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority in 5 aspects, respectively, as follows: creating awareness of energy conservation policy formulation and public relations preparation of an action plan Defining an Energy Management Structure performance review with statistical significance at the 0.01 level, which can jointly predict the efficiency of renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority at 48.1 percent (Adjusted R²=0.481). 2) Dhamma-Iddhibada affects the effectiveness of the renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority in 4 aspects, respectively, namely passion, love for work, chitta, attention to work, vimansa, work with wisdom, persistence, and fighting work at statistical significance at the 0.05 level, able to participate together predicted the efficiency of renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority at 53.4% (Adjusted R²=0.534).

             3. Effectiveness Model of Renewable Energy Management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority by Dhamma-Iddhibada integrated are as follows: Effectiveness of Renewable Energy Management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority in 5 aspects, consisting of 1) production, by producing sufficient amount of renewable energy without affecting society and society; Environment 2) Efficiency by promoting renewable energy production in responsible areas such as dams and reservoirs; By providing an opportunity for all parties to participate in expressing opinions about the use of renewable energy. to create satisfaction for all parties. by managing information data, monitoring, evaluating the development of renewable energy and energy conservation; 5) development: by supporting research, research, development and promotion of renewable energy continuously There are Dhamma-Iddhibada that lead to the effectiveness of the renewable energy management of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, consisting of desire, love for work, persistence, fighting work, chitta, attention to work, Wimansa, and wisdom. There are 6 aspects of internal management within the organization as a basis for enhancing the effectiveness of MWA's renewable energy management, consisting of setting up an energy management structure. policy formulation and public relations preparation of an action plan Implementation of the action plan Performance Review Building energy conservation awareness.
