บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดของการพัฒนาวัดสร้างสุขด้วยหลักสัปปายะ 2. เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการวัดสันติวนาราม (วัดป่าดงไร่) ตำบลบ้านเชียง อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี และ3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการวัดตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 ของวัดสันติวนาราม (วัดป่าดงไร่) ตำบลบ้านเชียง อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               แนวคิดของการพัฒนาวัดสร้างสุขด้วยหลักสัปปายะ  คือ การสร้างสภาพปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการศึกษาปฏิบัติ เอื้อต่อการเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและการพัฒนาวัด พัฒนาชุมชน ให้ได้ผลดี มี 7 อย่าง คือ อาวาส สถานที่อยู่ภายในวัด โคจรที่บิณฑบาตหรือแหล่งอาหารที่เหมาะสม ภัสสะเรื่องพูดคุยที่ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตามหลักพุทธธรรม บุคคลผู้ที่อยู่ใกล้แล้วจิตผ่องใสสงบมั่นคงมีความสุข โภชนะอาหารที่ดีต่อกาย อุตุอุณหภูมิสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม และอิริยาบถ เพื่อให้สะดวก เหมาะสมแก่การปฏิบัติธรรม ท่องเที่ยว อบรมพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต การอยู่ร่วมกันระหว่าง สิ่งแวดล้อม วัด และชุมชน

               การจัดการวัดสันติวนาราม (วัดป่าดงไร่) ตำบลบ้านเชียง อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี พบว่า 1) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวัด คือ จัดมุมรมณียสถานในวัด มีป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ มีมุมเก็บภาพที่ระลึก รอบโบสถ์รูปทรงดอกบัวกลางน้ำ ต้นไม้พูดได้ มีป้ายปริศนาธรรมนำชีวิตกิจกรรมสำคัญของทางวัด กิจกรรมสำคัญทางพระพุทธศษสนา 2) ด้านกิจกรรมบุญสร้างสุขคือ รับบาตรในศาลา การสวดมนต์ การฟังธรรม การร่วมทำวัตรเช้า - เย็น การจัดค่ายคุณธรรม ของโรงเรียนทุกระดับ ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน เป็นประจำ 3) ด้านกิจกรรมชุมชนสร้างสุข คือ แจกทานผู้ยากไร้รอบวัด จิตอาสาพัฒนาวัดเพื่อสร้างความสามัคคีในการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต การส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมประเพณีของชุมชนตามความเชื่อฮีด 12 คลอง 14 เป็นประจำทุกเดือน

                แนวทางการจัดการวัดตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 ของวัดสันติวนาราม (วัดป่าดงไร่) ตำบลบ้านเชียง อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี พบว่า การจัดการวัดควรจัดการด้วยหลักสัปปายะ 7 ให้เหมาะสมแก่การเป็นอยู่ร่วมกันของพระสงฆ์ แม่ชี ประชาชน และเหมาะสมแก่การประพฤติปฏิบัติธรรม ทั้งในด้านอาคารสถานที่ด้านการบริหารจัดการการสัญจรทั้งภายในและภายนอกวัด ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านการเผยแผ่ธรรม ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านอาหาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านอากาศและสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านกิจกรรมและโครงการ ทั้งนี้ ควรมีการวางแผน ควรมีการควบคุมดูแลและสั่งการ ควรกำหนดเป้าหมายและความคุ้มค่า และเหตุปัจจัยอื่นๆ เพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการวัดให้เกิดการอยู่ร่วมกันระหว่าง วัด บ้าน ชุมชน องค์กรภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน อย่างมีความสุขของทุกฝ่าย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                This research is a qualitative research consisting of the purposes, that is, 1) to study the concepts related to the temple development for creation of happiness by applying the principle of Suppaya 7. 2) to study the management of Wat Santivanaram (Wat Pa Dong Rai) in Banchang Subdistrict, Nongharn District, Undothani Provinnce and 3) to offer the guideline of the temple management in accordance with the principle of Suppaya 7 of Wat Santivanaram (Wat Pa Dong Rai) in Banchiang Subdistrict, Nongharn district, Udonthani Province.

               The results of research are found that the concept of temple development for happiness with the principle of Suppaya 7, that is, to create the necessities assisting for well-being and helping the temple development and the community development for good results in compliance with 7 items, that is, monasteries, places in the monasteries, a village where to go for alms of the monks or the suitable sources of food and the places for enhancing the talk about practicing Dhamma. Ones who live near will have pure mind, peace, and happiness, good food for health, temperature and suitable environment and behaviors for convenience in practicing Dhamma, tourism, training for development of skill of life in order to live together among environment, temples and community.

               The management of Wat Santivanaram (Wat Pa Dong Rai) in Banchiang Subdistrict, Nongharn District, Udonthani Province was found that 1) the aspect of the monastery situation of environment, that is, to manage the enjoyable places in the temple with the signboard and to manage the conner for keeping the pictures for recollection, around the church it consists of the feature of lotus in the middle of water, talking trees, signboard with Dhamma puzzle leading to the activities of the temple and the important activities of Buddhism. 2) the aspect of the merit activities creating the happiness, that is, to take alms in the hall, chanting, listening to Dhamma, participating in morning chanting and evening chanting and arrange the camp of morality of schools in every levels of both state and private sectors as usual 3) the aspect of community creation of happiness, that is, to make charity for the poor around the temple, to have spiritual volunteers to create the unity in developing the skill of life. To enhance the tradition and culture of the community in accordance with Heet 12 and Klong 14 in every month.

                The guideline in managing the temple in according to the principle of Suppaya 7 of Wat Santivanaram  (Wat Ban Dong Rai) in Banchiang Subdistrict, Nongharn District, Udonthani Province was found that to manage the temples should manage with the  principles of Suppaya 7 in order to make the community live together with suitability of monks, shaven headed females (Jee), people, and to be suitable for ones who practice Dhamma both in the buildings and in the aspect of management both inside and outside the temple, in the aspect of management in dissemination of Dhamma, in the aspect of personnel administration, in the aspect of food management, in the aspect of weather and environment management, and in the aspect of activity and project management. So the plan should be done, controlled an commanded. The goal and virtue and various causes and effects should be designated in order to enhance the management to live together among Wat, people, community and state and private sectors with happiness for all.
