        ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ เรื่องแนวทางการเผยแผ่มงคล 38 ประการ ตามหลักพระปาฏิโมกข์ของพระธรรมทูตไทยในวัดพระธรรมกายบาวาเรีย สหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักพระปาฏิโมกข์ของพระธรรมทูตที่ปรากฏในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา (2) เพื่อศึกษาการเผยแผ่หลักมงคล 38 ประการของพระธรรมทูตไทยในวัดพระธรรมกายบาวาเรีย และ (3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการเผยแผ่มงคล 38 ประการ ตามหลักพระปาฏิโมกข์ของพระธรรมทูตไทยในวัดพระธรรมกายบาวาเรีย ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 28 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พระธรรมทูตไทยวัดพระธรรมกายบาวาเรีย มีกฎระเบียบตามหลักปาฎิโมกขสังวร คือ ศีล 227 ข้อ และประพฤติตนตามหลักโอวาทปาฏิโมกข์การเผยแผ่ธรรมด้วยหลักมงคล 38 ประการเพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเพื่อความสุข ความสำเร็จแห่งชีวิตแก่พุทธศาสนิกชนในด้านต่างๆ ประกอบด้วยด้านครอบครัว ด้านการทำงาน ด้านจิตใจ ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้อื่น ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและด้านการสร้างความมั่นคงในชีวิต แนวทางการเผยแผ่ ผู้ส่งสารคือพระธรรมทูตไทยประพฤติตนตามหลักปาฏิโมกข์และโอวาทปาฏิโมกข์ สารคือ มงคลชีวิต 38 ประการแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตามช่วงวัย ได้แก่ ปฐมวัย มัชฌิมวัย และปัจฉิมวัย สื่อหรือช่องทางคือ พื้นที่ในวัดและออนไลน์ตามสื่อสังคมต่างๆ และผู้รับสารคือ พุทธศาสนิกชน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ฝึกหัดคนทั้งทางกาย วาจา และใจ องค์ความรู้แนวทางการเผยแผ่มงคล ๓๘ ประการ ตามหลักพระปาฏิโมกข์ของพระธรรมทูตไทยในวัดพระธรรมกายบาวาเรีย ว่า MAN OF THE RULE, LIFE OF THE  MAṄGALA คือพระธรรมทูตต้องมีกฎระเบียบตามหลักปาฏิโมกข์ประพฤติตนตามโอวาทปาฏิโมกข์การเผยแผ่ธรรมเพื่อสร้างความสุขความเป็นมงคลให้แก่ชีวิตมนุษย์ด้วยมงคล 38 ประการ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                 This dissertation entitled “The guidelines for propagating the 38 Maṅgalas according to the Pāṭimokkha of Thai Dhammadũta Bhikkhus in Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bavaria Federal Republic of Germany” has three objectives: (1) to study the propagation of Pāṭimokkha principles carried out by Dhammadũta Bhikkhus as appeared in Buddhist scriptures, (2) to study the 38 Maṅgalas principles propagation of Thai Dhammadũta Bhikkhus in Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bavaria, and (3) to present the guidelines for propagating the 38 Maṅgalas according to the Pāṭimokkha of Thai Dhammadũta Bhikkhus in Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bavaria Federal Republic of Germany. This research employed the qualitative research methodology where data were collected by studying the documents, related researches and in-depth interview of 28 persons. The collected data were analyzed and presented by an analytical description.  

                 The research results clearly showed that Thai Dhammadũta Bhikkhus, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bavaria, strictly observe rules and regulations based on the Pāṭimokkhasaṁvara principles, which are of 227 precepts and thereby following the Ovadapāṭimokkha accordingly. In propagating Dhammas through 38 Maṅgalas for improving the quality of life leading to a happy life and success expected by Buddhists in various aspects, it inseparably consists of many aspects: family, work, mentality, building good relationships with others, self-development and building stability in life. In order to disseminate the mentioned guidelines successfully, the messengers, Thai Dhammadũta Bhikkhus, are required to behave themselves according to the principles of the Pāṭimokkha and the Ovadapāṭimokkha. Those messages are of the 38 Maṅgalas, divided into 3 stages depending on the ages: early childhood, middle childhood, and late childhood. The media or channel necessitates areas of temples and online wherein various social media and the recipients are Buddhists, who train people physically, verbally, and mentally. The guidelines gained from the body of research knowledge for propagating the 38 Maṅgalas according to the Pāṭimokkha of Thai Dhammaduta Bhikkhus in Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bavaria, can be called ‘MAN OF THE RULE, LIFE OF THE MAṄGALA’ meaning that Dhammadũta Bhikkhus must follow certain rules and regulations derived from the Pāṭimokkha principles, where they behave themselves in accordance with the Ovadapāṭimokkha, spreading  the Dhammas to create  the endless happiness and auspiciousness for the benefit of human life through the aforesaid 38 Maṅgalas respectively.
