บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพบริบทการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 2) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 3) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 ซึ่งทำในวัดที่มีศักยภาพในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีโดย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 56 รูป/คน และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้การตอบแบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 402 รูป/คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

สภาพบริบทการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 ของวัดที่มีศักยภาพในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี มีการขับเคลื่อนในทุกหมวด เนื่องจากคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดสิงห์บุรีมำการกำหนดนโยบายและตั้งคณะกรรมการในการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 ระดับจังหวัดส่งผลให้มีการขับเคลื่อนครบทั้ง 3 หมวด โดยลักษณะการขับเคลื่อนในเชิงบูรณาการกับงานกิจการพระพุทธศาสนา

การมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 ของวัดที่มีศักยภาพในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรีทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านพระสงฆ์กับการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย การมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ =4.34, S.D.=0.16) โดยพระสงฆ์กับการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด สำหรับด้านการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติสู่การปฏิบัติ การมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x =4.29, S.D.=0.32)

รูปแบบของการขับเคลื่อนธรรมนูญสุขภาพพระสงฆ์แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560 ของวัดที่มีศักยภาพในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี จำแนกได้ 2 รูปแบบคือ 1) รูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนโดยพระสงฆ์เป็นแกนนำและได้รับความร่วมมือจากภาคีเครือข่ายเป็นอย่างดีตามหลักการทางธรรมนำทางโลก โดยพระสงฆ์เป็นแกนนำและได้รับความร่วมมือจากภาคีเครือข่ายเป็นอย่างดีตามหลักการทางธรรมนำทางโลก ทั้งยังมีฐานทุนจากพระบุรพาจารย์ที่ได้วางเป็นรากฐานไว้ และ 2) เป็นแบบให้ความร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่าย และการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายของภาครัฐ ทั้งมีให้ความสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณ และสถานที่ ทั้งยังมีการบูรณาการไปกับกิจกรรมคณะสงฆ์อื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพทางอ้อม ใช้วัดเป็นศูนย์กลางในการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะจากหน่วยงานรัฐ หรือหน่วยงานราชการที่เป็นกำลังขับเคลื่อนหลัก โดยวัดและพระสงฆ์เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วม

The objectives of this dissertation are to 1) study the context of the Implementation of the National Sangha Health Charter 2017 2) study the participation in the National Sangha Health Charter 2017 3) analyze the National Sangha Health Charter 2017 implementation models, which was made in potential temples in Sing Buri Province. This research It is an integrated research by qualitative research used data collection through in-depth interviews from 56 person key informants, and quantitative research using questionnaires from 402 person of sample.

A result of this study was found in the following aspects.

Participation in implementation the National Sangha Health Charter 2017 act of potential temples in Sing Buri Province in all 3 aspects was at a high level. The aspect of monks and self-care in accordance with the principles of the Vinaya Dharma and discipline participation was at the high level (x̅ = 4.34, S.D. = 0.16).
