บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล และ๓)เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสวนเทพรัตน์ทีปไท้เฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดปทุมธานี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 234 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับวิธีแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรม และใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ครูและผู้บริหารมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากได้แก่ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษา ด้านการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัล ตามลำดับ

2. ผลจากการศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรม (ปัญญา 3) ประกอบด้วย 1) จินตามยปัญญา ปัญญาเกิดจากความคิดผู้บริหารและครูมีการคิดค้นหาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการมีวิสัยทัศน์ความเป็นผู้นำในการบริหารและใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัลอย่างสร้างสรรค์เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ 2) สุตมยปัญญา ปัญญาเกิดจากการฟัง ผู้บริหารและครูมีการรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารและส่งเสริมให้นำนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้มาใช้งานให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม และ 3) ภาวนามยปัญญา ปัญญาเกิดจากการกระทำหรือลงมือ ผู้บริหารและครูมีการปฏิบัติจากประสบการณ์ตรงในการบริหารหรือเรียนรู้วิธีการพัฒนาปัญญาเป็นบางโอกาสอย่างต่อเนื่อง

3.แนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสวนเทพรัตน์ทีปไท้เฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดปทุมธานี (ปัญญา3) ประกอบด้วย1)จินตามยปัญญา ปัญญาเกิดจากความคิด ผู้บริหารและครู ควรมีกระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์แผนงานการบริหารมีวิสัยทัศน์ภาวะความเป็นผู้นำในการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัลและนำนวัตกรรมมาเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ 2) สุตมยปัญญา ปัญญาเกิดจากการฟัง ผู้บริหารควรตั้งคณะกรรมการศึกษาวิเคราะห์และรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาและควรส่งเสริมการนำนวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการบริหารหรือการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมที่เกิดขึ้น และ3) ภาวนามยปัญญา ปัญญาเกิดจากการกระทำหรือการลงมือปฏิบัติ ผู้บริหารและครูควรรับฟังความคิดเห็นข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารตามหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions of school management in the digital era, 2) to study guidelines for school management in the digital era, and 3) to propose guidelines for school management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles, Saha Thepparat Teepathai Chalermprakiet Group Pathum Thani Province. Mixed methods research was designed. A sample of 234 administrators and teachers was used to collect questionnaires and interview data regarding guidelines method for school management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles, and used statistics to analyze mean, standard deviation and used content analysis to analyze data from interviews with 5 key informants.

The research results found that:

1. Teachers and administrators have shown opinions about the conditions of school management in the digital era. Overall, every aspect is at a high level, including academic administration, educational leadership, management of learning resources, and learning innovation in the digital era, respectively.

2. Results from study of guidelines for school management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles (Paññā 3) which consisted of 1) Jintāmaya Panya, wisdom resulting from reflection, administrators and teachers are thinking and searching for guidelines for academic administration, have a leadership vision in management and creatively use the innovation learning process in the digital era to create new knowledge; 2) Sutamaya Panya, wisdom resulting from listening, administrators and teachers listen to opinions from all sectors that provide suggestions for management approaches and encourage the use of learning innovations that related to the changing social context; and 3) Bhavanamaya Panya, wisdom resulting from development or practice, administrators and teachers have practiced from direct experience in administration or learned methods for developing intelligence from some occasion continuously.

3. Guidelines for school management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles, Saha Thepparat Teepathai Chalermprakiet Group Pathum Thani Province (Paññā 3) consisted of 1) Jintāmaya Panya, wisdom resulting from reflection, administrators and teachers should be a process of thinking and analyzing management plans, have a leadership vision in creating an innovative learning process in the digital era and brings innovation to learning creatively for creating new knowledge; 2) Sutamaya Panya, wisdom resulting from listening, administrators should set up a committee to study, analyze and listen to opinions from all sectors that provide recommendations on school management guidelines and should promote the use of digital era to use for administration or learning corresponding to the context in which social change occurs; and 3) Bhavanamaya Panya, wisdom comes from action or practice, administrators and teachers should listen to opinions and suggestions on management guidelines based on Buddhist principles in order to apply to be effective school management
