ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์และ 3. นำเสนอพุทธบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.978 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จำนวน 385 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคนแบบตัวต่อตัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เพื่อยืนยันองค์ความรู้หลังจากการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.97, S.D.= 0.43) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าระดับความคิดเห็นการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามให้เกิดความยั่งยืน รวมทั้งกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ และวัตถุประสงค์อย่างชัดเจน มีการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์เป็นไปตามพันธกิจของสมาคม นโยบายแนวทางจัดกิจกรรมทางวิชาการทางวิชาชีพจัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาการให้ครบทุกด้าน มีการให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย และมีการส่งเสริมให้มีการวิจัย และนำเอาผลงานวิจัยมาเผยแพร่ให้แก่สมาชิก ได้นำไปประยุต์ใช้ในวิชาชีพและส่งเสริมทุนวิจัยให้กับสถาบันการศึกษา มีการรับรองมาตรฐานเป็นการกำกับดูแลให้ความรู้ และส่งเสริมเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ให้แก่สมาชิกและเป็นการควบคุมคุณภาพของการปฏิบัติงานตามวิชาชีพ เป็นไปตามการทำงานที่ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน วิชาชีพ ให้ผู้รับ บริการในวิชาชีพ และผู้ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพ มีจรรยาบรรณ ในการประกอบวิชาชีพอย่างยั่งยืน

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ พบว่า 1) การบริหารตามหลัก PDCA ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ มี 3 ด้าน คือ 1. ด้านการวางแผน 2. ด้านการตรวจสอบ และ3. ด้านการปรับปรุงการดำเนินการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่า ตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ด้านสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ได้ร้อยละ 45.7 ตามลำดับ 2) หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ มี 4 ด้านคือ 1. ด้านเมตตากายกรรม (การกระทำดีต่อกัน) 2. ด้านเมตตาวจีกรรม (สื่อสารเข้าใจกัน) 3. ด้านสีลสามัญญตา (รักษาระเบียบวินัย) และ4. ด้านทิฎฐิสามัญญตา (เชื่อมั่นในหลักการร่วมกัน) มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่า หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ได้ร้อยละ 47.7 ตามลำดับ

3. การบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ทั้ง 8 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1. ด้านมุ่งบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ 2. ด้านเสริมสร้างความสมัครสมานสามัคคี 3. ด้านให้ความรู้ คำปรึกษาทางวิชาชีพ วิชาการ 4. ด้านส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และเผยแพร่ การศึกษา ค้นคว้าวิจัย5. ด้านความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานของรัฐ 6. ด้านติดตามการปฏิบัติงานตามพันธกิจ 7. ด้านกำหนดและรับรองมาตรฐาน 8. ด้านสนับสนุนให้มีกองทุนสวัสดิการสมาชิก โดยในการบริหารจัดการของสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ มีปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริม คือ การบริหารงานตามหลัก PDCA นอกจากนั้นยังบูรณาการหลักสาราณียธรรม 6 มีลักษณะดังนี้ 1) ด้านเมตตากายกรรม การกระทำดีต่อกัน ได้แก่ มีจิตอาสาในการมาร่วมกันทำงาน ประสานงานเชิงบวกที่ดี ส่งเสริมให้บริการทางด้านวิชาชีพ 2) ด้านเมตตาวจีกรรม การสื่อสารเข้าใจกัน ได้แก่ สื่อสารที่เข้าใจตรงกัน สื่อสารใช้ภาษาที่เข้าใจง่ายชัดเจน ใช้ถ่อยคำเป็นเพื่อประสานคุณโยชน์ในการทำงาน 3) ด้านเมตตามโนกรรม เคารพในความคิดผู้อื่น ได้แก่ รับฟังข้อมูลของทุกฝ่ายในการทำงาน ยอมรับความเห็นต่างของเพื่อนสมาชิก นำเอาข้อมูลมาประมวลผลเพื่อทำงาน 4) ด้านสาธารณโภคี การแบ่งปันกัน ได้แก่ ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำอันเป็นประโยชน์ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ที่มีให้แก่เพื่อนสมาชิก แบ่งปันผลประโยชน์แก่เพื่อสมาชิกอย่างเหมาะสม 5) ด้านสีลสามัญญตา การรักษาระเบียบวินัย ได้แก่ ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและวิชาชีพของสถาปนิก มีความรับผิดชอบต่อวิชาชีพของสถาปนิก สร้างมาตรฐานจรรยาบรรณของการประกอบวิชาชีพ 6) ด้านทิฏฐิสามัญญตา เชื่อมั่นในหลักการร่วมกัน ได้แก่ ยึดมั่นในอุดมการณ์ของสมาคม ปรับความเข้าใจด้วยเหตุผลและหลักการ ยอมรับในความคิดเห็นของเพื่อนสมาชิก

