บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

        ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่อง “การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักศาสนา : กรณีศึกษากลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ วัดไผ่ล้อม จังหวัดตราด กับสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนากลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ วัดไผ่ล้อม 2) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักศาสนาสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักศาสนาของกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ วัดไผ่ล้อมกับสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจาก  เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

        หลักการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักศาสนาพุทธของกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ วัดไผ่ล้อม ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ ประกอบด้วย  (1.1) หลักธรรมของพระพุทธศาสนา ประกอบด้วย หลักทิฐธัมมิกัตถะ หลักอิทธิบาท 4 และ หลักสัมมาอาชีวะ (1.2) หลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง หลักธรรมได้แก่ สันโดษ (1.3) หลักเศรษฐศาสตร์เชิงพุทธ  ได้แก่ การแบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน (1.4) หลักประชาธิปไตย 2) กระบวนการทำงานของกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ประการ คือ (2.1) ความเชื่อและความศรัทธา ประกอบด้วยหลักกัลยาณมิตร และการสร้างโยนิโสมนสิการ  (2.2) หลักธรรมที่ให้สมาชิกถือปฏิบัติ แบ่งเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ (1) หลักธรรมในการบริหารคน ใช้หลักความเมตตาและหลักธรรมเกี่ยวกับการดูแลครอบครัวจนถึงระดับสังคมชุมชน (2) หลักธรรมในการบริหารงาน ใช้หลักธรรมของการธรรมะของการเป็นคนดี และผู้นำที่ต้องละจากอคติ และ (3) หลักธรรมในการบริหารทรัพย์สิน ใช้หลัก สัจจะ (2.3) หลักธรรมที่นำมาประยุกต์ในชีวิตประวันของสมาชิก ใช้หลักสัจจะและการประกอบอาชีพที่สุจริต 3) อุดมการณ์ทำงานของกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ วัดไผ่ล้อม ประกอบด้วย 2 ประการ คือ (3.1) เป้าหมายของกลุ่ม เพื่อพัฒนาคนให้มีคุณธรรม สมาชิกสามารถพึ่งตนเองและเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกันได้  (3.2) ผลการดำเนินงาน สมาชิกมีความซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถพึ่งตนเองได้

        หลักการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักศาสนาสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด ประกอบด้วย 3 ประการ ดังนี้ คือ 1) หลักการสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด ประกอบด้วย หลักแห่งประชาธิปไตย หลักแห่งการให้บริการสมาชิก และหลักแห่งเป้าหมายทางสังคม 2) กระบวนการทำงานของสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด  ประกอบด้วย 3 ประการ ดังนี้ 2.1 ความเชื่อและความศรัทธา ได้แก่ หลักจิตตารมณ์  2.2 หลักธรรมที่ให้สมาชิกถือปฏิบัติ แบ่งเป็น                 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ (1) หลักธรรมในการบริหารคน ได้แก่ หลักความรักและการสงเคราะห์ช่วยเหลือ              (2) หลักธรรมในการบริหารงาน ได้แก่ ความรอบคอบ ความยุติธรรมความเสมอภาค และความเสรี ความกล้าหาญ อดทนต่อความโกรธ  และ (3) หลักธรรมในการบริหารทรัพย์สิน ได้แก่ ภาระหน้าที่ที่พระเจ้ามอบหมาย ท่าทีที่ถูกต้องในการออมเงิน ถวายและช่วยเหลือผู้ขัดสน การดำเนินชีวิตให้เหมาะสมกับฐานะของตนเองไม่ละโมบโลภมาก และความมัธยัสถ์ 2.3 หลักธรรมที่นำมาประยุกต์ในชีวิตประวันของสมาชิก หลักธรรมที่นำมาประยุกต์ในชีวิตประจำวัน ได้แก่  (1) การทำบุญให้ทาน  (2) หลักตรีเอกานุภาพ (3) บาปกำหนด (4) บัญญัติ  10 ประการ 5) ละบาป 3) อุดมการณ์ทำงานของสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด ประกอบด้วย 3.1 เป้าหมายของกลุ่ม เพื่อพัฒนาคุณธรรมและสามารถพึ่งตนเองของมาชิก 3.2 ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด สรุปได้ว่า ประสบผลสำเร็จ เนื่องจากเน้นความสัมพันธ์ของคณะกรรมการ ที่มาจากการเลือกตั้ง ทำงานโดยยึดโยงความสัมพันธ์กัน เน้นการทำงานที่ให้เกียรติต่อกัน มีเป้าหมายร่วมกันในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของสมาชิกส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการ

