บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชุมพร 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชุมพร และ 3) เพื่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชุมพร โดยการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือ คน และสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ 8 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้วิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า    

1.      จริยธรรมทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชุมพร เคารพในสถาบันหลักอันได้แก่ ชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ ที่เป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจของประชาชนชาวไทย นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชุมพรมีความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันหลักอันได้แก่ ชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ ฟังเสียงประชาชน ให้การเคารพพระสงฆ์ ผู้นำชุมชน ยึดถือมติคนส่วนใหญ่ รับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ ซึ่งเป็นธรรมเนียมปฏิบัติตามวัฒนธรรมประเพณีของสังคมไทยและยังยึดถือปฏิบัติอยู่ในวัฒนธรรมประเพณีที่ยึดมั่นและ

2.   ปัจจัยพื้นฐานคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่น ในจังหวัดชุมพร ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรไดรอยละ 13.00 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย และหลักสัปปุริสธรรม ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมจริยธรรมทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชุมพร ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรไดรอยละ 5.80 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย ดังนั้นนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นจำเป็นต้องมีจริยธรรมพื้นฐาน มีความพอประมาณ ความกล้าหาญ สติปัญญา และความยุติธรรม เป็นผู้ที่มีเหตุผล มีเป้าหมายเพื่อท้องถิ่น รู้ความสามารถและศักยภาพของท้องถิ่น

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to study the level of opinions on factors affecting people's decision-making in general elections in Mueang District, Chumphon Province; 2) to compare opinions on factors affecting people's decision-making. in the general election in Mueang District, Chumphon Province, classified according to personal factors, and 3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for people's decision-making in the general election in Mueang District, Chumphon Province. The quantitative research, data were collected from 400 samples with Questionnaires and analyzed data with Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis.

Findings were as follows:
