บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 3. เพื่อเสนอการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 19 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 8 รูปหรือคน การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.984 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 397ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. จิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการการส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองให้เยาวชนเป็นกระบวนการที่สำคัญเพื่อสร้างพลังแรงในการมีส่วนร่วมและมีส่วนช่วยเสมอในการกำหนดนโยบายและการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการเมืองในอนาคตของประเทศ โดยทุกภาคส่วนสามารถร่วมกันส่งเสริมได้ด้วยการศึกษาทางการเมือง ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไป หาน้อยได้ คือ การร่วมพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคม ความเข้าใจในสิทธิหน้าที่ทางการเมืองและสังคม การแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ความสนใจการบริหารงานของรัฐบาลและนักการเมือง ตามลำดับ

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จากปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองทั้ง 4 ด้าน นำมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ จิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการมี 4 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.01 ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ คือ ด้านความรู้ทางการเมือง ด้านความเข้าใจทางการเมือง ด้านทัศนคติทางการเมือง และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง เป็นปัจจัยที่เป็นตัวกำหนด จิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

3. การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการโดยร่วมกันประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน ส่งเสริมให้เด็กและเยาวชนได้ปฏิบัติตามหลักการและอุดมการณ์ทางประชาธิปไตย เคารพนับถือผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ในบ้านเมือง ร่วมปกป้องเด็ก สตรี คนชรา และผู้ด้อยโอกาสในสังคม อนุรักษ์รักษาวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองที่ดีงาม รักษากฎระเบียบของชุมชนและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน ช่วยให้เด็กและเยาวชนเข้าใจกระบวนการการปกครอง มีส่วนร่วมและเกี่ยวข้องในสังคมผลการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไป หาน้อย คือ อนุรักษ์รักษาวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองที่ดีงาม ร่วมกันประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน ร่วมปกป้องเด็ก สตรี คนชรา และผู้ด้อยโอกาสในสังคม รักษากฎระเบียบของชุมชนและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน ปฏิบัติตามหลักการและอุดมการณ์ทางประชาธิปไตย เคารพนับถือผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ในบ้านเมือง หมั่นประชุมร่วมกันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ตามลำดับ

This dissertation The objectives are 1. to study the political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province; 2. To study the factors that promote political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province; 3. To propose the application of Buddhist principles to promote the political consciousness of children and youth. Youth in Samut Prakan Province Integrated research model The qualitative research used in-depth interviews. with 19 important informants or people. Data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis and focus group discussions with 8 figures or people. Quantitative research used questionnaires with a confidence value for the entire version equal to 0.90. Data were collected from groups. The sample was 381 students in secondary schools under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Data were analyzed by finding frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations.

The research results found that

1. Political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province. Promoting political consciousness among youth is an important process in order to create strength to participate and always help determine policy and political change in the future. of the country All sectors can jointly promote it through political education. Provide accurate information from social media such as facebook line youtube tiktok instragram etc. Political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province Overall, it is at a high level When considering each aspect, it is found that it is at a high level in every aspect. The sample group has students' opinions on the political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province. Arranging the average values from highest to lowest is participation in community and social development understanding of political and social rights and duties  Expressing political opinions interest in government administration and politicians, respectively.

2. Factors that promote political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province From the factors that promote political consciousness in all 4 areas, they were used for statistical analysis. Variables that have a positive relationship with Political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province has 4 aspects with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. Factors that promote political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province are political knowledge , political understanding Politics , political attitude, and political participation  are factors that determine Political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province (y)

3. Application of Buddhist principles to promote political consciousness of children and youth in Samut Prakan province by meeting together in unison. Encourage children and youth to follow democratic principles and ideals. Respect the elders in the country. Join in protecting children, women, the elderly, and the underprivileged in society. Preserve and preserve good political culture. Maintain rules and regulations of the community and society in a sustainable manner. Help children and youth understand the governance process. Participate and be involved in society through the application of Buddhist principles to promote political awareness of children and youth in Samut Prakan Province. Overall it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it is found that it is at a high level in every aspect. The sample group had students' opinions on the application of Buddhist principles to promote political awareness among children and youth in Samut Prakan Province. Arrange the average values from highest to lowest: preserve good political culture, meet together in unison. Join in protecting children, women, the elderly, and the underprivileged in society. Follow democratic principles and ideals respectively.
