ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา . เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 3. เพื่อนำเสนอพุทธบูรณาการเพื่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 363 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 1.972 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการศึกษาภาคสนามด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เพื่อยืนยันองค์ความรู้หลังจากการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยพบผลการศึกษาคือ ด้านประสิทธิภาพ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการปรับเปลี่ยน ด้านการพัฒนา ด้านความพึงพอใจ และด้านการผลิต ตามลำดับ

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า การบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ได้ร้อยละ 29.90 และหลักอิทธิบาท 4สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ได้ร้อยละ 72.00

3. พุทธบูรณาการเพื่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีดังนี้ 1 ด้านฉันทะ มีใจรัก มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนาเพื่อให้ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาตามความต้องการและความสำคัญในท้องถิ่นจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในสภาพปัจจุบันของท้องถิ่น 2) ด้านวิริยะ พากเพียรทำ เน้นการปรับปรุงและนำเสนอนวัตกรรมใหม่ และยกระดับความสามารถในการเสริมสร้างเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม 3) ด้านจิตตะ เอาจิตฝักใฝ่ ให้ความสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างจิตใจและใจรักในการปฏิบัติงาน มุ่งเน้นคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ส่งเสริมความภูมิใจในการทำงาน 4) ด้านวิมังสา ใช้ปัญญาสอบสวน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์และสอบสวน การตัดสินใจและวางแผนการดำเนินการ การติดตามและประเมินผลเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับประโยชน์ และเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในท้องถิ่น และนำผลการประเมินไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแผนงานและโครงการให้เป็นที่ต้องการและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนในท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the effectiveness of the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 2. To study factors affecting the effectiveness of the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. 3. To propose Buddhist integration for the effectiveness of the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si

Ayutthaya,conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research collected data from 363 samples using a questionnaire with a total reliability value of 0.972, data analysis using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The qualitative research, data were collected

by in-depth interviewing 18 key contributors and 9 participants in focus group discussion to confirm knowledge after data synthesis.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Effectiveness of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province was found that the effectiveness of the administration, by overall, was at a high level. When considered each aspect was also at high level, sorted b y ave rage as; effectiveness, change, development, satisfaction and production, respectively

2. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the administration of the SuDdistrict Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province was found that public administration was able to explain the variation in the effectiveness of the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by 69.90 percent and Itthipada 4 could together explain the variation of the administration of the Sub--District Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by 72.00 percent.

3. Buddhist integration for the effectiveness of the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province consisted of 3 aspects; 1) Chanda, passionately defined development goals to bring about change and development according to local needs and priorities that would enhance understanding of the current local conditions.2) Viriya; effort, focusing on improving and proposing new innovations and enhancing the ability to strengthen appropriate technologies. 3) Citta; Attention, placing importance on strengthening the mind and passion for work, focusing on morality and ethics and promoting pride in work 4) Vimamsa; using intelligence to investigate. Data collection, analysis and Investigation, decision making and action planning, monitoring and evaluation for the benefit of the people and giving the public an opportunity to participate in finding solutions to local problems and applying the assessment results to improve and develop plans and projects to be desirable and truly responding to the needs of local people.