        เปรียบเทียบการจัดการทรัพย์สินตามหลักศาสนาของกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ วัดไผ่ล้อมกับสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนพัฒนากสิกรโคกวัด จำกัด ในเรื่องหลักการ กระบวนการ และอุดมการณ์ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม มีลักษณะที่คล้ายคลึงกัน การดำเนินงานโดยกลุ่มสมาชิกของกลุ่มที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง อันจะเป็นการสร้างความเข้มแข็งกลุ่มและชุมชน ซึ่งจะนำมาซึ่งความกินดีอยู่ดี คุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นของสมาชิก นอกจากนี้ ทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม เน้นกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก ทั้งในส่วนของการเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ หาวิธีการและทางเลือกในการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาที่แท้จริงเกิดขึ้น และอยู่บนฐานที่แท้จริงของบริบทของชุมชนของกลุ่มตนเอง ถือได้ว่าเป็นการพัฒนาที่เกิดจากฐานรากที่แท้จริง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        Dissertation on “A Comparative Study of Property Management according to Religious Principles: A Case Study of the Sajja Sasomsap Group, Wat Phai Lom, Trat Province and Kasikorn Khok Wat Development Credit Union Cooperative Limited, Prachinburi Province”  has three objectives: 1) to study  property management according to Buddhist principles, Sajja Sasomsap Group, Phai Lom Temple, 2) to study property management according to religious principles of Pattana Kasikorn Kokwat Credit Union Cooperative, Ltd., and 3) to compare property management according to religious principles of Sajja Sasomsup Group, Phai Lom Temple and Pattana Kasikorn Khok Wat Credit Union Cooperative Limited. This research is qualitative research by studying from related documents and in-depth interviews. The research results found that:

        Principles of property management according to Buddhist principles of the Sajja Sasamsap Group, Wat Phai Lom, consisting of 1) Principles of Savings : (1.1) the Dhamma principles of Buddhism include the principles of Thitthammaikattha, the Four Iddhipāda principles, and the principles of Right Livelihood, (1.2) Sufficiency Economy Principles Dhamma principles include santosa, (1.3) Principles of Buddhist economics include division into 4 parts, (1.4) Principles of democracy. 2) The working process of the Sajja Samasapap Group consists of 3 things: (2.1) Belief and faith. Consisting of principles of kindness and the creation of yonisomanasikāra  (2.2) Dhamma principles for members to observe, divided into 3 types Categories include: (1) Dhamma principles in people management apply the principles of kindness and principles regarding taking care of the family up to the community level, (2) Principles of administration, use the principles of Dhamma and being a good person and leaders who must refrain from bias, and (3) Dhamma principles in property management, using the principle of truth. (2.3) Dhamma principles that are applied in the daily life of members use the principles of truth and pursue an honest career,  3) the working ideology of the Sajja Sasomsap Wat Phai Lom group, consists of 2 things: (3.1) the group's goals to develop people with morality members can rely on themselves and support each other, (3.2) performance results members are honest and can be self-reliant.

        Principles of property management according to religious principles of the Kasikorn Khokwat Development Credit Union Cooperative Limited, consisting of 3 things as follows: 1) Principles of the Kasikorn Khokwat Development Credit Union Cooperative Limited, consisting of the principles of democracy. Principles of member service and principles of social goals, 2) the working process of the Khok Wat Kasikorn Development Credit Union, Cooperative consists of 3 things as follows: (2.1) belief and faith, including the principles of Chittha Mantra, (2.2) Dharma principles for members to adhere to are divided into 3 types: (1) Dhamma principles in people management, including the principles of love and assistance. (2) Dhamma principles in administration, including prudence, justice, equality, and freedom, courage, patience with anger and (3) principles in property management, including duties assigned by God. Correct attitude in saving money donate and help the needy living your life appropriately with your own status, without being greedy or greedy and thrift.            (2.3) Dhamma principles that are applied in the daily life of members Dhamma principles that can be applied to daily life include (1) making merit and giving alms      (2) the principle of the Trinity (3) determining sin (4) the 10 commandments                     5) abstaining from sin, 3) the working ideology of Kasikorn Khokwat Credit Union Cooperative Limited consists of (3.1) Group goals to develop morality and self-reliance of members, and (3.2) performance of the Kasikorn Khokwat Development Credit Union Cooperative in conclusion, it was successful, because it emphasizes the relationship of the committee that comes from the election work based on relationships focus on working with mutual respect. There is a common goal of improving the quality of life of members as for the factors affecting success in management, 3) to compare property management according to the religious principles of the Sajja Samasap Group. Wat Phai Lom and Kasikorn Khok Wat Credit Union Cooperative Limited in terms of principles, processes, and ideologies. When comparing the two groups, they have similar characteristics. It is operated by a group of highly efficient group members. This will strengthen the group and community which will lead to good eating and well-being better quality of life for members. In addition, both groups emphasize the process of member participation, both in terms of learning and exchanging experiences find methods and alternatives to solve problems in order to make real development happen and based on the true context of the community of one's own group, it can be considered that it is a development that comes from the real foundation.  

        When comparing the achievements of both groups, the factors that contribute to the group's achievements are similar, mainly in terms of dividends in the form of welfare. Strict adherence to religious principles group management by members and administrators have expertise in working as a volunteer team.
