การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1.เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนวชิรปราการ2.เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมา ภิบาล กลุ่มโรงเรียนวชิรปราการ และ 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล กลุ่มโรงเรียนวชิรปราการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีระหว่างงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 108 คน สถิติวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความต้องการจำเป็นที่สถานศึกษาต้องการให้เกิดขึ้นด้วยวิธี Priority Needs Index (PNI) งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 รูป/คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.ความต้องการจำเป็นที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุดได้แก่ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล(PNI modified=0.069) ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป(PNI modified =0.062) ด้านบริหารงานงบประมาณ (PNI modified=0.056) ด้านบริหารงานวิชาการ (PNI modified=0.055)

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางมีดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ผู้บริหารต้องมีการวิเคราะห์แผนพัฒนาการคัดเลือกอัตรากำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการเพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจแก่บุคลากรด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ผู้บริหารต้องรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วนของหน่วยงาน ด้านบริหารงบประมาณ สถานศึกษาต้องมีการวางแผนการจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี และจัดสรรงบประมาณอย่างเป็นธรรม และถูกต้องตามระเบียบของทางราชการ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ สถานศึกษาต้องมีการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2560) และตามบริบทของสถานศึกษา

              3. แนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนทุกระดับ มีระบบช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนโดยยึดหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ความรับผิดชอบ เปิดโอกาสให้ครู ผู้เรียน ผู้ปกครอง และชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม กำหนดแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน ให้มีลักษณะอันเป็นประสงค์เป็นที่ยอมรับของชุมชนและสังคม 2) ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล มีการจัดสรรตำแหน่งบุคลากร ตามความรู้ ความสามารถ โดยใช้หลักการคุ้มค่าอย่างเป็นธรรมเพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจในการทำงาน มีการพิจารณาความดีความชอบหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ 3) ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ผู้บริหารใช้หลักนิติธรรมมาบูรณาการกับกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับของหน่วยงานด้วยความโปร่งใส 4)ด้านการบริหารทั่วไปมีการประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆและเชิญมาเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้เรื่องหลักธรรมาภิบาลแก่ผู้เรียน เพื่อนำความรู้เรื่องหลักธรรมาภิบาล ไปเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษาและนำไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่การงานของตนเองให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามองค์ความรู้ PBCS Model

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are 1. to study the necessary needs of the administration of the educational institutions of the Vajira Prakan School Group, 2. to study the guidelines for the administration of the educational institutions according to the principles of good governance, the Vajira Prakan School Group, and 3. to propose administrative guidelines. Between quantitative and qualitative research The quantitative research used a sample of 108 administrators and teachers. The research results found that:

1. The needs that are most important include personnel administration (PNI modified=0.069), general administration (PNI modified=0.062), budget Mana-gement (PNI modified=0.056), administration. Academic work (PNI adjusted=0.055)

2. The results of the study of the guidelines are as follows. 3.Guidelines for managing educational institutions according to the principles of good governance as follows: 1) Academic administration Supporting teaching and learning activities to develop students at all levels There is a student support system.