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the management of the Siamese Architects Association, 2. To study of factors affecting the management of the Siamese Architects Association and 3. To propose the Buddhist integration for promoting the management of the Siamese Architects Association under Royal Patronage, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research used questionnaires with a total confidence value of 0.978. to collected data from the 385 samples who were members of the Siamese Architects Association under Royal patronage and analyzed data by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise regression analysis. The qualitative research used face-to-face in-depth interviewing 18 key informants. Data were analyzed by content descriptive interpretation and 9 participants in focus group discussion to confirm knowledge after data synthesis.

Findings were as follows:

1. Management of the Siamese Architects Association, by overall, was at high level ( 3.97, S.D. = 0.43). When considering each aspect, it was found that the level of management opinion of the Siamese Architects Association under the Royal Patronage all aspects were at a high level. Management of the Siamese Architects Association was carried out for sustainability with strategic setting, clear objectives, beneficial public service according to the mission and policy to perform academic and professional activities of the Association. There was legal advice service, research promotion and share the research results among members to apply in their career. There was research funds support to educational institutes, standard accreditation, knowledge and professional experience sharing with members to control the quality of work according to the profession in line with the professional standard and the professional practitioners sustainably practiced profession according to the professional code of ethics.

2. Factors affecting the management of the Association of Siamese Architects under the Royal Patronage  were found that 1) the administration according to PDCA principles affected the management of the Siamese Architects Association under Royal patronage in 3 aspects: 1) planning, 2) auditing, and 3) operational improvement with statistically significant value at 0.01 indicating that the 3 ways variables could jointly predict the management of the Siamese Architects Association by 45.7 percent, respectively. 2) The S raṇ yadhamma 6 affected the management of the Siamese Architects Association under the Royal Patronage in 4 aspects: 1) Mett k yakamma; (good deeds for all), 2) Mett vac kamma; (understandable communication),
3) S dh raṇabhogit ; (discipline keeping), and 4). Diṭṭhis ma at ; (believing in common principles). with statistically significant value at 0.01, indicating that S raṇ yadhamma could jointly predict the management of the Siamese Architects Association under the Royal Patronage by 47.7 percent, respectively.

3. Management of the Siamese Architects Association under the Royal Patronage in 8 aspects: 1). Benefit Service 2). Solidarity 3.) Knowledge, professional and academic counseling 4) Promotion, support and dissemination, study and research 5). Cooperation with government agencies 6). monitoring the implementation of the mission 7). establishing and certifying standards 8) Support for member welfare fund establishing. Under the management of the Siamese Architects Association of under the Royal  Patronage, there were factors that promoted the management according to the principle of PDCA also integrated S raṇ yadhamma 6 as follows: 1) Mett k yakamma, good deeds for all, good deeds towards each other, volunteering to come together to work, coordinating positively, promoting professional services, 2) Mett vac kamma; understandable communication, communicating in a clear and easy to understand language by using humiliation words as a way to coordinate to work 3) Mett manokamma; respecting opinions of others, listening to all sides in working, accepting different opinions of other members, using all information for working data, 4) S dh raṇabhogit ; sharing, sharing useful advices and knowledge for members, sharing benefits for members fairly, 5) S las ma at ; discipline keeping, practicing according to the rules, laws and architects professional responsibility and creating standard and code of professional ethics and 6). Diṭṭhis ma at ; believing in common principles by adhering to the ideals of the Association, adjusting understanding of reason and principle accepting the opinions of fellow members. From
