บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

             วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “แนวทางการแนะแนวนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนาในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี” นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการแนะแนวนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาของโรงเรียนทั่วไป; (2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการแนะแนวนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา ในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี;และ (3) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแนะแนวนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แบบมีสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย
               ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังต่อไปนี้
          1. การบริหารจัดการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามระเบียบของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษานั้น นอกจากการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรแล้ว ทางโรงเรียนต้องจัดให้มีการแนะแนวนักเรียนด้วย การแนะแนวจึงมีความสำคัญและจำเป็นแก่นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา
ตลอดไปจนถึงผู้ปกครองด้วย การแนะแนวโดยหลักการมี ๓ ด้าน (๑) ด้านวิชาการ ได้แก่การเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ข้อแนะนำเพิ่มเติมในการเรียน เพื่อเตรียมตัวไปศึกษาต่อ (๒) ด้านอาชีพ ได้แก่เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ข้อแนะนำในการที่จะออกไปประกอบอาชีพ หรือออกไปศึกษาต่อสายอาชีพ เช่น ปวช. ปวส. และ(๓) ด้านพฤติกรรม คือการปรับตัว ความประพฤติศีลธรรมจรรยา การคบเพื่อน ตลอดจนการงดเว้นจากอบายมุขและละเมิดกฎหมายหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของบ้านเมือง

             2. โรงเรียนการกุศลของวัด แม้จะอยู่ในฐานะโรงเรียนราษฎร์ แต่เล็งเห็นความสำคัญ 2 อย่างคือ “โรงเรียนการกุศล” หมายถึงโรงเรียนการกุศลสงเคราะห์ผู้ขัดสนโดยไม่หวังผลกำไรโดยเฉพาะเกษตรกรผู้ยากไร้ในท้องถิ่น ส่วน “ของวัด” ได้แก่วัดเป็นผู้ดำเนินการ ตามหลัก
“ตรีเอกภาพ” คือประสานองค์กร 3 เป็นหนึ่ง ได้แก่ “บวร” = บ้าน+วัด+โรงเรียน เพราะฉะนั้น การดำเนินงานถือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเป็นตัวตั้ง วัดคือพระสงฆ์เป็นตัวยืนและชาวบ้านคือผู้ปกครองเป็นตัวสนับสนุนทั้งนี้การเรียนการสอนและการแนะแนวจึงเป็นไปตามแนวทางของกระทรวงศึกษาธิ การขับเคลื่อนด้วยเมตตาธรรมของพระสงฆ์ และจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนว และครูประจำชั้นมีคุณธรรมตามหลักทิศ 6 และกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7
             3. โรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา ซึ่งเดิมเรียกว่า โรงเรียนราษฎร์ของวัดกำเนิดขึ้นครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ.ศ.2488 ปัจจุบันทั่วประเทศมีจำนวน 118โรง จากการศึกษาปัจจัยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเฉพาะในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี 3 แห่งคือ (1) โรงเรียนมัธยมวัดใหม่กรุงทอง อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิ
(2) โรงเรียนกบินทร์จริยาคม อำเภอกบินทร์บุรี (3) โรงเรียนสุธีวรราษฎร์รังสฤษฎ์ อำเภอเมืองปราจีนบุรี ให้เป็นคนดีมีศีลธรรม เพื่ออยู่ร่วมในสังคม และหน้าที่การงานต่อไปได้ด้วยดี ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน ขอให้ทางโรงเรียนติวเข้มให้นักเรียนที่จะออกไปศึกษาต่อ และหากเป็นไปได้ ขอให้ช่วยหาแหล่งทุนการศึกษาให้ด้วย
           4. องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการศึกษาวิจัยคือ หลักการบริหารโรงเรียนบนพื้นฐานความร่วมมือแบบ “บวร” คือ บ้านได้แก่ผู้ปกครอง วัดได้แก่พระสงฆ์ โรงเรียนคือนักเรียนผู้เป็นบุตรหลานของชาวบ้าน ได้เกื้อหนุนสงเคราะห์ เป็นฐานสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกัน โดยยึดนักเรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง
ขับเคลื่อนไปด้วยดีตามหลักธรรมดี (ทิศ 6 และกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7) ความร่วมมือดี (ระหว่างผู้ปกครองดี+ครูดี) และการแนะแนวดี (ด้านวิชาการ-ด้านอาชีพ-ด้านบุคลิกภาพ)

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

            This thesis entitled “Guidance for Secondary School Students of BuddhistCharity Schools in Prachinburi Province” was of the three objectives, i.e. (1) to studyproblem circumstance on guidance for secondary school students in general; (2) tostudy guidance need of secondary school students of Buddhist Charity Schools inPrachinburi Province; and (3) to recommend the guidance means for secondary schoolstudents of Buddhist Charity Schools.
             Research results are as followings; -

            1. Management of basic education regulated by Education Ministry apartfrom formal class instruction, the school has to provide additionally at least three kindsof guidance to students as to (1) subject guidance to accelerate their knowledge readilyfor further study; (2) vocational guidance to both their vocational education and/ortheir career job application; and (3) personality guidance, i.e. their personal care andsocial adjustment as well as to abstain from various ways of conduct and narcotics.There is no any concern with violation of public law and good social ethical codes of behavior.

           2. The Buddhist charity schools, by nature are the temple private schools,signify two meanings, i.e. those organized without profits but to provide education tothe poor local farmers and their educational needy children. Secondly, the word “of temple” signifies the educational management operated by the temple. The “trinity”promulgamation among ‘Baan’ (B) - community, ‘Wat’ (W) - Buddhist monks, and school (S) - school students become BWS coorperating with coordination andassimilation to lead their children to the expecting goal of further study or working.The most important mission and credit are going to Buddhist monks as owners, schooldirectors, and especially class teachers and guidance teachers. Two groups of Dhammaapplied are Six Directions on teacher-student relation as each function andresponsibility; and the seven qualities of a good friend, as prescribed by the Buddha.
          3. The Buddhist Charity Schools originated in B.E.2488 with havingdeveloped and expanded to 118 schools in number at present. A case study was madeto three Buddhist charity schools in Prachinburi Province; namely, (1) Mathayom Wat Mai Kronthong School in Srimahabhodhi District; (2) Kabindra Chariyagom School inKabindra Buri District; and (3) Suthiwararasrangsarit School in Muang Prachinburi District,could be concluded that: both teacher advisors and counsellors each render their guidance to students for three respects to the full extent. However special attention is made to personality adjustment both for his/her better looking behavior impressed by the others, such as conforming to the social ethical codes, no violation of public law, abstaining from vicious ways, etc. Toward the need of both students and their guardians, additional tutors be provided to prepare students to enter examination toget admission to universities. Free educational fund and scholarship are to be provided both in the present school and the next study if possible.
          4. Body of knowledge gained from this research is that of cooperation of the “Trinity” - “Three in one” comprised of “Boworn”; i.e. B = Baan implying studentguardians + W = Wat implying Buddhist monks + S implying School. Thus BWS with each promulgation and cooperation could carry out student progress under spirit ofteacher mind, towhich accreditation in all aspects of guidance in knowledge,
