        ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่อง “การศึกษาจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจการขายออนไลน์ของชาวพุทธกับชาวมุสลิม :กรณีศึกษาตำบลบางโฉลง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ” ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดจุดประสงค์ ดังนี้ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจการขายออนไลน์ของชาวพุทธ  ๒) เพื่อศึกษาจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจการขายออนไลน์ของชาวมุสลิม และ ๓) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจการขายออนไลน์ของชาวพุทธกับชาวมุสลิม : กรณีศึกษาตำบลบางโฉลง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นการศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร การเสวนากลุ่มย่อย และการลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

        การประกอบธุรกิจในทางพระพุทธศาสนานั้น เน้นไปที่หลักแห่งสัมมาอาชีพ การขายสินค้าออนไลน์ เป็นการประกอบสัมมาอาชีพประเภทหนึ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซื้อขายสินค้าผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ธุรกิจออนไลน์สามารถตอบโจทย์ผู้บริโภคได้ก็มีโอกาสที่จะประสบความสำเร็จ

        ส่วนศาสนาอิสลามความซื่อสัตย์คือตัวแปรสำคัญสู่ความสำเร็จในทุก ๆ เรื่อง โดยเฉพาะการทำธุรกิจโดยที่ผู้บริโภคจะเชื่อใจเรา อิสลามไม่อนุญาตให้ขายสินค้าที่ผู้ขายไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของหรือไม่ได้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายของผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์นั้น

        การประกอบธุรกิจในทางพระพุทธศาสนานั้น เน้นไปที่หลักแห่งสัมมาอาชีพ การเลี้ยงชีพที่ถูกต้อง ในส่วนของศาสนาอิสลาม การซื้อขายสินค้าออนไลน์ ผู้ขายต้องมีสินค้าครอบครองไว้หรือเป็นผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์ในสินค้านั้น ๆ อิสลามไม่อนุญาตให้ขายสินค้าที่ผู้ขายไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของหรือไม่ได้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายของผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์นั้น

        จากการลงพื้นที่สอบถามข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า หลักจริยธรรมทางศาสนาช่วยให้การค้าขายไม่มีการเอารัดเอาเปรียบ ไม่มีอาการฉ้อโกง ไม่มีการโกหกหรือต้มตุ๋น ทั้งผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายไม่ต้องกังวลถึงการถูกฉ้อโกงหรือหลอกลวง ทำให้การค้าขายเป็นไปตามหลักศาสนา คือ ไม่เอารัดเอาเปรียบผู้อื่น ไม่ฉ้อโกง หรือจงใจปกปิดความจริง ทำให้ผู้ซื้อกับผู้ขาย มีความเชื่อมั่นต่อกัน หลักคำสอนของผู้ขายออนไลน์ที่มีความจำเป็น คือ ความซื่อสัตย์ ความซื่อตรงต่อผู้ซื้อ และต่อตนเอง จะทำให้การค้าขายของตนเองเจริญรุ่งเรือง เช่น การชั่งกิโล การทำสินค้าให้มีคุณภาพ  เชื่อว่าพระเจ้าจะอวยพร มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกัน เพราะหลักคำสอนเป็นที่ถูกปลูกฝังมาตั้งแต่เด็ก ทำให้ผู้ขายจึงมีพฤติกรรมที่เชื่อมั่นในหลักคำสอนทำให้การขายเป็นไปตามหลักศาสนา หลักธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ความมีเมตตา คือมีเมตตาต่อตนเอง และผู้อื่น

        Dissertation on “The Business Ethics Sale Online in Buddhist and Muslim  : Bangchalong District, Samutprakarn Province” has three objectives: 1) to study of business ethics sale online in Buddhist, 2) to study of business ethics sale online in Muslim., and 3) to compare of business ethics sale online in Muslim : Bangchalong District, Samutprakarn Province. This research is qualitative research by studying from related documents and in-depth interviews. The research results found that:

        Doing business in Buddhism Emphasis is placed on the principles of right occupation. Selling products online It is a type of occupation that involves buying and selling products through the online system. Online businesses that can meet the needs of consumers have a chance of success.

        As for Islam, honesty is an important variable for success in every matter, especially doing business where consumers will trust us. Islam does not permit the sale of goods that are not owned by the seller or are not a distributor of the owner. 

        Doing business in Buddhism Emphasis is placed on the principles of right occupation. Proper livelihood As for Islam online product trading The seller must be in possession of the goods or be the owner of the goods. Islam does not permit the sale of goods which the seller does not own or is not a representative of the owner of the goods.

        From visiting the area to inquire about sample data, it was found that religious ethics help to ensure that trade is free from exploitation. There are no signs of fraud. No lies or deception. Both buyers and sellers do not have to worry about being cheated or scammed. Make trading in accordance with religious principles, that is, do not take advantage of others, do not commit fraud or intentionally conceal the truth. Make buyers and sellers Have confidence in each other

        An essential tenet of online sellers is honesty. Honesty towards buyers and oneself will make your own business prosperous, such as weighing kilos and making quality products. Believe that God will bless are related, because the doctrine has been instilled since childhood. This causes sellers to behave with confidence in the doctrine, making sales in accordance with religious principles. The principle involved in kindness is being kind to oneself and others.
